Great location, check in was nice and easy Reception/Bar area extremely modern and staff are very friendly and helpful. Premier Plus Room was very spacious and cleaned extremely well. I will stay here again in the future for sure. Will miss it

YES! YES PREMIER INN! Where do I begin? I’ve had some horrific Premier Inn stays in my time, see my other reviews for details, and I was worried again for this place. I wanted to visit the Trafford Centre and it was the closest hotel available so I booked it.. WOW! On the get go, it’s just across from the shopping centre itself. It’s even walkable from it (have fun crossing the arterial road though!) The parking is great. Tons of spaces, right outside the building, tucked away from the business of the main road and next door to the big golf centre. Very simple to find with signage from the roundabout off the motorway. When we first walked in, we were taken aback by how nice it looked. Plants everywhere, LED lights, cozy furnishing and some relaxed music with one of those spinny doors that I nearly got stuck in. Haha! The staff at the desk were polite as ever. They answered a few questions about breakfast times and grabbing extra pillows. Our room was on the second floor, and we were able to use the lift or stairs which were both spotless. On arrival into our room, we relaxed in the luxury. It was spotless, smelt good, spacious, and comfortable. The TV was quite a good size and the bathroom was lovely. We settled into our room happily. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was great. Good selection and frequent check ups on how we were doing. All in all, the hotel to be at!

Upgraded the rooms, nice and spacious, really good shower but with some technical issues! The coffee machine wasn't working in both my parents and my room and the heating wasn't working in my parents room. The engineer got a brand new coffee machine replacement for my room, happy days and they reset the heating in my parents room so all was OK. Would definitely come back.

Good experience, great staff and lovely facilities except for the kind of creepy photo in the room.

After travelling over from Ireland with 2 adults and 3 children we pre booked months in advance!!!!! We booked 2 rooms on the bottom floor and specifically Said they were to be next door to each other!!!!! The girl whom took the booking said absolutely no problem and even gave us the the room numbers!!!! After a long days travel..we got to hotel to find out that our rooms we booked were not available 😔 Not a great start to our stay as we were staying for 3 nights. So as you can imagine as a tired family that was extremely disappointing 😔😔 but then arrives 'what I can only say was an absolute gentleman by the name of AMIR...And I hope I have spelt his name right..he was duty manager at the time! He made us very comfortable and tried his best to sort our situation out and Premier Inn are very lucky to have a person like him around to sort out others mistakes!!! And Amir the Pearse family thank you for a lovely stay 🤝🫶🫵...but on contacting customer service to complain when we arrived back on Ireland we just got the usual " we hope we can do better and we hope you enjoy your next stay ' ...not near good enough 😡 if it was not for the way AMIR dealt with the situation our experience as a family would have been horrendous!!!! And once again I would like to thank AMIR for being an absolute professional and he 100% made our stay enjoyable.

Very clean and comfortable rooms

ROOM WAS VERY NICE AS USUAL BUT THERE WERE SOME MOULD IN THE SHOWER TRAY, PLEASE LOOK INTO IT BECAUSE IT TAKES 2 MINUTES TO SPRAY SOME ANTI MOULD SPRAY TO GET RID OF IT OTHERWISE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Visited at the beginning of March 2025 and to be honest our room had an issue which required us to be moved to another room. The staff were more than helpful in accommodating us. The new room we got was just perfect, everything you expect and hope for from Premier Inn. Location was perfect for us. This is one of the newer look hotels with the new decor and Social Restaurant. We got an evening meal and I can't fault the food in any way whatsoever. The food was hot, well cooked and tasted great. The hotel looks brilliant from the outside and equally lovely inside. All the staff were very friendly which makes all the difference. As always, we got an amazing night's sleep. I know there are some conflicting reviews here, but credit where it's due, we had a lovely stay and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff played a big part in that.

Breakfast buffet kept running outta plates, had to ask every time. Food is ideal. Some staff are friendlier than others but that's ok. Rooms are all you need and clean

Collected a Too Good to Go breakfast bag from here. Absolutely delicious, great value and huge portion. Self serve and plenty of options. Highly recommend!

Nice clean place and lovely staff

Part from lack of staff for cleaning rooms and the fact managers tried to saving on that and lack of fridges in room, all been good , very modern rooms, modern check in out, fantastic breakfast selection and staffs , fantastic location and parking and if if they keep the price ill book it with them all time comin to Manchester

I all ways have a premier when I'm away. You can't beat them. On this occasion the service was very very slow.

Great location for Trafford centre, the NOW no reception is not a good idea, SELF check in and check out, awful. The breakfast is very basic microwaved rubbish ,But fills a hole. The WIFI is shocking . Had to complain to bar staff that the heating in the room wasn't working and it was warmer in the car park. As there is now no reception staff this took the bar staff nearly 2 hours to sort, eventually a portable heater in the room , which didn't aid sleep due to the constant ticking noises, but better than being cold. Overall satisfactory only as got a price deal. Certainly wouldn't pay weekend prices

Great location, short walk to Trafford Centre. Lovely staff. Had big party for birthday celebration and staff helpful. Even gave birthday guest small gift.

This place makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star rated Hotel. I know you get what you pay for but cmon Premier Inn get your act together. When we arrived we were directed to the self service check in, which didn't work. So once re entering the check in queue we were told to wait as there had been a glitch in the system. That glitch being our room hadn't been cleaned even though it was past the check in time. The real purpose of the 1 star review is the breakfast the next morning. We had paid for this upfront as Premier Inn has never disappointed us before, well untill the Trafford Hotel said "Hold my beer!!" The restaurant was absolutely mobbed in the morning. With about 3 or 4 waiting staff working there socks off. People wet left waiting for 5 mins plus to get a table. Tables were left dirty and full of used dishes. It was like no one had a clue what their roles were and chaos had defended. The fun part was entering the queue for your breakfast. There must have been easily 30+ people waiting in the queue for breakfast and boy did you have to wait. Surely you knew how many people were having breakfast in the morning or at least a rough idea. But the amount of food put out for your paying customers was absolutely pathetic. We waited on Eggs, sausages, bacon, bread and butter. So by the time you actually got everything that you wanted for your breakfast was frozen. Like I said easily 30+ people queuing up for breakfast and you were putting 8 eggs out at a time. I know that a few people had left the queue and went to Wetherspoons instead. This is definitely the option I will take the next time. If I am ever back in a premier inn.

Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn but more. The lounge/ breakfast area has been laid out and decorated perfectly. The sitting area are comfortable and spacious and there are no echoes so talking is easy and quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done Trafford

Comfortable bed, nice staff. Quiet at breakfast at 0730. Good options

This Premier Inn is located right next to the Trafford centre and just off the motorway. Couldn't be a better location for transport and access to the motorway. Plenty of on-site parking too. Rooms were clean and tidy if a little dated in areas. But mine was stocked well. Bed is as expected from a Premier Inn and I took advantage of the extra pillows found in the wardrobe. Check in was straight forward and I used the self check-in. I was in my room within minutes. I took advantage of the meal deal during my week stay. This is where my grumble came from. I advised on more than one occasion that I needed to order my starter and main to come together. This really voided the whole point of a starter. But none the less, every meal was great and arrived in decent time. Even when the restaurant was busy. Breakfast was also plentiful and had a great offering. Everyday I asked for a takeaway cup and this was never an issue. Great for jumping on the road. Wifi is free. But connectivity and speed isn't great. Parking. Be sure to put in your registration to avoid a fine. Overall a decent Premier Inn with friendly staff. I'd stay again. They were courteous and had no issues with any of my requests. Well, it's a worth the money paid.

Perfect for visiting Trafford centre only a short walk. Approx 5 mins walk from the hotel as have to wait at crossings to cross a couple of major roads but can literally see Trafford centre opposite. Easy access from the motorway, could not be simpler to get on and out of. Parking not an issue....massive carpark. Rooms are lovely up to date decor and amenities. Breakfast is standard buffet fayre. No issues at all with our stay. Lovely modern clean building. Would recommend.

Fantastic budget hotel in a great location Couldn't fault our stay at this premier inn for 1 night. Lobby area was massive with plenty of seating. Bar and restaurant area really big as well and everywhere tidy. Little place where you get irons and ironing boards was great if you need to iron something. Room itself was amazing for a budget hotel. Looked really nice inside, was spacious as well. Fancy coffee machine and tea making facilities. Mini fridge with complimentary water and chocolates inside! TV Tables and chairs Bench and small desk under tv. Plenty of power sockets. Make up area with hair dryers as well Hanging rail King-size bed was comfortable, duvet was quite thick and warm. Bathroom was stunning with a big rainfall shower, wc and basin. Great purple light in there which you could stick on at night and it wouldn't wake you/blind your eyes. Great breakfast as usual from premier inn Couldn't fault the stay, top notch! Stayed for visit to tinsel town. Stayed previously and such a great hotel. Bar area is really vibrant, great food and drink. Room was good clean and ready for an early check in ! Loved our stay and would be looking to stay again very soon.

Great location for shopping. 10 mins on the tram to Old Trafford. Food is reasonably priced and comfortable bar area. 2 for 1 cocktails. Good breakfast.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly never once had poor experience in Manchester, break was good but no way wad rooms worth the £150 pounds I paid ...update someone from hotel please justify the bill unbelievable expensive for what on offer

Perfect for going to Trafford Centre, staff were great.

Standards seem to have dropped a bit - room smelt stale and was just a little tired. However it was only £60 midweek, so can't complain

Great staff and location very impressive however food and drink can be very pricey and food stops at 10pm. When we stayed last year we ordered food for delivery to the hotel along with 5 other people from various rooms. Check-in and restaurant newly refurbished.

Around a 10-15 walk to get to Trafford Center, convenient location. Stylish design in the welcome area, breakfast serving area quite small so would avoid busy times. Rooms as expected for a premier inn.

This is my favourite premier inn location the new bar and dining area is fantastic. The staff as always are amazing Plenty of parking clean rooms and a great bar are all the things I want after a hard day at work.

This is such a great hotel: so convenient for the Trafford Centre and easy to get into Manchester. Staff are great, as are the rooms and the new social area downstairs is great

Really new, fresh and clean feel to the place. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked busy with a great atmosphere.

Good breakfasts available at for extra, comfortable bed, the environment felt well looked after and clean. My only bug bear is that smoking is allowed in the front of the hotel so you have to walk through a fug of smoke to get in and out and drifting up to the bedrooms! This also meant listening to people using the 24 hour bar who'd come out to smoke, chatting loudly enough to wake me up over and again! Not good, hence the three stars overall. Maybe consider moving smokers away from the rooms and entrance to a designated area in the car park.

Stayed here for several nights during house move and relocation. Convenient for Trafford Centre and motorways. Premier Plus room was worth it as we had a lot of belongings with us. Sadly restaurant was closed for refurbishment but M&S and Asda very close by so not a massive issue.

Decent hotel. Major gripe are beds are the most hard uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. Also pillows aren’t the best and i only had one. Asked for another and told there was none left. Nights sleep was very poor to say the least
