Really friendly staff, nice food but needed more focus on cleanliness. Huge spill next to us that was ignored for the whole time we were there despite staff walking around chatting to customers

Beautiful food and coffee as always. We had tea cakes and ham and cheese toasty. The ham was so tasty. Adam was kind friendly and fun as always. Service with a smile

We had a fantastic experience today (9/October/24) thanks to the excellent service provided by all three of the customer assistants & Supervisor at the café (Noreen, Ademipo & Skye). They were welcoming from the moment me and my sister walked in, greeting us with warm smiles and helping us navigate the menu with great recommendations. They were attentive, patient, worked well as a team (very coordinated and owning the customer equally) and went above and beyond to make sure our order was just right. Skye made us an amazing Chai Latte (delicious and I have searched for that taste for a while & today we had it). The attention to detail and friendly demeanor really made the visit special. It’s clear they care about the customer experience, and it made our day; as you see we have taken the time to write this review. We will definitely be back & making it a regular ! Excellent service, friendly staff. Strange that food comes out as and when it's ready rather than all together. Wooden cutlery is a waste of time.

Came in on Saturday bank holiday asking if there was any mocktails (pregnant woman here really missing my alcohol 😂) Lovely manager named Beth showed me the mocktails but added if there was anything not on there that I fancied she liked a challenge. Now I am a big whiskey drinker and love dry drinks, not a sweet fan. So when I was looking at the mocktails and she advised me she could make me a drink like a whiskey sours I was sold. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Its worth noting your other members of staff I dealt with were all lovely and friendly aswell despite it being a very busy bank holiday Saturday. You all made a fed up pregnant woman very happy and I will be recommending you to everyone and will definitely be back when I can have a real drink :)

262 Flixton RoadI’ve been going to Nikkis for years, very handy for me and I’ve never been let down. Nikki is very friendly, always have a chat and some good banter with her. Food never disappoints, quality is consistently good and is excellent value. I recommend to anyone for breakfast and lunch time eats.

66 Cross StreetOrdered vanilla cupcakes. There were some chocolate ones which I did not ask for. They looked very pretty but they did not taste nice at all. The sponge was not at all tasty and was very dry. The butter cream type topping didn't taste like butter cream (which is what I was told it would be) and was sickeningly sweet...even the children disliked them. I would say the quality of supermarket cakes far exceeds those purchased from Zahra Cakes. Was not going to post a review but had I seen a review like this I would have thought twice about purchasing cupcakes from here. I would definitely not purchase them again...

88 George Street Treehouse Indoor Playground, Altrincham WA14 1RF EnglandI visited with a friend and our 1 year olds. The baby area is quite small but we liked this as they could crawl around in view and there was enough there to entertain them. The older kids section looked great fun too, fab treehouse theme throughout. Areas are well kept, staff helpful and food yummy. I'll definately be back 😁
