First visit staff were so helpful and talkative will definitely be back for sure nothing was a problem was a Simpson theme my little grandAughter loved it

It was a peaceful place with a fantastic sassuge butty, which was fantastic thankyou to the jess that served me, great place to go after my shopping

Very helpful staff, especially Adam who made sure we had everything we needed. He also made an effort to say happy birthday to our nephew (12) and made it extra special for him.

Lovely place. But more effort could be given to make it more of a real simpsons cafe, a few posters and a fiver 'homer' donut not really cutting it Im afraid. Adam was a staff member who served us and was brilliant, a really nice fella who took time to chat to our son and was really enthusiastic, a real credit to the Cafe. A top fella.

Really friendly staff, nice food but needed more focus on cleanliness. Huge spill next to us that was ignored for the whole time we were there despite staff walking around chatting to customers

Beautiful food and coffee as always. We had tea cakes and ham and cheese toasty. The ham was so tasty. Adam was kind friendly and fun as always. Service with a smile

Excellent service, friendly staff. Strange that food comes out as and when it's ready rather than all together. Wooden cutlery is a waste of time.

We had a fantastic experience today (9/October/24) thanks to the excellent service provided by all three of the customer assistants & Supervisor at the café (Noreen, Ademipo & Skye). They were welcoming from the moment me and my sister walked in, greeting us with warm smiles and helping us navigate the menu with great recommendations. They were attentive, patient, worked well as a team (very coordinated and owning the customer equally) and went above and beyond to make sure our order was just right. Skye made us an amazing Chai Latte (delicious and I have searched for that taste for a while & today we had it). The attention to detail and friendly demeanor really made the visit special. It’s clear they care about the customer experience, and it made our day; as you see we have taken the time to write this review. We will definitely be back & making it a regular ! Had a lovely time at the Shrek Cafe today. Adam was very helpful and provdied an excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
