The best restaurants in Marple North Stockport North West

The food is superb here and there is a great atmosphere. Sonny is very friendly. We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely return.

Very good in both summer and winter months. Great value food and at a very good standard. Very friendly too. Also have some events on with street food stalls which are excellent too.

We booked our table for 17.00 hours on Sunday, 4 adults and a 5 year old. Service was very good and the Sunday dinner was lovely, an elevated Sunday roast is how I would describe it. The children's dinner was a smaller roast chicken meal which was excellent, far superior to some children's menus. We will definitely return.

Traditional pub with a friendly atmosphere and good Robbies cask ales. Been many times on a Friday night when they have live music. Recently saw the excellent Still band play. They have a pizza van earlier which is a great idea. They show live footy and have quiz nights. All in all a great pub.

Venue not as good as previous location. View over golf course wasn't very impressive.

Thank you Becky and all the staff for making our walking group’s Christmas lunch so successful. The food was lovely , the service excellent especially considering we were a group of 24. I would recommend this pub to anyone for the quality and variety of the menu.

The king prawn with ginger and spring onion is without a doubt the best I've eaten, there is no equal to be found in this area. The egg fried rice was also of excellent quality. I've known the owner/manager Sunny for a great number of years, he manages a first class kitchen and offers a quality restaurant and takeaway service.The take away & restaurant food cannot be bettered. We all had such a brilliant night at marple Spice. Everything was amazing. The service and staff could not do enough for us. Would certainly recommend 👌

Used to be our favourite take away in Marple Bridge, but after 1 order taking hours to arrive and last 2 orders not even delivered at all after the order was accepted by Armaan!!! Sorry but won’t be ordering again

Consistently excellent. Great range of breads, cheese, deli hams & meats, all kinds of sauces, chutnies etc sourced locally & internationally. High quality wines reasonably priced. Superb coffee! Friendly, helpful staff. Consumate Delicatessen!

I went to this place for my dinner at work, she asked me do I want food or drink, I said a bit of both, she only turned round and said we don’t do any of that here you should go to the cafe down the road, this woman needs to learn some manners and good customer service skills, what a disgusting way to treat a customer to tell them we don’t make what you want without even knowing what I want.

Great country pub noticed lots of tradesmen drinking there and me being a tradesman myself we all like a good pint and that's what you get here. Landlord was a friendly chap. Will be going back when passing

Been there many times. The steak pies caught me out, poured over the board when cut. Wonderful taste after fingering the board. Only four dinky porks left. Far too salty ;-) .
