Customer service quite rude through drive through not helpful

absolutely fuming so they can be fast when giving ur food but the staff are so rude here’s my experience , so me and my friend came in and we were so exited to eat and we ordered out food on the machine things and we want to go and pay and we were greeted by a disgusting behaviour of a man with a beard he said “yo what do u want” so i said ew and then he said “hurry up what do u want” and then gave us a death stare so me and my bestie are truly offended by this experience everyone stay safe

First and last time. If you are a friend of Lina, this is your restaurant, she will choose the best and the greatest quantity for you. Today I went to eat with my partner, Lina told us that she had freshly cooked meat that would be ready in a few minutes and we ordered it along with Cod or Grao. We sat down and behind us his friends ordered the same thing, two of meat and two of Cod. First he served the cod to his friends, choosing well and generous portions. My ration was what was left available. After waiting for the meat, he served us with cold meat that had been cooked for hours, reserving the freshly cooked ones for his friends, their portions being much larger. If you are just a customer, they will give you small portions and the worst thing is, you will leave the restaurant hungry and angry. Lina thinks that she is very smart and that no one will notice what she is doing. I hope Lina has many friends to support her business. First and last time. After waiting for meat, she served us cold meat cooked for hours, reserving freshly cooked meat for our friends, with much larger portions. If you are just a client, she will give you small portions as best; You will find the restaurant with food and raiva. Lina is so smart that I won't know what she's doing. I hope Lina has many friends who keep her business.

Absolutely shocking the lady on the phone was vile and forgets without us ordering she wouldn't have a job! I am gobsmacked to read I'm not the only one saying this and still she thinks it's acceptable to be so horrible. Avoid at all costs shame as the food was nice, but even the delivery driver was rude.

Arrived a little late, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Other than that, food is great value - Not the best but for the price you really cannot complain. Delivery and staff I spoke to on the phone were lovely and apologetic for the delay. All in all, I would say 4.5 stars :)

I go here all the time for my lunch. Really good value and fresh food. Would love some more veggie options though !

We ordered several pizzas and a kebab, the kebab was really dry and really tough to cut, all of the pizzas came and there was literally no tomato sauce base under the toppings, making them dry, the toppings by the way were all bland and virtually tasted the same, my advice is to look elsewhere, really disappointed and what a waste of money.

Food choice is poor, quality isn't great but is fairly cheap. Staff are nice. Not that clean and staff look overworked.

I wanted something quick to eat with flavour and after already trying and liking the pound bakery vegan rolls, I thought I'd try the veggie curried roll. It is good! I don't know if the golden goodness (alright, it might not be good for ya health wise cause it's pastry but it's sure good to eat) pastry is the same everywhere but it was beautiful! Golden and crunchy just how I like pastry, hot too unlike greggs who serve boring basic greasy rolls. Also all the rolls are 2 for a quid so it's bargain. Got enough flavour although I currently have the makings of a cold, I can taste the chip shop curriness😂 don't know what they're actually made of or whether they're vegan too but I'd recommend them. Get a banana caramel bun too if you see them (50p). Take in some nature on buille hill park if you wanna relax and enjoy your roll!
