Food choice is poor, quality isn't great but is fairly cheap. Staff are nice. Not that clean and staff look overworked.

I and a group of 9 elderly people have been visiting this cafe, every week for the last 12 weeks as part of a shopping club. May I just say that we were made to feel very welcome regardless of how much space we took up. Especially by David and Lesley who couldn’t do enough to help me serve everyone with teas, coffees and cake and make sure they were happy comfortable and had everything they needed! Customer service at its best!! And as soon as we were ready to go either of them would be there to tidy up and make sure we’d all had a fabulous experience. So thanks to the Tesco Cafe team for looking after us so well, but a massive THANKYOU to David and Lesley I don’t think I could have done it without you guys!!

Firstly the cutlery was very dirty and the staff were moaning about the place while serving us,the food was very poor and not hot enough, again this was very surprising considering it was Tesco,to be honest it felt like a back street dirty little cafe.

Quick visit as appointment nearby. Sadly wished we hadn't... it was really hard to find clean cutlery without food debris stuck to it & the meal was quite cold... very disappointing for a Tesco store.

I wanted something quick to eat with flavour and after already trying and liking the pound bakery vegan rolls, I thought I'd try the veggie curried roll. It is good! I don't know if the golden goodness (alright, it might not be good for ya health wise cause it's pastry but it's sure good to eat) pastry is the same everywhere but it was beautiful! Golden and crunchy just how I like pastry, hot too unlike greggs who serve boring basic greasy rolls. Also all the rolls are 2 for a quid so it's bargain. Got enough flavour although I currently have the makings of a cold, I can taste the chip shop curriness😂 don't know what they're actually made of or whether they're vegan too but I'd recommend them. Get a banana caramel bun too if you see them (50p). Take in some nature on buille hill park if you wanna relax and enjoy your roll!

Permanently closed! or at least until it's repurposed for something else. Used to be a good pub, but appears to be the latest casualty in the never ending list of British pub closures. Very sad.

Service is very poor one staff member serving while one staff member just stands at the till. And doesn't assist when busy.
