Deluxe Pizza in Salford

We ordered several pizzas and a kebab, the kebab was really dry and really tough to cut, all of the pizzas came and there was literally no tomato sauce base under the toppings, making them dry, the toppings by the way were all bland and virtually tasted the same, my advice is to look elsewhere, really disappointed and what a waste of money.

Undercooked food, dripping in grease, wrong items, absolutely vile, every single thing went straight in the bin. Do not order from here!

I ordered chicken burger and kebab with fries and they arrived fast, the delivery man was respectful and the food was the best! Would recommend this to anyone and will surely be ordering from here again!

Last time I ate this kebab it was few years ago. But now, in quarantine in Spain... I´m missing a lot. God bless this Kebab

Ordered two large pizzas and two cheesy chips. Pizzas were bland and under cooked, not sure why the pepperoni was under the cheese, strange! Cheese on the chips wasn’t even melted so just grated cheese on chips. Then I google the hygiene rating after eating the food, to find out it‘s a 2! I will not be ordering a take out from here or recommending.

Used to order regular from here however i think new owners/staff because the place has gone right down hill, called in for a cheeseburger and chips the guy reheated it under grill ! upon checking burger i was given a double which i never asked for the cheese was hard crusty on 1 side and burger was dark brown one side and under cooked on other with a slice of fresh cheese and salad on top, the fries have changed and are not nice. Also ordered garlic bread with cheese was thin and taste like cardboard, Ordered mixed kebab also Chicken was still pink ! after waiting for order for around 20 mins was all round waste of time and money, upon returning with food the guy was extremely rude and reluctant to give me my money back for burger and kebab. I wanted refund of £9.80 he gave me £10 and had the audacity to ask me for me 20 pence after serving me inedible food and costing me time / petrol to return the rubbish, was offered for it to be remade however that answer was NO this place is definitely a no go ! Shocking management

Pizzas are good but their kebabs need some serious work on. Smelt not the nicest and looked almost burnt.

food arrived cold, forgot an item, and give me 4 portions of fries I didn’t order. take away for one it’s not what you want. didn’t receive sauce pot I paid for and the onion rings was like rubber plus the hot sauce u do get was like a tomato sauce. won’t be eating here again when there are many more takeaway places out there.

Poor quality meat, on both the dinner and chicken, threw most of it away. Will not order again.

Chicken was a bit chewy (tendons) - could have had a bit more salad. Can you not do a chicken salad without the pitta as a healthier option?

Awful, food was cold and arrived 2 hours late

Food arrived cold and an hour late. Rung up twice, first time when it was 15 mins late to be told it was out for delivery and second time I rung they told me I had given them the wrong address, pretty difficult as we ordered through this website which has our address saved. I would completely understand if it was a large order but it was 1 kebab and a Ben and Jerry's ice cream (which when arrived wasn't the right one, I don't like caramel which is why I ordered cookie dough!) I was told that the manager was going to sort something out for me and be in contact which made me wait before writing this review but clearly that was a ploy to get me off the phone. I am extremely disappointed and I have never written a review before.

Delivery driver decided he couldn't find the place even thou exact post code and delivered 2 days before, joke of a place, decided to cancel my delivery that was paid by card hour j half later !!!

Chicken overcooked chips and donner meat were ok and the salad was rubbish cucumber lettuce and pieces of cut tomatoes

Ordered the meal deal. Came 30 minutes late, without the chips, without the olives on the pizza and cold. Plus the pizza Base was cheap and cardboard like.

The chicken was thigh which I’m ok with, the donner meat was standard, but the shish was quite tough. I still ate it all. My waistline was a bit disappointed that the minimum charge meant I had to get chips and onion rings. To be fair I’d have it all again tonight.

Ordered 12inch pizza, small 7 inch pizza arrived instead but because I was hungry after travelling 5 hours to Manchester I just took it. Onion rings and chips were super soggy (I'm not one to complain either) but either way, lovely delivery driver with amazing fast service

I'm a regular customer and I ordered my regular food today and it was nothing near what I get everytime so I trashed it. Called in they just said sorry and denied it.

Food was nice, the garlic bread was ok but basically just bread. Only thing was that I never got my drink. The delivery driver offered to bring it 'next time' which doesn't really make sense.

food was disgusting the kebab meat was hard , there was hardly no chilli sauce on the kebab the naan bread was soggy and greasy and the chips had a funny taste also the driver was very rude when I asked him why he couldn't deliver to the door he was rude and said he is not insured if I've got a problem then speak to his boss . gutted about this because I've enjoyed this takeaway several times and today I am disappointed I won't be ordering again.

The food was absolutely terrible i am never ordering from them or using just eat. I order chicken meal and I promise you what i got was not chicken , it tasted like bits of meat put together then deep fried. I wish someone would order from them and see the quality of the food disappointed.

The pizza was barely warm and the dough was way undercooked, most of pizza ended up in a bin. The pizza was delivered within the specified time.

The food was amazing but the delivery driver waited in his car instead of ringing the buzzer to my flat and phoned me instead and when I went down he sat in his car for a further 5 minutes before getting out and complaining that he had been waiting for 5 minutes
