What an absolute disgrace! Sat for 20 minutes in a car at the intercom no communication. Cars behind blowing horns in frustration. Absolute diabolical had to drive off. Customer service a joke

I saw an employee sneeze in his hand then wipe the snot on his uniform, had to waste my £15 order as it made me feel sick. It’s gone downhill since Mark Nuttall franchised it.

Shocking!. Spent 20quid tonight on food for my kids. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets which I didn't receive. A big mac meal which I didn't receive. My daughters lemonade was a full fat coke. I rang them to tell them I had received a complete wrong order. There reply was " we are busy! Apply for a refund". What a joke.

Great location for a pit stop as was travelling into Manchester and needed a bite to eat and take a comfort break. Clean and tidy store with helpful staff

A top tier maccies will probably never come again but they did give me a Big Mac inside of a chicken Big Mac box instead of a chicken Big Mac but it’s ok I’ll let it slide since I’m not from manny

It's a McDonald's - food fine but I remember the day when they had clean toilets...not any more... I didn't photograph the worst part

It's a maccys at the end of the day. I can't say I've noticed either the toasted buns or flame grilled meat. All tastes exactly the same. When not plagued with little yobs acting up it's a good restaurant.

Popped in for breakfast was quick and easy enough. Perfect location of travelling in and out of the city by train or car

As always, McDonalds never disappoints. What was even better was for the first time the Mcflurry machine was working, and the staff member even gave me extra smarties! It was really nice, and very much appreciated. You the MVP.

I visit occasionally and today i felt staff was not helpful on one occasion I ordered for drive thru pickup and staff told me not to use drive thru And today I ordered for store pick up And I saw there was a massive queue and because I was late for work I decided to pick up from drive thru and staff was not interested and willing to help and as I do customer service too I felt it was not too much to ask .my experience today was bad and I hope is a better service next time .

Ten minutes to get a coffee which was rubbish. Complained there was no milk in the coffee, told it was the machine! Rubbish.

Slowest, rudest and least useful staff I’ve ever seen in any McDonald’s. Taste of food and drinks always off in comparison to others. They manage to make you wait at least 15 mins in the drive through even if you just order two Fantas which has more of ice flavour than Fanta itself. Forget about ordering iced coffee. They never have it available. Sometimes they say it’s because they don’t have ice (how’s that possible?), sometimes because they claim the iced coffee it’s not a breakfast drink (how’s that possible as well?). Just go to any other McDonald’s nearby as there other options and definitely better than this one. Quite ironic is next to the regional headquarters, clearly they staff in the office don’t visit around much for their lunches.

Got 2 expired coupons back to back and on queering the staff said that I should have got it before the expiry.

Came here as a lone female on Friday night around 8pm and was pleasantly surprised. it was clean, quiet, civilised and half empty. I felt very safe and the staff actually came around asking how your meal was just like in other restaurants. There were a few mature people, middle class professionals sitting alone or in couples chatting quietly. This branch is a far cry from the usual wild chavvy mcdonalds with young boys throwing milkshake and shouting or rowdy families and crying babies. I had a very nice quiet civilised time. Nice selection of vegan and vegetarian too. I'm vegetarian and I enjoyed the veggie dippers and hot drink.

I had a good time in macd.i enjoyed the food. But when I was trying to make the feedback, my bill was incomplete..I think there is some problem with 1st system printing....i got incomplete 12 digit code..

The drive through is ridiculously tight. Food same as others.

They NEVER EVER get the order correct. Whether it's an Uber or if I'm actually in the place. Obviously, the food never looks as good as the advertising pics.

Was parked up!!! If only there were any spaces that didn't have deliveroo or uber eat cars, mopeds or even delivery men wondering around. Its not a good image Macdonlds

The food was quick and hot and the staff was friendly and efficient

Very troubling experience, one of the staff asked if i wanted to give feedback to receive an offer, but then proceeded to take my phone off me and input a random receipt code in to the McDonalds food for thought feedback website before filling in the form herself! Naturally with all five stars on every question. I worry that this kind of behaviour might lead to an inflated and inaccurate customer experience as it should be the customer filling in the feedback, not the staff. Worst of all, she ticked don’t receive an email as she obviously didn’t want a paper trail and i didn’t receive an offer. Poor form and behaviour all around, not impressed.

Came for a quick takeaway wrap, not only did it take over 10 min (isn't fast food supposed to be fast??), once it was done it was left to sit even after I asked 🥲I almost missed my train because of it :)

Quick service, food hot ,nice staff.

Not impressed, simple order had 2 burgers, nuggets and fries missing. Coffee had been left on the side for a long time and was no longer fresh. Quick to resolve the issues without question when I complained. Watching the staff I’d say this is an expected issue due to lack of attention.

Absolutely terrible every time we go, was sat in the car for 20 minutes after being asked to go to the next window to then get the wrong order, the drive through is terrible the ordering station is always asking you to wait and your always waiting over 2 minutes

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through while they had some sort of meeting, then took a further 5-10 minutes making a mess of the car in front’s order, as well as my own; I paid for selects and got some obscure nugget-esque things I’ve never even seen before. If I was a tad more cynical I’d say they were being poor on purpose to be cruel to customers because there’s no way they can be this incompetent. Dare I say… how hard can it be to get orders right?

ordered online. 2 burger meals both with large cokes. the meals came and instead of 2 large cokes there was a single small bottle of water. how does that even happen? food also came cold.

Time of visit 10:08am on the 26/03/24 The service wasn't even worth the one star I've had to give it. Aside from the fact the manager was stood on the front counter texting and then loudly announced "im going to the toilet" across the restaurant. We ordered £20 worth of breakfast and 4 times we had to go up and fix our order. Firstly thet didn't shout out our number it was just left in the hash brown section to "keep warm" then they hash browns were not with our order, they could be forgiven for missing one off the order but there were 4 missing. We then were never given cutlery for the pancakes so when I asked a member of the dining area staff they just said "I don't know where they are I cant help" she didn't even attempt to look or help us, she just dismissed us. And when we did ask at the front counter we were greeted by a member of staff who said "I didn't put your order together its not my fault". We then never actually got the syrup for the pancakes but based on the fact we've already had to fix our a number of times it wasn't worth it. As someone who worked for the company for 8 years I know this level of service is unacceptable but it seems standards have slipped. Dissapointed is an under statement.

Walked in order food self check out, didn’t print a ticket. I received food less than a minute within ordering. Staff knew what had ordered, staff were polite and friendly. Was nice to see McDonald’s equal opportunities. ( other mc Donald’s I expect the same service) have some big boots to fill 🙂

One of the worst I’ve been I ordered a cheeseburger and chips then I went home they forgot to put the chips I called them they didn’t even apologize they asked me to go back to the restaurant to get my chips can u imagine driving 10mins to get ur chips and it even not ur fault 👎

We hadn’t received one of the meals that was for my little boy we also received our food cold and half full chips and drinks , awful service I will not be ordering again and people should learn how to do there jobs properly wether it’s a fast food restaurant or not . We don’t drive and I couldn’t get a refund through just eat so we couldn’t get it for when we needed to eat our tea

One of the worst I’ve been too. Cold chips. Watery hot chocolate with no flavour. You ask for hot chips and they look at you as if you’ve just spat in their face. Brought hot chips after with no salting. You give up. The place needs a serious shake up. Disappointing visit.

Always take ages when you go thru the drive thru repeat what you say multiple times you check your order is right on 2 screen and you get passed the wrong food

I come in here some mornings for breakfast before work and the service is slow. There are also flies around alit of the tables which can be very off-putting when eating

i have never had a mcdonalds come correct from here. not one time. every time they dint out straws in or sauce, you call up and they take no responsibility and blame it on just eat or whatever like they arent the ones that make the food lol. actually disgusting how they cant even make the effort to give people what theyve paid for. bunch of tramps.

Overall excellent good place to sit comfortably and eat.... also the staff works really quick

spent nearly £300 per month here since 2017, as of October 2023 the staff just aren't looking at orders correctly items are constantly missed off uber orders and its happened that much uber now refuse to refund me, I had and incident in december 2023 where I went to collect my missing items, and the replacement bag also has more missing items... the staff were laughing at me the entire time, Thought it might be just temp xmas staff so I tried them again today and the same happened I'll never order here again.

Took 11 minutes to make a single regular milkshake. Missed my train and had to wait an hour for the next, was the busy at all, only a couple orders and several workers. Also, flies lurking all over the ceiling and sauces counter.

Literally 0% on dips with food when ordering from deliveroo/Uber, every time they miss the most important part of the meal and make it kot worth buying when they miss order details, sort it out

This restaurant is always messing up the orders. Cold food and missing items, and they can’t be bothered to sort things out. Tonight was the last straw, won’t be using them again, awful place.

Incompetent staff providing the completely wrong breakfast order after being asked to wait in the parking bay for 15 minutes. Complained and had the displeasure of an unclassy and loud mouthed manager. She then tried to dispute the refund amount even after I held the order receipt up to her. Additional training required for staff.

Received the usual expected quality of service as any other McDonalds chain. The site was a little busy on arrival, and we opted for the driv-thru this time. We had to wait for our food and were asked to wait in one of the waiting bays. No issue, the food came shortly after. My only concern here and reason for the missing 5th star is the arrangement of the car park. The layout here is clearly a little difficult for some drivers to understand. We witnessed several vehicles going the wrong way through the car park, driving through 'stop' markers, and some excellent examples of how NOT to park in a bay. Not all McD's fault but better signage would help.

Worst customer service ever from the guy strolling round the car park told me “you’ll just have to wait”. I had asked him about 4-5 orders before mine if the order he had in his hand was mine, as he had just served the people in the car before mine, and he had another order left in his hand, he reported it was not. I told him that we had been behind the car he just served. To be fair practically every other customer in drive thru had also been asked to park up. He went back to collect more orders twice more and only when I got out the car to complain did he wave a bag at me. I siuggested he had intentionally not brought ours even though he knew we were waiting longest. This is when I got the you’ll just have to wait. He hid his name tag when I asked his name and I really really wanted to tell him where to go, but manage to restrain my self as I had my granddaughter in the car. Worst worst worst

In Salford today, I was served by an amazing young lady called Lily . She was so polite so kind and an absolutely lovely person. I just wanted to leave some feedback as a 55-year-old transgender has been attacked all my life.

Jenson was amazing, helped me out with a missing item straight away, politr and personable!

I decided to have a large chips, which didn't look nice and didn't taste as it should. I asked them to change it, so I get the fresh one. Then I fancied to drink Coca-Cola, that didn't taste nice and I had to asked them to change it, when I got back to sit the table was just wiped by the staff and I felt more sticky than it was when I left to get my coke, therefor I think I give 1 star

The location is fairly convenient and there's no other places with coffee nearby. That is why I kept on buying coffee there thinking that every time there was a genuine mistake that took staff a bit longer to prepare my coffee. Every time I wait for coffee for around 8-10 mins, the rest of the people always get the food quicker although they order later than me. Let alone that coffee is average to bad in quality. The pattern of neglection is definitely there times bad coffee - I'm not coming back.

Awful place waited 40 mins for a cold meal they concentrate on delivery and drive thru orders !! Manager was a disgrace walked off laughing when customers were complaining and requesting refunds left some poor lad to deal with everyone!!!

McDonald's commitment to sustainability and community involvement is commendable. Overall, it's my go-to place for a satisfying meal.

Used to be a great Maccies, as the head office was literally next door. Now that they've moved out it's really awful. Drinks have been flat since at least September 2021, and it always takes at least 10 minutes (normally longer) to get your food.

I ordered 2 different menus for lunch for my friend and myself...they sent it to wrong address and when I spoke to the delivery guy, "it's far" he said...and no lunch no refund...I asked for refund and no response...big disappointment and I don't know how can I get my money back...

Learned something new. Asked for a fruit bag, didn't have any. Was offered a cucumber bag which was ideal as my grandson loves cucumber 🥒
