Really great! As a team of staff, we keep returning to the Black Bull Inn Fulwood as we always have a great time. The buffets are great for a large group of people, lots of choice and generous too. It was great to see the same cheerful staff who really looked after us - thank you to all the team.

At the moment, I can't say anything about this building because there are construction works going on in the building to repair the building. 《《《☆☆☆●☆☆☆》》》 At the moment I can’t say anything about this building because construction work is taking place in the building to renovate the building.

Great experience we were met by Yusef great and very nice bloke when we originally got our starters they were ice cold but Yusef sorted it out for us and from that point the food was piping hot and great quality definitely boosted the experience thanks to Yusef

Stopped off for the osprey charging point nearby on our way down from Scotland. Lovely staff helped me look for my phone that I thought I’d lost! (I was very tired!) delicious lemon tart and a cup of tea. Thanks!

Toasty only toasted on one side, store appeared grubby, toilet smelly. Not impressed

We went in yesterday lunchtime and spoke with the staff. The pub/restaurant has been reopened about 3 months, there is a comprehensive menu and the roast beef baguette the wife had was the best she has ever had. The people eating were very complimentary about everything else. The staff were very welcoming and we will be going back today for lunch, well worth a visit.

What an absolutely dismal operation. Poorly run with no coordination, and staff that looked like they didn't know where they were, let alone what they were doing. Some highlights: Soup and a roll turned out to be soup and a pretzel. What? The kids bag is £5.50 for an apple, a juice box, and a packet of crisps. Genuinely scandalous. When asking for an iced coffee, I had to then ask the server if that was okay, as he looked horrified. I then had to follow up with asking if he was sure it's okay. No chips. They were going to take 10 minutes, but given the queue length we waited in, they could have put loads more on much earlier. It was lunch with a limited menu, people will eat the chips. This was not a short staffing issue. There were plenty of staff. My recommendation would be to bring your own sandwiches and not give these people your money.

The food arrived dry as a bone and the kebab meat was almost burnt. I asked for sauce on both and none came with any. They were squashed into a small tub instead of the usual ones and they both tasted very dry / plain. We have ordered from here lots and never had an order like tonight. It has put me off ordering here again.
