Gyros And Wraps in Preston

Love the food bang on everytime.

Guy laughed at me after i had paid when i asked for tzatziki. He claimed garlic mayo is the new tzatziki. The manager kindly refunded me. However proceeded to try and justify why they don’t sell what they advertise in-store and online. His excuse was it spoils quick. Lol you have to spend money to make money. What kind of gyros take away / restaurant does not have tzatziki Sauce. If you need any help here are some places you could buy it cheap and not ruin a customer’s experience like mine. (Please see photo) Wow abused by a staff member and the manager (manager is guy in second photo very arrogant) all just because he did not want to admit his staff member and him were in the wrong. Tut tut!

The manager who work here in the evening is very arrogant, poor service...... He doesn't know how to talk to customers..

Firstly, let me recount my unpleasant experience with the staff before providing an honest review of the food and atmosphere. Yesterday, my friends and I went for dinner at 11:00 pm. We received no welcome whatsoever, and the staff seemed indifferent to their customers. Their faces resembled this emoji 😠, and one staff member looked as if he had just endured a personal struggle or he just tortured by his wife 😂. We were taken aback by the unexpected unfriendly demeanor. After receiving the food menus, we were seated in a corner. The food took a staggering 30 minutes to arrive, and we even had to remind them about our order for potato wedges, which they initially forgot. When we questioned them, they argued, insisting they had already served it. Eventually, they acknowledged their mistake and provided the wedges without an apology. During our meal, the staff started quarreling with each other and making the experience utterly unpleasant. Now, turning to the food itself, I have no complaints. The dishes were delicious and fantastic. However, despite the good food, the atmosphere was marred by the restaurant keeping its doors open for reasons unknown. This resulted in the place being too cold, affecting both the ambiance and the temperature of the food. When we requested them to close the door, they refused. Considering the overall negative experience, I have no intention of returning to that restaurant. A salute to the staff for making it a regrettable dining experience."

Good food small potions not worth the money should be bigger, and 1 sauce per person is ridiculous esp when you pay for a sauce. Please fix this.

It’s always my fav grilled chicken shop in Preston, taste way better than Nando’s , have to try at least 10 times 😋😋

first time dining here did not disappoint, the guy that served us behind the counter was so kind and polite, I ordered a tex mex burger meal and it was the nicest chicken burger I’ve ever had!!!! Really good portions for the price! Will definitely be returning 🙌🏽

The 2 guys behind the counter was clueless, and it's the world's smallest doner kebab. Certainly not worth £5.45 maybe £2.45 my advise is go to Micks Hut

absolutely terrible customer service. gave me the complete wrong order with no offer of changing it or compensation. I also waited in line while the cashier had a 5 minute conversation with what i thought was a customer, but was infact his friend who he was catching up with. I would NOT come back here

We were looking for some late night food after a hospital visit and so decided to head in a student area direction. Very pleased to find this place open so late and, what's more, allowing us to eat inside from proper plates. The place is fast food takeout style but with grills for chicken etc, and a decent number of cafeteria style tables. Place was clean and tidy. It was very cold inside when we went due to the door being mostly open. Branding is a bit confused: advertised as Turkish style, serving quite a few Greek named options (gyros, tzatziki etc), also boasting "Berlin Donner Kebab" (is this Turkish, German or what?) and "Chicago Gyros" (American or Greek?), with peri peri chicken and some mosaic decor very reminiscent of N**d*s. The falafels in our gyros were frozen and deep fried but actually very good. The wraps were well filled with these falafels and salad and mayo. Served with fries seasoned with spicy salt. Would definitely have again. Not expensive.

Excellent food and great service Had the Rancher peri chicken burger which was cooked wonderfully and the peri chicken strips were finger licking good
