Our first order here, and wow—we’re blown away! I had the cheesy broccoli chicken steak, and it was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My partner went for the bargain bucket, and he actually said it’s better than KFC! Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re seriously missing out. Amazing food, generous portions, and unbeatable taste. We’ll definitely be ordering again—highly recommend!

3rd order for delivery where they have got it wrong. This time not at all what we ordered and spicy so not edible. Last time, not ordering again.

The food was nice but the chicken fried rice was spicy.

2 hours since ordered time it came was freezing cold couldn't eat so binned it This is never this bad wont be ordering again

Food is one of the best in the city at the report between price an quality. You will never get a better deal. But They need a better employee. The girl with hijab always looks pissed and most of the staff never ask what SOS would you like. Like they never even put red salt on your fries . Place is awesome but they need a little work on the an employee. Look alive ppl

The order status went from "Delivering" to "Enjoy your food"! but we didnt have our food! I rang the takeaway and asked where our food was and i was told the driver would be with us in the next 10 minutes. The food was cold when we got it!

took an hour and a half to come when said it would take half an hour, chicken was pink, pizza was cold, and chips were cold and wet. would not go again.

Not a stirfry, barely any onions/peppers, just fry donner and a few pieces of chicken, not sure it was a large portion either. Not ordering from here again.

Me and my partner ordered from here last night. The food was average at best…that was until we took a bite out of our burgers. Literally both the fillet pieces in the burgers had hard bits inside. We didn’t even eat them. Really disappointing and would like some form of refund/replacement meal!!

Ordered at 19:50 and finally appeared at 21:45. Chicken was hot when delivered but had to reheat the fries and rice. Had 2 delays notified through the app but still had to call to find out where our order was. Real shame as the peri peri chicken was nice and spicy. Hoping this is just a blip as never had issues before

App gives opportunity to remove pizza toppings however restaurant sent with the removed toppings anyway and refused to exchange the pizza for the correct one but the just refused. Will never order from here again.

Ordered Chicken in Mushroom sauce. Have ordered this many times before without issue; but this time, the chicken had been liberally sprinkled with cayenne pepper. It made the dish inedible. Please stay clear of the hot cayenne pepper!!!

after the app stating the order had been delivered and it hadn't I contacted direct and was reasures the food was on its way. food arrived and is worth the money.

mex mix kebab meat was amazing!! usually order a pizza from here which are always great but had a switch up and I'm so glad I did! always fresh and hot, always on time. this has become our go to takeaway!

This place was amazin when we 1st started orderin food. The food was always delivered super quick. Then we started noticin that we were waitin longer, things were missin & the food wud be cold like it was 2night.. Not happy!

Love coming here for takeaway, food is very tasty and very cheap price . Staff are lovely too , always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place used to be really good, food was nice and fresh when we first started ordering, and it was delivered about 10mins after i ordered.now it comes after the stated delivery time on the app. What's goin on with this place!

2nd order and enjoyed it each time they didnt have any spicy rice so rang to see what i wanted instead and gave chicken wings and strips in place. Also missed out a portion of chips but was back with them within 5 mins or calling.

2 hours from placing order to delivery BUT food was fab, fresh and red hot. really helpful guy on the phone when calling to see where the order is, chicken strip portion was huge and my son was chuffed to bits! Will order again :) garlic dip is to die for.

food was fabulous as always 👌🏻 even called ahead to let us know our drink choice was out of stock and we picked something else which no takeaways do anymore. Chips were so good, we will be back again!

The mixed kebab was terrible .the chicken was tiny crumbly pieces and the donner was hard and burnt .I found a chicken bone on my pizza which I bit into and ate some and had chicken bone in my throat all night !!

chips where rubbery and wrong pizza

I am afraid not up to usual standard particularly the milk shakes. Can't understand why. No cream on top and more like a McDonalds consistency rather than your first class mix. Naan bread overdone and not usual fluffy consistency. Sure it is just a one off blip!

Whenever we don’t feel like cooking this is our go to place for takeaway. Whether it’s pizza, burgers or fried chicken they can’t be beaten on price, value for money or taste. We have never had a bad meal from here. Can honestly say their chicken is better than KFC at Deepdale and loads cheaper.

always late and they never look st additional notes. several times I've asked for no sauce as in alerigc to egg, and no salad, every single time I've received sauce and salad. and they always blame you. everytime I call up to complain they give the same story and never help. run by idiots who don't know how to read

So, we ordered food pretty late, and the delivery was way faster than they said it would be. But then we got the food and I understood why it came so quick. The chips were not salted at all, but they were really hot. And the chicken? It was like chewing on cardboard. No taste. Just cooked enough so there wasn't any pink. But, the delivery driver was a super friendly and nice guy.

great food, best pizza and garlic bread I have had for a while, cookie dough is also worth it, would definitely recommend.

We didn't expect the food to be great, but it was relatively cheap, so we decided to "treat ourselves", since I finished late and it was Friday. What we didn't expect, was the driver not delivering the whole order. What we didn't expect, was the takeaway not answering their phone, so that we could let them know. What I do expect however, is that justeat will not bat an eyelid and that our money is long gone, wasted on a few soggy bags of chips and an unwanted full fat coke, that's so full of sugar it would still kill someone who isnt diabetic. Please go somewhere else.

Delivery very late. Food was disgusting. Soggy, undercooked chips, chicken was dry. Drink was missing from the order and manager did not want to provide. Said the road was closed but did not attempt an alternate route. Very disappointed and will not use again. Would give a minus rating if possible.

Good tasty food, I had the Peri Peri chicken, rice , chips and drink for just a fiver which a bargain this day and age.

Ordered 3 chicken pieces 2 arrived and was dry. Kids meal meant to be with fruit shoot sent with a can of coke. Rest of food ok

Mostly ok but ordered a plain naan and it was liberally plastered in garlic, so that went in the bin. Ordered a tub of sauce and got two tubs but with the tiniest blob of sauce in each. Could have put in one tub and it would still have struggled to be 1/4 full.

These are one of the best pizzas in Preston. They are tasty and full of toppings and l love the onion rings. Will definitely be making another visit again soon, maybe try something different.
