We had Suleman as our server and he was so lovely. No request was too much and gave great recommendations as well as being so friendly and helpful. The food was so good you can really tell the quality. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Came as a family for the first time after hearing some good reviews. Was seen immediately by Sonya to a table and handed menus as well as being advised as to what was nice and can say it did not disappoint! Amazing service and even better dessert! Will definitely be back soon!!

We were served by a young lady called Saif. She was very lovely and kind and very welcoming. The food was delicious! Saffron latte & pistachio croffle!

Sulayman served me and he was a lovely. For a young man he had excellent manners and nice helpful aura. He was able to guide me through the menu confidently. I love heavenly desserts, is my go to dessert place. The quality is just next level and no other place matches it. Highly recommend. Prices are bit high, but its worth it, in my opinion.

As name suggests - this place is heaven for people with a sweet tooth. I was on detox when visited and could only have vegan option. They have separate vegan menu , wow! Very good service and attention to detail! Well done guys, keep making people happy 😊 with your lovely desserts. A bit pricey but well worth it!

To the Management at Heavenly Desserts Preston, I visited the store on a special occasion today and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of a tall staff member on the noon shift. As a first-time customer, I found the menu overwhelming, but the staff’s noticeable unwillingness to help me led me to make a quick and regrettable decision. The dismissive tone and lack of support ruined what should have been a good experience. I’ve visited many renowned dessert places, but the negative attitude here stood out for all the wrong reasons. Based on this experience, I will not return or recommend this place to anyone!

I was so excited to get my order as I’ve been fasting all day and had a huge craving, (broke my fast before getting this dessert of course) and to my surprise it was a biscoff waffle! Out of all the waffles this was the last I could have wanted as biscoff is my least favourite!! I wanted the white chocolate, ruby and raspberry waffle and even added 2 extra toppings!! Ended up eating 1/4 of it and giving the rest to my sister cuz I just couldn’t bear the taste anymore. Was contemplating on calling HD to replace it but I bought it in the evening and just wanted my sugar fix. Very disappointed, there isn’t even a deliveroo ticket attached to the bag either which I also found suspicious.

I was waiting for this "cookie dough" for an hour and 20 minutes when the place is about 5 minute drive away to recieve a cookie drenched in sauce in a box. It looked awful. Then to have the delivery man to say "Were you waiting for me?". I am appalled.

Too tier desserts and Rahim the waiter is very polite and welcoming.

Went here with some friends to get some waffles - the waffles were great and very filling, but what tied everything together was the great service form Victory :) She sat us at a booth and came over a couple of times while we were there to make sure everything was okay ! Great service
