Clean and good selection of food and desserts, Saif attended to our table and was very attentive.... 1st we had afternoon sweets next day we had brunh, shakshooka not really authentic but close enough...

The food was absolutely divine, the restaurant was perfectly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. I would like to mention 2 staff member, Jaimin and Simnah, who were so lovely to us. Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed dining at this restaurant, it was amazing!!

Today was my 4th Anniversary and it was our first with our new baby. so we celebrated by having my favourite waffles with chocolate sauce and pistachio sauce strawberry and vanilla ice cream it was mooooore than delicious super even my baby adore it...and the hospitality is amazing. thank you Heavenly Desserts . Plenty of options to choose from. We went for the pistachio waffle and the cherry blossom and lychee seltzer. Overall was lovely. Jaimin served us today and did a fine job.

I really enjoyed my visit to heavenly desserts. The waitress was really kind and informative, she explained the menu very well and gave us her opinion. I believe her name was Sana (she wears a headscarf). I will definitely be coming back to heavenly for a milkshake even if it’s to go. The service was quick and timely. The milkshake itself was very delicious. The waitress Sana asked me if I had any allergies which is greatly appreciated as I am lactose intolerant. Overall, I had a pleasant visit :)

We come to Preston to visit but this is Heavenly Desserts. You cannot pass this restaurant . This is our 2nd visit as my favourite is saffron coffee as something different to try out and saffron milk pound cake was delicious and also chocolate cake too. This place feels like a more girly place to eat. Yes it is a little bit pricey but as a treat like my birthday today I enjoy it

This is an extremely bad place took 2 hours TO GIVE FOOD FOR ONLY 11 and 1 baby PEOPLE AND THESE IDIOTS KEEP GIVING THE PEOPLE THAT CAME LONG AFTER US THEIR FOOD WHILE WE WAITED FOR 2 HOURS IN AN EXTREMELY ANNOYING ATMOSPHERE WITH EXTREMELY BAD SONGS AND WAY TO MUCH NOISE I HATE THIS AND PROBABLY WILL ASK MY PARENTS TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND EVEN WORSE THESE IDIOTS SERVED MULTIPLE WRONG DISHES NEXT TIME I COME HERE I'M GIVING THE MANAGER AND WAITERS A PIECE OF MY MIND! AND ALL THE DRINKS/SLUSHIES ARE TERRIBLE! ORDERS TAKE WAY TO LONG THE DRINKS TOOK WAY TO LONG YET THEY WHERE SIMPLE TEAS THE ONLY THING THAT HAD AN EXCUSE WAS THE MILKSHAKE AND THE WORST THING WAS AND MY DAD'S YUZO SMOOTHIE WAS JUST A FRUIT GRINDED UP AND ALSO ONE OF MY PARENTS FRIENDS HAD 2 TIMES HER ORDER WRONG ONCE IT WAS UNCLEAN AND OTHER IT WAS FRUIT TEA THEN THEY GOT MY WAFFLES WRONG THEY GAVE ME CHOCOLATE CHIP VANILLA INSTEAD OF VANILLA I HATE THIS DESERT PLACE AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND THEY RAN OUT OF KNIFES SO THEY GAVE ME A BURNING HOT KNIFE HOW DUMB DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO NOT SUPPLY MORE THEN ENOUGH KNIFES JUST INCASE THESE IDIOTS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE AND WORKERS I'VE EVER MET! EVEN GAVE MY MOM ROTTEN/SPOILED CHOCOLATE IN HER DISH!
