Heavenly Desserts - Preston in Preston

Went to the dessert place on a Friday, only to be told there was a half an hour, wait even though there were five tables free. Heavenly Desserts prides itself being "high end", but the staff member who we met, was nothing but abrupt and rude, informing me that they prioritised delivery orders over customers entering the premises. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Couldn’t have asked for a better order. Read the notes about my allergy and catered for it accordingly. Food was gorgeous and beautifully packaged too. Definitely my go to order now for sweet treats.

The food was really nice as always, and the service from the man in the glasses was good but the thing that ruined my experience there was the other girl that was working there. She was shouting and speaking really loud it was clear that she was angry. Especially when taking our payment. Customer service from her was really poor.

Lovely place to enjoy some sweet treats. However, only one staff member, Sonia, was serving everyone. She did a fantastic job, but it would be great if the owner considered adding more staff to support her.

Very disappointed with both the service and food. The restaurant was virtually empty yet it took ages for food to come out and not all of it came together which defeats purpose of going out together for dessert. The waffles and crepe were both cold but didn’t want to send them back as has already waited for some time. Even the Uber delivery guys were complaining as had waited for ages. Don’t think we will be coming back here.

Amazing food and amazing service, really good atmosphere and nice seating area. Would highly recommend this, their pistachio ice cream is the best you will eat anywhere.

Terrible customer service today from the young male with glasses. Totally ignored my friend and I for 10 mins when we were trying to order. Gave us old leftover pistachio gelato even though he stated that he could get some more gelato from upstairs. This meant our gelato had various flavours mixed into it which ruined the taste and experience of it all. It was plainly stingy as the cups were half filled. When I asked him for cutlery, I was met with rather dismissive and off standish behaviour. I simply will not be returning here again! In future, please train your staff to have a bit more courtesy whilst dealing with customers, thank you.

The service from one of their staff Melanie was so good. She had great table manners.

Greeted with a warm smile by Nora - it was her first day but you couldn’t tell as the service was impeccable! The cookie dough was great and the coffees were spot on as always. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and value for money.

We had Suleman as our server and he was so lovely. No request was too much and gave great recommendations as well as being so friendly and helpful. The food was so good you can really tell the quality. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Came as a family for the first time after hearing some good reviews. Was seen immediately by Sonya to a table and handed menus as well as being advised as to what was nice and can say it did not disappoint! Amazing service and even better dessert! Will definitely be back soon!!

Sulayman served me and he was a lovely. For a young man he had excellent manners and nice helpful aura. He was able to guide me through the menu confidently. I love heavenly desserts, is my go to dessert place. The quality is just next level and no other place matches it. Highly recommend. Prices are bit high, but its worth it, in my opinion.

As name suggests - this place is heaven for people with a sweet tooth. I was on detox when visited and could only have vegan option. They have separate vegan menu , wow! Very good service and attention to detail! Well done guys, keep making people happy 😊 with your lovely desserts. A bit pricey but well worth it!

To the Management at Heavenly Desserts Preston, I visited the store on a special occasion today and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of a tall staff member on the noon shift. As a first-time customer, I found the menu overwhelming, but the staff’s noticeable unwillingness to help me led me to make a quick and regrettable decision. The dismissive tone and lack of support ruined what should have been a good experience. I’ve visited many renowned dessert places, but the negative attitude here stood out for all the wrong reasons. Based on this experience, I will not return or recommend this place to anyone!
