KFC Preston - Ashton on Ribble in Preston

Order came without gravy and sauce + missing a chicken fillet (I ordered the boneless banquet)

unfortunately the food all arrived cold, needed to reheat it before we could eat it, so not only was it delivered late it ended up over 40 minutes before it was fit to eat. Not ordered KFC for a long time so we were just really disappointed, over £30 for cold, late food not acceptable.

Food came, no drink, no gravy, cold and late. Terrible service

ordered this as a treat for my sons birthday it was cold when it arrived the chicken pieces was dripping with grease and to top it off they forgot the gravy how do you forget to put in the gravy this ruined my child's birthday tea

Spent over £50 half of my order and as missing and was cold very disappointed

delivery time said 30-45 min ended up being 1h30min for freezing cold food.

Absolutely awful part of my order wasn’t delivered and when I tried to explain to the driver, he ran off.

Always when i order dips, its never come with. 😤

Everything was lovely, apart from we only had one can.....there should have been two.....Next time I think I will get the order without the drinks, as this has happened before. Great delivery though and the food is lovely :)

My order was wrong again... they sticked my receipt to completely different order. I had to visit them in person to get what I ordered. Employees acted like they had to work there as a punishment. 0 stars from me.

missing half the order again. didn't even order at peak time. gave it benefit of the doubt but will stick to the deepdale one!!!

I have given the benefit of the doubt and visited this KFC four times now because every time I go there, they have a problem, either the system is not working or they have run out of wings etc etc. I now have to travel much further to Buckshaw village where there is a good service and staff are friendly. Perhaps management of this branch must go to Buckshaw village for training

Missing items really annoying when you pay 54 quid for 2 adults and 4 kids meals

Love the seasoning on the chips! Everything was hot and very nice

most of it has gone in the bin it was cold,the bags were wet.wont waste the money again. I can see why so many people prefer the deepdale branch

ordered bucket of hot wings and a rice box with chicken stripes and gravy, got no wings and no rice box fuming paid over 40 for an order that was completely wrong

I will not be ordering off just eat again and I will definitely not be telling anyone about this app. Food was cold and not eaten !!!!

Had friends round and a few drinks who fancied a change, so we decided on a KFC delivery.... One of the orders was the 4 piece colonel's meal. This was very disappointing consisting of 4 DRUMSTICKS, which were tepid, dry and chewy, not crunchy. Accompanied with a smaller than usual portion of lukewarm fries and 'wallpaper paste' gravy made 3 hrs previously according to the label. A shocking waste of £12+ for that paricilar part of the order. The other items were just slightly warm and mediocre. It'll be a long time before a return visit ever occurs.

I ordered the food at 4.45 and it arrived just before 7.30

It took over 2 hours to get it( I have to mention, is not the deliver guy's fault, it's the restaurant) and I'm missing 2 Pepsi cans. Last time I ordered from kfc.

I got a meal deal with chicken but I thought the chicken was very salty I thought it was me but add one about 2 mouths ago and it was the same not going no more

By far the absolute worse KFC I’ve ordered. Good was cold, zinger burger had two leaves of brown soggy lettuce and the entire bun was covered in sauce. Took one bite and left it. Will not be ordering again from this KFC. The quality control is non-existent

delivery was supposed to be 15-30 mins. it was 50 minutes and it was cold

the just eat app,said the driver and my food was being prepared within minutes of my order, yet it took over 90minutes to travel a short distance,my order was stone cold,nothing had any warmth at all,its very clear to me what has happened,your driver has been delivering other orders

Food came quickly and seemed to be cooked fresh, not like it had been sat long. Didn't bring out the dips or the paper plates so had to return for these but overall a pleasant and quick dining experience.

I travel a lot, all over the country and treat myself to a KFC every now n then, some are pretty poor and pretty messy. This KFC was probably the nicest one I've eaten in ages, very crispy and not greasy chicken in the bone, chicken strips were nice and juicy with decent batter which most places get wrong so no complaints with the food at all. Staff weren't very chatty but you're there to eat not talk. The place was also pretty clean.

Ice cold can in the same bag as hot food, how is that appropriate???

Sadly missed items from order. But only realised when we got home. Unbelievable considering staff member checked the order before handing it over.

Payed £45 for food, and multiple items missing. (1 * Large Popcorn Chicken, 1 * Small Popcorn Chicken, 4 Regular Dips and regular drink). All got was refund for £6.99. will not be ordering or going to a KFC ever again, and the rest of the food was bland and tasteless.

Order not delivered! Should be an option for a minus star rating. Still charged and still hungry!

Straight down the middle, can’t complain as my expectations of a KFC in the preston/ south Ribble area have been consistently trampled to death that when the food arrives intact and room temperature it’s a bonus. Keep up the good work guys

The chips were missing again! this is the 2nd time this has happened. Not happy at all.

Arrived at 11:20 and store still closed, staff inside ignoring us and no sign of them opening soon… or any reason why they’re not open!

Really disappointed. They forgot to put the burger in the bag on drive though. Had to to go inside and ask for it. It's the second time this happened. First time I didn't bother cos I noticed when I opened it after going home. Staff was not friendly. It looks like the owner hasn't done anything to improve the service 😕 atleast get the order right by looking at previous reviews.

The staff are a major problem, you turn in and the first thing you see is staff sat on the floor outside smoking. Go in and the not one employee greets you with a friendly smile or manners. The attitude stinks in there, they amble around whilst the queue grows and grows without a care in the world. They speak to each other like dirt in front of customers. Ordered at the kiosk, specifically to takeaway. Food arrives on a tray so I tell the girl it’s to takeaway. She looks at me like I’ve just insulted her, then proceeds to put things in a bag sideways so all the food falls to the bottom of the bag mixed up. I tell her that’s the food is now at the bottom so could she put it in flat so it doesn’t fall again. She just can’t get her head around what I’m saying…my 4 year old daughter would’ve understood. Others customers are just baffled at the stupidity and the just eat driver also tries explaining to just put the items in flat. She ends up replacing the items as I’m saying to her ‘you don’t need to replace them, just put them in flat’. Was like banging my head against a brick wall. All the while she’s pulling her face. Just do your job properly in the first place. The restaurant seems to have no authority figure to sort these staff out. It’s like it’s being ran by the lowest set of a college class full of school dropouts. Reading the reviews and it’s clearly just copy and paste response to many complaints. That just sums up the whole ‘customer care’ policy.
