KFC Preston - Ashton on Ribble in Preston

Popcorn Chicken and Fries were left out of heat whilst the rest of the order was prepared so were cold . Place was empty . Now know why.

Had to change my review, 2nd time I got burnt wings( not edible). Drive through are worse. Ordered gravy meal..but wing was that burnt that it crushed...grumpy staff..just threw at bag didn't even close the box..what is going on with you guys 💔.a young girl served me

Food ok. Service ok with staff messing about and looking disinterested. Won't be going again any time soon

took ages to arrive even though not far to deliver .. I had the rice bowl and it was barely 1/3 full

I elected to have the delivery at 7:30 an hour ahead. And it was a further 25 mins late.

This is not the 1st occasion they have messed my order, but the worst one. So I feel compelled to leave this review. Fries was missing from the large popcorn chicken meal. 2 x corn cobs were also missing from the order, but instead they had given beans which I had not asked for. furthermore, they had missed the Supercharger Dip. messing up such an easy order, is a skills in itself! Welldone KFC in Preston Docks!!

Went today with the family through the drive thru. I believe it may have been someone called Alex who served us. Best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. This guy had the knowledge, energy and charisma of a professional. People like him need to be at the forefront. And today his energy made the little one smile as she was given a Krushem. Thanks for the great service. Will be back!

burger, chips, wings & 1x chicken filet was cold. we ordered 2 X chicken fillets, only received one. we spend extra to get the deal with the popcorn chicken, did not receive the additional items that were ordered and the popcorn chicken. very dissatisfied.

Totally messed up the order. Ordered a Trilogy Meal and this was missed from the order completely. There were only 2 meals on the actual order...how can they get it so wrong!

Completely got the order wrong. I’d already paid the driver a tip. So cost of food (which we couldn’t eat because of all the sauces and cheese we asked specifically to be removed in the notes), service charge, delivery and tip, is disgraceful. Now we have to buy something else and wait for it.

Best kebab I have had in years! having the meat, veggies and sauce come separate so it doesn't arrive a wet mess so the meat is still crispy is genius!

I ordered the Zinger Double Down Box Meal for the first time, but one piece of chicken had a very bad smell, making it inedible. I’m unsure if the issue was with the sauce or the chicken itself, but after a few bites, I couldn’t continue eating. It was really disappointing, especially since I regularly order from KFC. The burger came in a nicely sealed box with peeling instructions, which made it look really good, but after opening it and taking a few bites, the foul smell completely ruined it for me. Not worth the price at all, the quality and the quantity is terrible. I don't even feel like eating kfc anymore, you can definitely get better from a local fried chicken joint.

Had a great meal here today, food was hot and delicious. Table service was prompt and restaurant was clean, in fact they were cleaning tables pretty much as other diners were leaving. My only criticism was it was freezing cold in the restaurant. It looks like the sealant has gone around the window frames as you can hear the traffic outside which is odd for a new building but aside from that we enjoyed our visit.

I ordered a Sharing Bucket Meal, which includes 10 pieces of Original Recipe chicken, 4 regular Signature fries, 2 large sides(ordered gravy and coleslaw) & a large bottle of drink. In addition, I ordered hot wings, a wrap, and a mini fillet burger separately. We waited around 30 minutes for our order. When we got home, we realized the large coleslaw and a packet of fries were missing. I called the restaurant, but they said they were closed and asked me to come through the drive-through. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, I finally received the missing items—only to find that they had given me a regular coleslaw instead of a large one. On top of that, the restaurant was freezing, making the long wait even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the multiple mistakes and delays

We went here yesterday afternoon for first time. Empty and very cold inside no heating on at all, we got a 10pc bucket which cost a lot of money chips was very Luke warm the staff replaced them no problems but was the same with the new ones. Chicken was just about warm, would never go there or recommend it to anyone. The place was freezing no wonder no one stays inside.

Just been to sit in and we ordered via kiosk with table service. Food came within 5 minutes and the staff member went to get a few extra bits we asked for as if it was no trouble at all. He also let us know about scanning the QR code in the receipt. Food was immaculately presented, really hot and fresh and was delicious. Table had just been wiped when we sat down and overall really really good. My husband said it was the best KFC he’s had in years. Thank you!

The food here is not nice at all very slimy and salty chicken was not nice at all also missed my hot wings of chips was hard and under cooked shame used to be nice this kfc but going of reviews it’s a regular thing then service poor quality food

I wish there was a negative star, recently I had been to this kfc the service and staff behaviour was horrible. We placed order for a zinger meal take away, the guy near the counter kept a zinger burger on the tray and left. I kept on asking was it my order, if so I had ordered for a take away and it was an zinger meal not just the burger, but the rude staff did not bother to even respond to it. Later he was packing the chips, few pieces fell on the tray and the staff did not have a glove he kept the wings and chips in the same bag with his bare hands. I told can you pack them separately and again he did not even bother. Later he missed for super charger sauce, I had to remind him. by the time I get my zinger meal it was worst experience I ever had. The look in the KFC staff was as if he was doing some sort of favour for me or doing it for charity. this incidence happened on 14th December 2024, night around 9PM. Small piece of advice for the owner or the franchise owner, if this this keeps happening very often there is a high possibility there will be dip in the customers inflow and eventually you would see empty tables, as there is new café Burger king opened just opposite to this kfc store. Please train your staff or remind the staff to behave properly with customers in a good way else you will have to close the store soon.

Didn’t arrive, went collect and the food had been there for two hours, sane had with a just ear order last week, paid twice but never received a refund, hopeless service from just eat, terrible

Usually great but today food lukewarm and fries cold which had to be changed. The so called hot lights do not keep fried food hot!

Order came without gravy and sauce + missing a chicken fillet (I ordered the boneless banquet)

unfortunately the food all arrived cold, needed to reheat it before we could eat it, so not only was it delivered late it ended up over 40 minutes before it was fit to eat. Not ordered KFC for a long time so we were just really disappointed, over £30 for cold, late food not acceptable.

This should be a negative review as when Just Eat collected my KFC order it appears they only collected 2 out of 3 bags. But when I phoned KFC they apologized, gave me a reference and told me when I next came in they would make it right. when I went back today they gave me the whole order again free. No questions or negotiations. I'm gobsmacked. We'll done KFC !!
