McDonald's in Preston

Everything was delivered perfectly,

there was the wrong muffin in the order asked for double bacon got sausage

I just wish for once when I order that the dips that come with my order and I can’t complete without tapping which I want actually arrive with the order

All food was stone cold. Not happy

there wasn't any paper straws for the drinks

cold fries there was no straw for Sheikh

Everything was stone cold, 3 pies missing from the order. Troed contacting the restaurant numerous times. No answer

Delivery driver didnt have a clue what he was doing refusing to give my order after repeatedly showing him the code as he is typing the code in his phone was saying no internet connection

Wow! I’m not sure what MacDonalds did tonight but please make it stay. The food was really fresh and hot and the milkshakes are back with a bang! Delicious and a really nice driver too.

Wrong order given ordered nine chicken select share box and was given nine chicken nuggets which is a significantly cheaper item not good

Great if you're desperate for quick food. Service always polite. Food is good for an outlet but it is what it is. I think it's quite expensive to be vegetarian as never an offer on plant burger but there's loads on the other ones.

in common with other macdonald drive-throughs check your order before you drive off - staff have a tendancy to miss items when packing the bag. otherwise a pleasant helpful team and pretty much everything you expect from a macdonalds

Tables were dirty, no crayons for the kids and 3 tablets were not working.

Food freshly prepared and tasty. Delivered quickly and still hot by a pleasantly friendly courier. Very pleased!

food cold burgers looked like they been thrown together by a blind man fries cold. delivery guy was pleasant enough

Fries tasted like they had been sat out for a good hour before being thrown into the bag, burger was the same. The wrap was the only thing that was even remotely decent. Can’t blame delivery time as food I’ve taken home with a travel time longer than this delivery was far better than what I got today. Hopefully a one off, but I won’t be ordering for delivery again- not risking it

we never received the 6 chicken nuggets and the food was Cold.

Every single time I order the McDonalds breakfast I get the jammy bun you forget the jam every time and send just a dried up bun

I ordered a McRib meal with coke and a grilled chicken salad on order 0081. The guy turned up with an order that was not mine at all. Phoned the store at deepdale to be told there was nothing they could do. It’s their mistake and now I’ve lost the delivery fee as you only get the food money back. Absolutely RAGING MAD. Useless people can’t get a simple order correct. I’d rate them at ZERO STARS if I could .

Half of the order was missing from what I ordered. The shop has stated that the whole order left the shop but hasn't arrived at my property.

A normal fast food restaurant with the same selection as the other stores. Parking was a problem and disabled parking is a bit of a problem as you hold up drive through traffic while parking and people don’t like to be held up. It was’nt very clean at the tables so we ate in the car.

The eggs on both muffins where full of egg shell. Unable to eat it as the egg shell was obviously cracked and cooked with the egg so im possible to oick all the shell from the egg

wrong order delivered, this order cost significantly less and only contained 3 meals, all of which were wrong. we received a big mac, chicken nuggets and a happy meal

The driver spilt the drinks all over the food, then when i collected it from him, he shoved them into my hands aggressively and took off before i could even say a word.

My food came cold, after waiting almost 2 hours for my food I would have expected a little bit better, my driver turned up to my door on the phone shouting and woke up a newborn. I wouldn’t have minded if my food came on time and I understand it gets busy from working in hospitality myself but come on two hours for cold food is absolutely awful. I hope you can understand why i had such a bad experience today.

I refused to take the order because the drink wad split all over I do not oay for an order to only get some of it so sent it all back.
