McDonald's in Preston

Waited over 25 minutes for the food, then when I got home all though I ordered a Minecraft happy meal have been given a sonic one. One extremely unhappy son who has been collecting the figures

The other stores in the area always deliver at best "good" if not fail always. If you're looking for quality, look no further than Deepdale McDonald's. I personally if I'm ordering through the McDonald's app wait for this store to be the only store ready to deliver. Gold standard through and through, the business manager, the managers and staff should be proud. I've been coming here for 5 years now and literally you cannot beat this store for food quality, order accuracy and friendly staff. Winner winner, mayo chicken for dinner!

The wait when eating in or getting to take away from inside is the worst of any McDonald's. They favour Uber eats and drive thru massively

I'm losing count how many times my order is wrong. A lot more care and responsibility is needed when preparing food. I shouldn't need to be double checking my order before driving off. This is basic stuff. Improvement is needed!

Filthiest toilets ever, an embarrassment

The food was pretty nice, I had chicken nuggets, a single cheeseburger, and a salad with balsamic dressing. My boyfriend had some of the chicken nuggets, a bigmac burger, medium fries, and cola. We loved it ♡ The waiting time can be pretty long, and you might see someone's order come before you (even if they were number(s) after you. Kids are quite loud. To be fair, you get groups of 15-16 year old kids yelling, and nothing is really done about it. Would mostly recommend ♡♡♡

Not sure how a key part of the order, the fries, gets missed off the delivery. It was only 4 items.

All cold again the delivery driver just took it off the back seat if his car it wasnt in a hotbag

I ordered McDonald's this evening like I do regularly. I'm not happy with the quality of the food. The cheeseburger was dry and cold, the cheese bites were cold, the fries were cold and the mayo chicken was dry and cold. I've never received food as bad as this before.

missing all the toys we should have got. spent extra for the collectibles and didn't get them. so annoyed.

Took over an hour to arrive, food was lukewarm warm and some of the order was missing

Driver was rude when I answered the phone when he arrived, my order wasn't all there I was missing my drink And Mcflury when I asked the driver he said I never ordered one as the McDonald's worker never provided him with one when he picked up the order he said for me to message the support team yet to hear from them awful service

It's almost impossible to get some food for human consumption from any McDonalds in the whole of Lancashire. Anyone who fancies a few days off work get a breakfast here, not only will you get EGG SHELL on your breakfast muffin, there's a good possibility you could also get Salmonella too. If you can't be bothered to remove a large chunk of egg shell from someone's breakfast, then god knows what hygiene practices are in this restaurant. I would of rather found it on my first bite than feel sick all day knowing I had consumed the majority of the sausage and egg mcmuffin.

Went inside so kids could have fun. Very quiet and no queues inside or outside. It took 20 minutes to get food. We were asked twice by staff if we had ordered before gave order number. ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY.

Like my last three orders, this was delivered Luke warm. This is because drivers deliver multiple orders, if you are the last delivery, then the meal is not good quality. I shall not be Just Eat again.
