KFC Preston - Deepdale Shopping Park in Preston

The chicken pieces were tiny obviously the dregs of what was available

the chips were cold and had no seasoning , the popcorn chicken bites were delicious although i think i got the wrong size as i ordered a large and the box was smaller than expected

Food was cold it took over an hour to get here and was all over the box like it had just been chucked in to the box. No napkins

Not happy chicken warmish, but chips really cold.

I wish I could have the option to tip after I’ve received my order.

the driver called sajed was an hour late with the excuse of been stuck in traffic and bank holiday roads are empty I want to have a refund for cold food that I have received

missing multiple items off order

Chicken terrible.Very very dry.Fries awful.Must remember not to order KFC!But I keep thinking it might improve!30 years ago KFC or as it was known then Kentucky Fried Chicken was delicious.Not now.

The driver sat outside my house for 5 minutes before I went outside to retrieve my food by myself, also my drink (tango) was missing from my order.

it was showing 15 minutes when i ordered and delivered after 50 minutes approx..

The thing was the burger did not appear to be freshly cooked

I spent roughly £46 and got two tiny chicken fillets and about eight chips on both meals. I only got 2 cans of pop when I should have got 3 it was absolutely atrocious and I ended up giving to forfeit my meal so my son could have it. They were like children's portions

Delivery driver was rude and shouting down the phone because he was parked at the wrong place and telling me to give him the code over the phone without delivering my food. I finally found him and he was with his wife in the car

this happened second time the food was not good and the quality was so less and rice was so cold.

Burger came and the chicken was hanging outside of the bun. The chicken in the burger was extremely dry and chewy.

I ordered a box meal and a couple of pieces of chicken. the chicken pieces were tge smallest pieces of chicken ive ever seen. more meat on tenders. I'll never order from kfc again

Food stone cold drink hot as coffee which was pop missing item also

The burger looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen. Soaked in sauce.

5 stars got a bucket like the good old days and to my delight and my dogs large big pieces off chicken lovely jubbly

Delivered quickly from ordering by a polite courier. Food freshly made, tasty and still hot. Very pleased!

KFC never get it just right items missing but charged for

food - great, delivery driver - morbid. never had a problem before until today. maybe he should put a smile on his face and be friendly. anyone can say hi, anyone can smile doesn't matter if you can't speak the language either. no excuse.

I put a complaint in as ad kissing food and still no refund this service is a complete joke I won’t b using u again it was poor service and food missing

it's kentuky what can I say.for sure it was all there. by that I mean the staff can read a receipt delivered early. same old it tastes all the same

Scam. Good chicken but only sent two pieces when I ordered a 3pc meal and didn't sent chips I ordered. Took an hour to arrive and it's not even a mile away

Delivered on time by a pleasantly friendly Courier. Food freshly made, tasty and still hot. Good tracking on progress of order. Very pleased!

the hashbrown on the burger was burnt to a chrisp when we rang to complain KFC blame the driver the driver didn't burn it cause he didn't cook it and would not replace or refund us disgraceful

Expensive now for what you get and this is no difference

Service is Fair because you don't always get what is advertised in the menu. Since I almost go through Drive thru. I'm always stuck with what I get which doesn't allinge with the menu pic.

Closet KFC but I'm going to travel further in future, crap service even worse food. Always wondered why you couldn't get pork items on the menu but I discovered it's halal (no mention of this when ordering)

the food took over an hour to deliver, was cold and was missing half off the chicken.
