no tropicana that was ordered there's always something missing and we don't order that often from kkfc

Never even came to the house to drop the order off!! Not happy

Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Delivery driver rang me to say he was outside when he wasn’t I was stood at my front door, rang me then hung up then blocked me, then said it got delivered when we never received our food! Absolutely furious

Pathetic ! This used to be my go to KFC in Preston as it was far the best all round. Visited the other day and what a disappointing experience as it's gone well down hill, trust me I wouldn't return to this venue. In fact the prices for what you receive are now unexceptionable so will probably give KFC a wide birthday full stop. 😕

The food was that cold had to microwave the food, could not eat the burger that much mayo and sauce on it that it fell to pieces. Will not order from here again or go into the restaurant standards have slipped.

20 minutes late and food was luke warm , couldn't reheats it was chicken.

I've been a loyal delivery partner for KFC, but my recent experiences at the Deepdale branch have been appalling. The management has consistently displayed unprofessional behavior, disregarding drivers' concerns and enforcing unreasonable policies. They've made unjust demands, such as insisting drivers click "Start Route" despite Just Eat's guidelines, and refused to provide orders even after confirmation. The lack of support and respect from the team is staggering. The constant targeting of individual drivers, including myself, is unacceptable. Until significant changes are made, I would advise fellow drivers and customers to reconsider their association with this branch. I hope KFC takes driver concerns seriously and addresses these issues promptly.

Had to ring kfc after waiting over an hour for delivery, they said they could see the delivery driver sat outside while the food was sat going cold. Had to wait 1hr 30 for food so was cold by the time it came

Family of 5 - our order was messed up. I got a tower meal (finally) and the fillet was hard as rubber which turned my stomach. My sons tower meal was the same - after the time it took to sort our order and seeing the length of the queue to complain we just left. We won't be going back. The place was also dirty - tables not wiped - sauce on chairs etc

I ordered kids meal which is included pineapple stick but on delivery it's missed.my little girl got disappointed 😞 bcoz she loves pineapple.

Just eat driver delivered the wrong order, the manager here at KFC went above and beyond to get it sorted for us and the other party. Massive props to them!

Had to go and pick up after clicking delivery online , said we would get refunded for the taxi money but didn’t give it us. Food was cold and tasted like dog meat

Problem with new delivery code. Stood on the doorstep for nearly half an hour but the delivery man would not give me my order. He tried his best, trying to get in contact with someone. Two minutes after he left, the order was left on my doorstep.

I called the store to change the address before the job was assigned to the driver. the driver refused to deliver it to the address I requested and demanded I pay £5 for it to be delivered to the address I changed it to. the food was freezing cold and inedible shocking shocking service

KFC Deepdale has lost its standards. I bought Bucket deal. It was Dry, tasteless and difficult to swallow. Next time it was very good. Third time it was salty. It keeps changing. Not sure why

It's Halal, which is handy as some of my family are Muslim. Food is good but the resutrant itself can be a little dirty with sticky tables. Staff are indifferent.

This place isn't hidden disabled friendly, I.e people who have adhd , autistic etc, or generally old and are to proud to ask for help or embarrassed, reason being you can only order on the self order screens, and nobody whatsoever will serve you at a till, they just say decision from the top over my head and not aloud to serve you. Witnessed several people walking out. Good for them, Funny at Lancaster kfc they have no problem serving you at a till. This discrimination needs to be dealt with.

my brother ordered kfc the other day and got no gravy . just ordered kfc and got no chips . absolute disgusting always forget something.

They never deliver the right food from here ever. Always missing items or just put the complete wrong food in.

The lids on the graveys were not secure and had split out everywhere, the chips were cold and the burgers looked like they had been thrown together. Both meals inedible. The 2 dip pots were also cold. I work nights. I had ordered these for my teenage daughters and they couldn't eat it. Both meals went into the bin. I would like a refund as I paid a lot of money for sub standard food.

Ordered a delivery order to Longridge. Made a simple order for 2, put gravy in instead of beans and forgot to add the extra beans to the delivery. Can't even get a simple order correct. What am I meant to do all the way from Longridge? READ THE ORDER RECEIPT PROPERLY!!!!!!! Lazy work 😡

Chicken was dried out inside on almost all the 12 pieces and hot wing were missing also rice tasted like it had been in the cardboard for a long while usually very good not this time
