KFC Preston - Deepdale Shopping Park in Preston

Scam. Good chicken but only sent two pieces when I ordered a 3pc meal and didn't sent chips I ordered. Took an hour to arrive and it's not even a mile away

Expensive now for what you get and this is no difference

Service is Fair because you don't always get what is advertised in the menu. Since I almost go through Drive thru. I'm always stuck with what I get which doesn't allinge with the menu pic.

Absolute joke and am going to be getting a refund food is cold

the food took over an hour to deliver, was cold and was missing half off the chicken.

Chicken was dry and overcooked or it had been stood for awhile , definitely not freshly cooked !!!

Once again wrong items… please read this review kfc… if you do not have a item available (like you never seem to have beans or just incompetent) then either contact the customer or find some way to resolve the issue instead of just putting a random item inside and not caring. Customers pay and choose an item it’s not a flipping mystery box

I asked for my two pieces of chicken on the rib. Neither were. I got a drum stick that I couldn’t eat and a very small piece of chicken. Both meals were cold. I love KFC but I will never order from Deepdale again.

They sent two wrong chicken burgers wanted fillet and got zinger burgers, seems to be more & more mistakes on delivery’s.

Food was hot fresh and tasty. However experience was ruined by the managers shocking communication with staff, shouting across the shop in front of customers was so unprofessional. I was so disgusted at how Ancar (Eastern European manager) spoke to the young worker Bilal. I hope KFC management sorts this out as I could feel an unfair atmosphere.

Over an hour,and the driver drove around and took my food back to deepdale. Rang and explained that I had tracked my order and requested a fresh order be sent only to receive a freezing cold order. Never again 👎👎👎

Took almost half an hour to start cooking just to get one burger with the normal buns and another with only bottom buns. Then to get the smallest amount of chips and skinniest wings too. For £40 on three box meals it’s a bit bad

First tim ive had kfc really enjoyed it chicked was perfectly cooked enjoyed all of the meal. would i have again YES!!

Why would you send hot food out for delivery on a push bike… in the middle of winter… when there are major weather warnings in place? Needless to say the food arrived late and cold.

Food cooked piping hot fresh, and crispy. A pity we NEVER received the coleslaw we ordered!

Correct order delivered by a pleasantly friendly courier quickly, ahead of estimated delivery time. KFC freshly prepared, tasty and still hot. Very pleased!

the maps that the couriers use often send them the wrong way that's the only reason it was a bit late

My order didn't have popcorn chicken in it as ordered. Just lots of fries that I didn't need

Pathetic ! This used to be my go to KFC in Preston as it was far the best all round. Visited the other day and what a disappointing experience as it's gone well down hill, trust me I wouldn't return to this venue. In fact the prices for what you receive are now unexceptionable so will probably give KFC a wide birthday full stop. 😕
