The best restaurants in Preston Rural East Preston North West

Went for a family meal last night. We have been before and its been good (not great) however last night was awful. We ordered 3 steaks that were dry and chewed like old shoe leather, accompanied with cold fries and cold onion rings. When we settled our bill no one was even bothered to ask "how was our meal".

Food was excellent staff and atmosphere perfect.

Having been here previously I was expecting great things. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely diabolical food. Honestly you'd be better getting a ready meal from Tesco and saving yourself some money.

Never disappointed with the quality of food here: big portions, homemade chips and great quality. Highly recommend!

Great food and excellent service. Food cooked to order , staff were excellent nothing to much trouble. Before we ordered we were advised , that there may be a slight delay and to larger group had ordered before us. With this in mind our food came quickly .

We have been to the Italian Orchard numerous times over the years as we live locally. Sadly, each and every time has disappointed us. The venue itself is beautiful and has so much potential but unfortunately both the food and the service let it down. It is always so busy, but you are always just a number. They want you in and they want you out. Staff are rude and abrupt. The menu is vast but nothing (and we’ve tried a lot) is “good”, it is all very average and overpriced! We now decline invites or family meals here as it’s not worth the price tag. Good children’s play area but you’re not allowed to sit outside with food or drink so it’s pointless!

My son is feeling really ill after his food here it wasn’t that warm it was sloppy and really Greasy will never go again !!!

When it’s open it’s great! However, I’ve lost count the number of times we’ve come to visit the cafe and it’s been closed. Very disappointing and not a good way to manage a business. Given up going there now and it’s never open on a Saturday.

Had a great meal , the staff are so friendly and efficient and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. I'd highly recommend 👌

Came for a meal on friday, have to say it was one of the worst meals i have had, food was cold and bland, service was much the same, rude manager and frankly terrible all round, better places to eat. Avoid

Went out surprised my daughter the staff was lovely brilliant maners the food was good fast service thankyou keep up the good work
