An absolute joke. Despite making a reservation in advance, we were told to join a long queue because the lounge was overbooked. To make matters worse, they allowed walk-ins, forcing customers with reservations to wait outside in the rain. The staff were unhelpful and poorly trained. If you can’t accommodate reservations, don’t offer them in the first place. I will never set foot in this lounge again. The staff desperately need proper customer service training.

Mr T's was a recommendation. Decided to take my 13 year old son and my 19 year old niece one evening. As soon as we walked in I was already wishing I hadn't bothered, the tables were filthy, bits of food all over the floor and a horrible stench around the place. That wasnt even the worse part, under one of the tables there was a cockroach!!!

Today got jalabi and hanshi halwa. Jalabi tasted like sweet fish batter. It was thick as a finger, just about dipped in the sweet fluid and taste HORRIBLE. The Habshi Halwa, do not remotely taste like the original ones. It was oily sweet plum of something.

The place is small but it is very nice for family. The only issue the place is closed place and the ventilation is poor, so the smoking is kept inside.

Went to this restaurant and ordered two meals off of the specials menu - aubergine curry with rice as well as a grilled chicken with rice. However, when arrived, the foods did not look like anything off of the images on the menu and they didn’t give the sides that come with the meals which were Nan and chips. The food itself was tasteless and bland and massively disappointing as we were hungry and ready to try new foods of a different culture. A drink I ordered - called dogh a yoghurt drink, the server failed to mention the bitter sour watery taste of this drink. The taste and look of it was as though it was used dishwater. I am so upset my sister had to pay for this food, the only silver lining is that we paid the wages of that lovely server who took our order and apologised after.

Food is not nice, below average but you will still get charged premium price.

When I was roaming on Wilmslow road with my friend . We went to New York fried chicken for food . There NYK box was so delicious. very quick service by staff as well.

Khan and his team were great, attentive and food was nice.

It's was okay , atmosphere was decent , tea was nice, would of gave 5 star if they gave the remote to the tv.

We ask them for the food but the food was quite less in quantity this is our very bad experience and they didn't accept thier mistake The customer services pretend to be as manger but they didn't feel any guilty and didn't do any apologise regarding to their behavior which was very rude.

Asqueroso 🤮 un lugar tan sucio rasgó sofás mesas pegajosas. Los pisos estaban sucios, los kebabs secos absolutamente sucios y un desperdicio de dinero. Todo el lugar está atascado en los años 90 nunca se actualizó Atención al cliente es cero. Entregó una pajita tocando la punta de la misma. Naan estaba quemado y crujiente. La ensalada estaba empapada. Y los inodoros tenían manchas marrones manchadas en la manija y en la puerta 🤢 absolutamente nunca más hay mejores lugares a la vuelta de la esquina.
