I loved the place and the staff was so friendly . It's big, Nice relax couches clean helpfull, friendly staff The good thing is every 15 minutes they come and change the coals And ofcourse very good shisha and desserts as well The prices are reasonable

Incredible customer service. Great Ambiance. Very happening and buzzing Sheesha lounge. Would highly recommend everyone to give it a try atleast once. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much of a hassle for the staff.

Okay shisha and decent sized space but the WORST service ever. Envy next door is 100 x better service. Don’t expect much service if you go there

I came here by a suprise then we ordered 2 special shisha by suprise we have really enjoyed our shisha thank you for the gentleman to came to us to help us to choose thier nice shsisha by a suprise. We'll back soon.

Staff was not very friendly ,we order 3drink they don't understand last one anyway is may happen sometimes but another 2 drink coming after 45min we ask them after they bring the drinks the guy who bring the drinks very disappointed he like throwing our drinks not saying anything sorry or something anyway first experiences was not good I don't liked

Terrible experience. Staff are extremely rude like they have something up their behind. Charged £2 illegally for the red bull as the pack said £1.45 on it. Took 45 mins for a few milkshakes. Avoid.

Very beautiful place to sit and relax with friends..watch games.. play pool. Staff very polite and efficient. Very clean and very affordable. A great recommendation for a night out be it a girls night .. boys night or couple night

Good atmosphere, good food and drinks.

A nice shisha cafe where you can relax. The ambience is good even though the shisha is a bit more expensive compared to other shisha places around. The mint tea they have is what we mainly go there for.

Very bad experience,I'll never go back there again,I'm still shocked. So I went with a friend to watch Tommy Fury VS Jake Paul game we went at 7:00pm (the game started at 10:00pm) we got a Shisha and tea for £30 and at 09:00pm We got informed by the waiter with a very bad English that to stay and watch the Boxing game We need to order a new Shisha which was the most stupid thing I have ever heard in the UK. We left the place immediately and We went to Movida which is a very decent place.

BEWARE If you want to be shouted at or wanting to almost get in to a fight by member of staff or the boss or who ever he is then this is the place to go too. If you really want to go then take back up with you.

The first thing i noticed was that service was terrible, the woman at the till was very rude. Second of all the shisha flavour was fake and very terrible, will never come back again. Terrible experience!

This the the worst experience ever as one of their Staff with cap on is very rude to the customers. During the game between Argentina vs France 2022 World Cup final everyone was celebrating goal and he randomly came up to me very aggressively and was shouting at me and my friend saying sit down right now, meanwhile he was dancing around when the opponent team France scored. After the game when I went up to him to ask what did I do that I’ve been told by him to sit down, he started swearing at me saying di*khead and motherfu*ker. Also he pushed me and told me to leave straight away also pushed my friend. BLUSMIST MUST FIX THEIR STAFF especially that guy with the cap.

The staff there were the rudest staff I have ever encountered. One of the guys with a beard and a tattoo literally pushed me and shouted get out.

Staff don't know how to speak with the customers , be respectful ,teach them how to speak ,..

On our trip finding a Sisha place we came around this place.. the entrance doesn't seem like this is a big Lounge. But once inside, what difference. It's big, Nice relax couches clean helpfull, friendly staff Every 15 minutes they come and change the coals And ofcourse very good Sisha. The prices are ok. Not the cheapest prices. But i rather pay bit more for a good Sisha then less for a bad one

Very friendly manager and staff would not hesistate to return the service provided was above and beyond and great prices too and calm friendly atmosphere and very clean also great range of drinks and desserts was very impressed

Rude rude who ever is maneger in 11pm shift we went there the guy saying if u gonna make noise or you louder u not allowed here even we not enter on reception area never ever we go there if there is no respect

Great shisha bar, they also have a lot of TVs with sports on I go here regularly to watch football, ufc events and boxing events. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming!

A bit disappointed by our visit yesterday…we asked for one shisha with two pipes and a pineapple head but got something completely different, some kind of melon head and three pipes. It wasn’t easy to smoke and they had to change it half way.

I went Today with a friend and the guy on the reception refused us because we did not want to smoke Hookah. We even said we will order it and leave it so we can set and enjoy So he tried to show us the flavours and suggest we take mix tobacco looool. the place was 10% occupied !! and the place where the billiards table placed are empty and they asked for 4 pounds after we Must order Hookah so we left and never back

Today tried to park just outside blue mist a Man think Turkish or Kurdish wearing a cap and beard muscular built around 6ft tall with a small white van Renault or Citroen, pulled into my space aggressively as I was reversing into it …beard tattoos used bad foul language towards me claims he owns blue mist and shop next door to it. I don’t believe he is the owner of blue mist but is giving them a bad name so I had leave with family members unable to go into Blue Mist. I want the owners of Blue Mist to investigate this. If it is them this is not good customer service with members of public being threatened.

A must visit lounge when on Wilmslow road. On the majority of occasions the staff are extremely respectful and are always appreciative and responsive to anything the customer requests or requires. I regularly come to Blue Mist when in Manchester. Definitely recommend.

Came on a weekday and was greeted by smiling friendly staff who talked us thru the menu of shisha and drinks etc. Good shisha flavour, nice chilled vibe, quite big place with loads of seating. The coals were changed enough and staff were attentive and polite throughout. The tall blonde woman was very kind and helpful to me thank you!! 🥰

Las shishas aquí no eran tan buenas (tal vez solo las mías) pero las recomendó el propietario. También pedí una tarta de queso de loto, pero no sabía nada a loto y estaba rancio. Cuando llamé al propietario, lo cambió, pero el segundo fue el mismo, pero no hizo nada al respecto. El red bull era de otro país, por lo que no sabía tan bien, especialmente cuando pagué unas pocas libras por él (podría tener solo un producto del Reino Unido).

Este lugar es terrible y el servicio al cliente está al lado de Ninguno. El personal es extremadamente grosero, todo lo que hacen es coquetear con las chicas que vienen por shisha. Este lugar está lleno de humo, apenas tienen ventanas o aire fresco para minimizar el humo. Esto va en contra de la salud y la seguridad. La chica del mostrador me cobró por mi Shisha. Nunca volvería otra vez. Ojalá pudiera calificar 0 * para este lugar.
