Mr T's was a recommendation. Decided to take my 13 year old son and my 19 year old niece one evening. As soon as we walked in I was already wishing I hadn't bothered, the tables were filthy, bits of food all over the floor and a horrible stench around the place. That wasnt even the worse part, under one of the tables there was a cockroach!!!

Ordered a ferraro rochai milkshake - I tasted just like ice . No ferrao. I asked for whip cream.. they said - it’s ran out and they charge for cream and some chocolate syrup Staff was rude behind the till and mae us wait 22 mins when it was quiet during the day

Travelled from Stoke-on-Trent, been here twice now and on both occasions food was so so good. 10/10 packed with flavour especially on the stir fry donner. Manaal who looked after us so well. Customer Service was 👌🏽

Food was 4/5 but service was 2/5. First of all checked google and showed that the outlet opens at 2:30. So travelled an hour way to be there for 2:30, to be turned away by the waitress as they actually opened at 3 pm. Returned back at 3 pm and there was another group waiting outside and asked the same waitress if they could go in. They were initially rudely refused as they still not ready. That group said they would go to another outlet if they won’t be served, the waitress eventually agreed that they could sit but can’t order food for further ten minutes. So we followed in. By then I was already shocked about the poor service. We sat upstairs and my child wanted to use the toilets. There was a sign stating that it was out of offers. One of the waiters was nearby and asked if we could still use it, he said it’s fine and working order. We used the toilets and ordered food which was decent. A different waitress served us the food and we were happy with the food service. We were met by one of family member 30 minutes later. She wanted to use the toilets too for her child and was about to go upstairs where the same waitress from earlier abruptly said she could not go up and it was out of order. I interrupted and explained that I earlier used the toilets and it was in working order. She still refused to allow my sister to go upstairs o use the toilets. We were so disappointed about the service and as we’re walking down the stairs after we had eaten, we were approached by the manger who asked if we were happy with the food. Me and my sister both explained about the timings of the opening and the issues with the toilet and the rude waitress. The manager was very understanding and knew where we coming from Please employ decent serving staff who have basic customer service skills and bad service leaves you frustrated, especially travelling an hour away to try the food for the first time. We will not be returning due to the poor service .

I ordered a meal from Mr Ts for the first time, through uber eats and was unpleasantly surprised when the order i received had a receipt for the items i ordered, however the food that was with it, were not the items i ordered. I had ordered 2 pizzas, chips, fries and some hallumi fries. There were no pizzas, 2 portions of chips and 5 hallumi fries when the portion should have been 8. I also received 2 gratuitous milkshakes that i didnt order. I contacted the store and was rold sorry, but theres nothing we can do, it's the drivers fault. After several conversations and the fulfilment of the managers request of photos of the receipt and food received (as if I'd been lying), he still refused yo take responsibility nor offer a resolution I informed him i would request a refund via uber and let people know the level of service i had received To wgich his responses were merely to shift blame to the driver, rather than resolve the matter. The food we did eat was cold and not very good either I wont be ordering from them again and i recommend you avoid them too.

Friend and I booked bottomless brunch at £35 each.. staff were inattentive and due to lack of staff being around to take drinks orders, we chose to leave after 2 drinks. When the bill arrived we were charged £57 each. We queried this and the manager on site (28.07.24) apologised for her lack of communication in dealing with drinks as she had wrongly added drinks to our bill. She “rectified” our bill by refunding us the £22 cocktails but refused to take any responsibility for the lack of poor service. I have been to many bottomless brunch experiences and this is the worst. One to avoid.

We come here every week. Good quality of food, generous portions and very tasty. We order the same. Chicken kebab with salad & Large doner with chilli sauce. Cheesy Garlic bread is very nice as well. The BEST food :)
