First time we've had Polish food, was not Disappointed the food was great, And the staff were so helpful, Would would definitely recommend This restauran
Travelled 60 miles roundtrip after reading many 5" reviews. Was well worth it!
Started with mocktails which were the best and a mixture of starters and two mains between two of us, was plenty. All amazing, will be back and slightly glad it's a distance as otherwise would be back every week!
Unreal dinner. Such good value and it’s not even expensive - this trio dessert spread was £12! The best quality and service. All the servers were smiley and lovely, will definitely be returning.
Took an hour to get one starter , crispy seaweed. The other starters arrived at least 20 mins later.
The same with the mains, they dribbled out, I was supposed to be sharing mine with my daughter so when mine eventually came out herS was cold and they had to reheat it.
The food is ok . But not enough to make me want to come back.
The delivery drivers were in and out so we can see which customers get preferential treatment.
I've been quite a few times but I will never go back
Very disappointing
The atmosphere in here was lovely, it was chilled, and quiet. Went with a friend, was able to take in our own food and enjoyed the calm in there, inexpensive and friendly staff. Thank you for a chilled evening
First time visiting Erst. I feel like there are almost too many small plates places in Manchester but this is definitely amongst the best. Uncomplicated yet sophisticated and most importantly delicious food.
Mana is Manchester’s first Michelin starred restaurant and one of only two in the city; the 2nd being recently awarded to Skof.
I decided to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife here. Overall it was a good experience although imo quite expensive for what we received. Undoubtedly a huge effort went into the food presented with a total (I think) of 14 dishes served. However no dish really stood out for me that I’d say was exceptional. With that said, no dish was poor or not enjoyable either.
The restaurant is in Ancoats and is one large open space accommodating a lounge, the tables and an open kitchen. I quite liked the minimalist clean decor however my wife got startled on a few occasions with sudden loud bursts of “yes chef” from the open kitchen.
Service was mixed. Our sommelier was great (and highly entertaining!) however the young lady at reception didn’t even smile at us when we walked in & then mistakenly added £140 extra on our bill at the end.
Like many fine dining restaurants I’ve been to, Mana’s worthwhile for a special occasion but it’s unlikely I’d go back again.
Location is poor, very busy side street but managed to find parking.
It's a completely weird set-up, you knock on a door of an outbuilding/conservatory and then someone comes and takes your order.. You then wait outside in the cold till it's ready... just totally odd - didn't appear to have any curb service and it's CASH only.
I got their famous cheesecake.. I've read other reviews being disappointed that they are defrosted.
Mine was clearly defrosted but this made the cake a lot creamier (which I prefer) and I really enjoyed it.
Sauces were generous and tasty. I would definitely go back and I am excited to try something different next time.
