Tzatziki's in Manchester

food was great, hot and so so good....

We had a pleasant quick dinner here on a Saturday evening. We ordered one main course each plus some bottles of Mythos beers, all of which were delicious. The place is clean and in a good location on the high street. The service was nice and friendly but I've deducted one star because it should have been made more obvious that they don't take card payments. Other than that I have zero complaints!

Been meaning to go for a while and I finally went after 4 years! Really enjoyed the food and the staff were the lovely, I can't comment on atmosphere too much as it was empty when I went but it seems like it's more of a takeaway place maybe? Only thing is that it was cash only which I was unaware of but we were able to order online so we could pay by card there.

Excellent quality, good portions and very reasonable price. Small delivery fee when booked through their own site.

Our favourite place to order on deliveroo! The strawberry cheesecake is a must order. 5 stars all around and the portion sizes are amazing.

Visited today with the family after coming across a review on YouTube. It is a real hidden little gem, food was fresh, plentiful and excellent value for money. Lovely staff, really felt they where pleased we had visited, shop was clean, welcoming and warm on a very cold windy day, will definitely visit again xxx

Rare to find somewhere at this level of quality at such great prices in such a big city like Manchester. A real gem! We got the large mezze platter, gigantes beans, chicken salad, baked feta and the best baklava I’ve ever had! All came to just over £30 total! Delicious & great service, 10/10 - throughly recommend this place and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much.

Ordered two gyro plates, but both had very little meat, especially for the price. The tzatziki was off, too. If this place were in Greece, it would’ve shut down by now.

Food wasn’t the best was cold please cheap meat and there was no salad. Dips was very very nice. Chips ok. Like it’s not worth 22£ but more like 11 if I had to have it again but the dips are really really good

Ordered for delivery direct from them (1x falafel and 1x chicken gyros, plus some dips). Arrived on time and everything was nice. In particular the pita and red pepper dip were really good!

Lots of chicken pieces but the salad was a tiny portion and wilted and the pitta was really dry - really disappointed considering it was supposed to be ‘Greek’.

I had a massive craving for a lamb gyro and this place hit the spot. My husband who has never had one, or any Greek food is now a fan. Food arrived hot, meat was great, veggies fresh, bread perfect, and the sauce was perfect and all arrived on time.

Best gyro in Manchester. As a Greek, it's up there with some of the very best in Athens.

Was only OK. Got the mixed grill and both souvlaki and both gyros were quite dried out and pretty bland. The bifteki was nice. The salad was minimal - some tomato slices and a load of red onion. Not worth the price, wouldn't order from here again I'm afraid.

I got a huge chicken salad for under £5. It had an equal amount of chicken to everything else and we were served quickly. The food is authentic with a wide range of options. They also have sharing plates which let you try a bit of everything as well as freshly made desserts. Highly recommend for an affordable meal out in fallowfield!

Easily one of the best places, if not the best place, for a great affordable meal. The food is so much better than any other Greek place in the area, including some very pricey ones in town. Have been coming here for years and it’s great every time.

Delicious authentic gyros. We wanted to sit in but it was very busy as it's bank holiday weekend. Ate at home and loved our food.

only gripe was didn't get any stuffed vine leaves in the large mezze even though it states them.have been coming here for years and food is always fresh and tasty and never late as its the staff that deliver so won't let it put me off as im sure it was just a one off.still gets the usual 5 stars👍

The best greek food I ever had in Manchester! The potatoes was different level and the gyros super tasty. Friendly staff. I would recommend as the top one in Manchester!

Ordered Skepasti with Tzatziki inside and chips. Whole meal was dry. I asked for any sauce like Tahini or Tzatziki but was told to go back online and order for £1.20. They had mustard, hot sauce and a bit of ketchup for free. The sandwich was toasted and the chicken was just small flecks which seemed like overcooked off-cuts of something else. Some onions and a few strands of pepper constituted the salad inside. This is the first meal I have not finished as it was so dry, I finished my can of drink half way though. I'm surprised they don't give out the sauce that the place is named after to customers.

Very sad to see what used to be the best cheap takeaway in Manchester become yet another place where you can't eat for less than £10. Prices have literally doubled since three years ago, and while some of it is probably inflation/cost of living... a 100% increase is a bit too much.

Delicious food. Great value. The food was not as hot as I would like when it arrived but I suspected that would b the case considering the kind of food we ordered (e.g. souvlaki and gyros) and the distance it travelled.

Extremely tasty food. Great value for your money as pricing is reasonable. Very impressed.

The food is very tasty and well flavoured. On the downside, it's cash only (although there's an ATM in Sainsburys a minutes walk away) and very little atmosphere.

We used to be regular customers of Tzatziki’s when we lived in South Manchester and it was the best Greek food around! We now live on the other side of Manchester and decided to treat ourselves over the weekend as we’d not been there for a couple of years. After an hours drive we ordered our usual choice - chicken souvlaki - which used to come with a lovely Greek salad. To our disappointment, the meal last night was nothing like it used to be. The Greek salad used to have Feta cheese, olives and red onion. Last nights ‘Greek salad’ was literally a couple of leaves and one baby tomato cut in half!! We ordered extra pitta bread and dips too and the pitta bread was just two tiny quarters of bread! The meal cost £26 which is ridiculous for the size and quality of the food. Really disappointed and will not be going there again. Such as shame as it used to be lovely!

Always been delicious and authentic, couldn’t recommend enough😇 We always get the chicken gyros, pita halloumi, spanakopita or tiropita. It’s 10/10 every time and always our go-to, not too expensive either.

Normally very nice from here, but wasn’t as good as usual on this occasion. Gyros was nice, but moussaka was a very small portion and spinach pie didn’t taste very fresh at all. Disappointed.

Just came to watch Didsbury girls hockey club play round the corner, thought I'd nip out for food pre match. Found this little gem, owners super nice and the chicken gyros was best one I've had for ages in Manchester! Very affordable to. 10/10. Be back for the next home game. Note cash only BUT you can just download the app and pay with card/PayPal.

Its like your taste buds stepping back into Greece, love the food here. Always come when passing by. A Gyros and Greek salad are my fave but I still have to explore the rets of the menu yet
