Huqqa Lounge in Manchester

Rude Behaviour by manager confused counter staff forcing to buy Drinks/Deserts, This place which has got broken sofas and Rats roaming around the customer sitting area doesn't deserve making such demands. Was quite regular to this place but not anymore.

Disappointment at its peak. We had to argue with the manager over a drink. We were forced to get drinks with the shisha although we have taken 2 pipes for 3 people.

Hello to the managers and boss We have been visiting your place since a very long time now and always the service was spot on but today when we walked in suddenly the girl on the till forced us to order drinks when we already ordered two Shishas between four, that made us feel very embarrassed infornt of other customers we always order drinks and Arabic tea this time for the first time when we were already full with food and drinks and did not wanted to order they made us feel very unsatisfactory!!! Pathetic behaviour by the guy in white suit on the entrace

I can't believe I'm writing this review after coming here for almost four years. There were four of us, and we ordered two shishas for £40. Yet, the staff still insisted that we order drinks. It's not about the cost of the drinks, but the way we were forced to purchase them—I found it humiliating. On top of that, we had to sit on damaged sofas that haven't been changed/maintained for long time. I really don't understand.

You guys need to get your things aligned as per the customers requirements. We were poorly treated and forced to order drinks. The money isn't the problem, the issue is with the behavior of the staff. Cheers to losing more loyal customers.

Unpleasant Experience – Would Not Recommend I visited this place with my friends for sheesha number of times in the last 3 years, but unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. We were forced by the staff and manager to order drinks, even after clearly explaining them that we were already full and didn’t want anything else. Despite our polite refusal, the manager forced us to have a drink in a very rude and unprofessional manner, making us feel extremely uncomfortable among all the other customers. We came to enjoy and relax, but left feeling unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect from a hospitality venue.

Will never go again, they forced me to order 2 Shisha plus desserts . I already ate somewhere else, I just went for a shisha, but because we were four , they said we have to have 2 shisha. Very unprofessional customer service.

Pathetic shisha ask for paan leachy raspberry asked to change 2 times again giving same flavor with double apple they don’t know how to make shesha or they dont have those flavours.

Food isn't great. Got a sundea and it's cheap ice cream. Shisha was good and nice atmosphere.

The atmosphere in here was lovely, it was chilled, and quiet. Went with a friend, was able to take in our own food and enjoyed the calm in there, inexpensive and friendly staff. Thank you for a chilled evening

It was my first time in Huqqa Lounge and I had one of the best nights of the year. The music was great and the customer service was the best I have ever had in a shisha lounge. I met a friendly man called Muneeb who went above and beyond to make this a memorable night. I will definitely be returning to Huqqa.

Last week me and friends decided to visit this lounge which apparently seems really nice. We were almost 7 people , 4 of us went before us and other 3 were late , when we entered the restaurant the hosting guy asked us that you need to order first ( which we were ok about ) then he said you need to book one shisha for two people and every individual needs to buy a drink from the menu which is compulsory. Whereas , other three friends of us were still late we asked them let us sit inside and we will wait for them and then decide what to order and the team of two three people refused us that and we had to wait outside in cold which was really cold. After waiting we decided to go inside and order two shisha and 4 drinks which were bad as the management. One of the shisha was double apple and it didnt have any smoke or taste i asked the guy who refreshes the coal he didnt even respond to my request and left like he was there by no choice. Indeed we had to leave and the management didnt care about it also whereas i told them about my satisfaction , as soon as our friends arrived we left because they were forcing them to order 2 more shishas 😤 and upon requesting anything it was denied. They are a rip off. Money wasted. More cheaper options available around them and the staff is also very professional.

It’s one of the best shisha places in wilmslow , staff is very friendly including manager, they look after their customers always and try to help you if there is anything you need. Once you are regular you get perks.

The Hoqqa is my favourite place to go in Manchester. the service,ambiance,staff and specially I want to mention the manager which is the tall one he is great whenever I go there my own with friends and with my family he is always taking extra care of us and make sure if we are okay and happy and I notice that he is good with everyone next time I will ask for his name. Been there a couple of time in my opinion the best place in Manchester for sheesha apart from the shesha the management is top notch, from there manager to other staff all of them make you feel comfortable and try there best to provide with what you are looking for. Must recommended place to go .

Best place to go and spend time with friends and family if you wanna enjoy the Shesha apart from there shesha the drinks and sweets are one of kind very nice and clean environment you feel you paid value to money and on top of all of this the service from the manager to all the other staff is like a family they take care of you in a way that you want to come over and over again. Been a customer here for nearly 2 years and I came here like every other day the best thing about this place is the hospitality these guys give to you specially the manager saif he is the guy who make you feel like special apart from him all of the other staff is amazing specially Hannan he is a nice guy always takes care of me. Top notch shesha drinks and dessert a must recommend place to go if you want to enjoy a quality time with friends or family.

I recently visited and was disappointed with the service. During my visit, staff members speaking Arabic informed us that we needed to leave unless we ordered more shisha or milkshakes. This approach made us feel unwelcome and pressured to make additional purchases beyond our initial order. 00000 star

This was such an amazing visit we went to have a bit of shisha with mates and omds the hospitality of the staff and the friendliness on their faces was extraordinary. Loved the flavours for both shishas and milkshakes were spot on. Hope to pop down soon again 😍😍

So, for the first time in Manchester, me and my friend, we just decided to go to a shisha lounge, we come to this shisha ,everything was ok the host was fine , till in the moment we need to go, out , 2 mans , I suppose they was from the staff ,they took us out on the back door,the door wher they get the rubbish outside, it was staff exist any way , so me and my friend we really feel a bit ocurd, and feel like a form of racism, I dont know why I should not go out on the front door ,exactly how we enter, and like all other people , really big dislike here.

Elite milkshake, for a fiver it's banging, ice creams decent

Aysha provided wonderful service quick, friendly, and attentive.

The shisha is terrible don’t bother. I’ve been to so many places, and the drag from the hookah is so weak, the taste of the skittles flavour is so horrible that I had to get a different head and it wasn’t any better. The tips they give are flimsy plastic. I suggest u go to somewhere else, like pashas for actual good pipes and good shisha. The vibe there was good. But shisha was a major let down.

I would really not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is bit rude and food /tea is miserable. Service was marginal and sitting arrangements (at least where I was ) is not good as I needed to forwards reach to table.

If you’re looking for a spot to kick back, whether solo or with friends, this shisha lounge is the place to be. I’ve been going regularly, and they never disappoint. The staff always treats you with the utmost respect, and Saif, the manager, is hands down the nicest host. No matter what, he makes sure you’re taken care of. The shisha is always on point, the seating is super comfortable, and the music really sets the mood. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Omg I'm having the Philly cheese steak and it is absolutely gorgeous, hot cheese and delicious meat inside a fresh baguette, honestly, this is the number 1 shisha lounge in Manchester if not the whole UK. Great shisha, excellent food, fresh desserts, refreshing mocktails, plenty of seating options & Live Sports on a massive projector screen, night out sorted! Best lounge I've been to. Very consistent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Saif the Manager is an absolute STAR. He's very hospitable and respectful. The lounge has become a regular spot for my social groups. They play live sports, have plenty of different types of seating arrangements, it's a great place to remote work during the day too. Best of all, the regulars who come here are very friendly and respectful, it is honestly a cornerstone of the community here. It's somewhere where you feel welcomed and valued and that can't be said in regards to a lot of lounges. Most importantly, as with all lounges, if you respect the house rules, the establishment will respect you. They have plenty of original and high quality flavours, the coal service is great, the desserts are excellent. It's honestly a 10/10 place

Travelled from Birmingham to here and instead of £46, we were charged £510 - insane difference? We realised when we got home and couldn’t find any form of contact (dodgy?!) Asked the local newsagent and he went in and was told they ‘don’t give their number out’. Had to travel back 2 hours and arrived at 1am and was told we needed more proof because they couldn’t find the receipt (not our issue). Anyways they then said they can’t give it back through card despite it being a card payment and said we have to come back the next day at 4pm, are they having a laugh? They then decided to give £460 cash back. If anything, should’ve been given the whole amount back. They’re definitely doing something illegal. They’re not even coming up on companies house!

I've visited Huqqa many times and usually had a good experience, but my recent visit for a friend’s birthday was disappointing. I ordered a birthday cake to be brought to our table at 12:00 as a surprise, but the staff forgot, and I had to remind them. When the cake finally arrived, they didn’t bring spoons, so I had to ask for them. When I mentioned the poor service, the staff member just smiled, which was frustrating. I told them I wasn’t happy and would leave a review. Thn The manager then came over and argued with me in front of my friend instead of fixing the issue. This ruined the surprise and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope they improves customer service, but I won’t be coming back
