The best restaurants in Liverpool North West

Not saying who I am, I have a certain disability, I have proof, a few weeks ago, I said something to a bar staff, ok I'm wrong, recently the bar staff rudely said something to me in pub, the landlord heard what was said, recently I was asked to have a certain amount and leave because of what I said to others , yes I agree I maybe wrong, however what the person said about me, was absolutely disgusting, I like the pub certain people are not genuine, unsure who is the brewery, if you know, I'd like to know, everyone isn't 100%, but don't be disgusting, The unnamed person

while the service is speedy, efficient without coming of cold, the food, particularly during the slow periods are just about edible certainly not something to write home about.

Really friendly staff everytime I visit, and my favourite Millie's - the shakes are thicker than any other Millie's I've been to, my fav!!

Just found this place on google maps after visiting nhs round the corner. Best breakfast I had in a long time. Staff are amazing and friendly. No grease on food and well presented. Well done….

No, terrible , salty, overrated, overpriced, really bad food, horrible experience ,cheap ingredients , took 15 minutes to reheat a microwave meal , so salty I had to drink water for about 3 hours

Fussy kitchen has some unique Srilankan dishes which I haven't had before. I had Jackfruit rice and lamb which is a Wednesday special. The food was tasty and spicy as well. My friends had kothu porotta, kothu pittu, kothu noolpittu. We all tried everything and all of them were really good. I just couldn't believe that a restaurant like this was unknown to most south Indians in Liverpool when they were going to other restaurants and raving about average biriyani dishes. We also had masala chai which was also fitting to the spicy food that we had. Will go again for sure!!!!

The cafe is really nice with lots of tables. The entrance is confusing as you have to enter through Blackwells! It’s well located near the University and I will definitely return here in the future!

I visited with my wife to get a sandwich for our lunch and decided to use the toilet, upon opening the door to the toilet I was greeted by excrement spread on the seat and basin and urine all over the floor. I reported this to the person who was on the floor and he stated that he knew the situation and would get to it when he was ready. Upon hearing this I went and told my wife and left , we could not eat there seeing this.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza for a few days. Due to the crowds for the Queen Anne naming ceremony and a very long day, we decided to stay in to grab a light dinner. I had seen Gochujang wings on the both the bar menu and room service so was disappointed they were not available on the restaurant menu. However, the chef kindly offered to do them for me. Service was excellent. In fact, I'd say it could be scaled back a little as we were approached no fewer than 10 times during our meal and for some folks that could be overload. We enjoyed the warm sourdough, the Gochujang wings and a plaza burger. Good portion sizes and we were stuffed! The food is well-cooked. The burger could have been a little more tasty but no complaints in general.

Ordered food from here at 6pm was told it would be here between 7.20pm/7.40pm then another message that it would be 7.30pm/8.00pm still no order so asked for update was told it would be with me by 8.20pm as it was on it's was. 8.30pm came and went 8.45 came and went so asked where my order was apparently stuck in traffic I asked for my money back and was told no si rang them. They told me it takes time to cook my order apparently 3 hours because it was now nearly 9pm she said she was just sending it out bear in mind I had a message saying I had gotten my food at 8.20pm then a message it was on the way but in a traffic jam. Yet she let slip it was still there. So I told her I'm not waiting all night I've had toast instead and asked for my money back as it's a joke waiting 3 hours for food!!!

The place is managed by people that take advantage of everyone they can, serves what they feel like as they assume everyone that goes there is stupid, ordered a pizza that was dry, barely had any toppings or sauce and overall a bad experience. Cant recommend this to anyone even on a good day.

Very impressed! Such friendly staff, great pints and meals. One of the best sirloin steaks ever, it was so tender and the chips were cooked to perfection!
