We chose to have a meal out for Valentines day.. The waitress who served us didn't ask about allergies etc, she just asked for our drinks order. also, we had to ask if we could go over to the carvery - The amount of carved meat we were given was minimal. The vegetables looked really nice and there was a good selection. Sadly, when we started eating we found the food was only lukewarm and just became cold pretty quickly. The food was tasty, but not when it's cold. There was absolutely no check back by staff. When a waitress did finally come over, it was only to see if we wanted anything else? We mentioned that we were disappointed as the food was cold, she immediately went into defence mode and said the food is kept at a certain temperature and it gets checked with a probe, (we saw no evidence of food being probed and we had a good view of the carvery) -she said she would feed it back to the manager. I said I will speak to the manager myself if she can come over please. The manager Did NOT come over, although she wasn't far away. She sent the waitress back over, who re-iterated that the food is kept at a certain temp. There was no apology or concern that our food was cold. Offering a 'free desert' is not the solution I'm afraid. Having a nice HOT roast dinner is what we were expecting and what we were paying for.

Excellent quality, fresh ingredients. Cannot complain. The takeaway restaurant is not a nightclub is it, so Atmosphere is not relevant.

2nd time my hot n spicy pizza didn’t have chilli on it. What is wrong with you. Wasted 16 on my order. Never will I order from you again

Disgusting food. Ordered this for a Saturday night takeaway, don't waste your money. The meat is disgusting, and the sauce is tasteless mush.

Ordered food for TWO people on Saturday and waited 2.5 hours. I was originally told 1.5 hours which is still quite a long time but I accepted that. After 2.5 hours I rang up to cancel and never even received an apology.. disappointing

Fish , chips and peas is possibly the best I've tasted anywhere. Gorgeous.

Waited 2hrs for delivery never came they cancelled my order on me and never told me. They don't even pick up the phone when you call. Still waiting for refund . Will never use again.

Stope me 100£ , plus my diesel 57 £ never refound me , I need a costumer service number plssss

Es horrible, la comida fría, los niños se inclinan en ella el personal y los visitantes groseros, el área de servicio era tan sucia y descuidada, que no me atreví a visitar el baño, desagradable evitar a toda costa si había una opción no estrella que es lo que obtendría

Ordered a couple of bits from them, the delivery driver came with the food and additional pizza box. I took the box assuming it a free garlic bread (which we’ve received before). I put the “garlic bread” (as we’re not usually a fan)to one side as we ate and I received the most horrendous abusive phone call!!! Accusing me of stealing someone else’s dinner! I explained it was untouched and they can pick it up if they wanted which they said they were going to. After waiting 40 mins I called to see if it was getting picked up as it was late, the owner proceeded to scream down the phone at me, calling me every name under the sun, swearing, saying to never order again, someone doesn’t have their dinner now etc I’ve honestly never been spoken to like that by anyone! So glad I recorded the phone call as nobody would believe how angry he actually got over something that was THEIR problem. 😅 The food wasn’t the best and I’d recommend anyone in the local area to try somewhere else.
