Preferred Pizza in Liverpool

Waited 2hrs for delivery never came they cancelled my order on me and never told me. They don't even pick up the phone when you call. Still waiting for refund . Will never use again.

Takes online orders but is shut! Disgrace! Stay away

Just received our delivery took over an hour for two pizzas, the pizzas where both full of grease, too much cheese it was all over the box. Could not pick it up with the grease and the weight of the cheese. Managed one piece the kids wouldn’t touch there’s. Tried calling no answer. Very disappointed

Half the order was missing the other half was inedible. Tried calling 9 times no answer. Really disappointed

If I could give less than one star I would. Driver was late delivering even after 2 phone calls. Order arrived wrong and managed the catch the driver outside and explained the issue. He said he would bring the rest get order back within 30 mins. Arrived back after 100 mins with the supposed manager of the shop as well and when order was checked and found out to be wrong again they decided to argue with me at the door. Tried to tell me a calzone in their shop is considered a flat pizza! Then tried to take the food back while canceling the order on their side making it harder to get a refund from under eats. In process of reporting to Uber eats over whole situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. GO ELSWHERE.

Pizza cold and had no toppings. Never again.

Wasn't a fan, the pizza wasnt to my taste but the calzone was lovely. The fries/chips were floppy needed 30 more seconds in the fryer. And my drink never arrived. Would order again for the calzone but would ask for the fries to be cooked more.

Delivery driver turned up late, he stated he had tried to ring me prior to delivery but I didn't receive no call. I was with 4 other people at the time and my phone never rang. When questioned the driver become argumentative and asked us weather we wanted it or not. It stated on menu that you received free garlic pizza bread on orders over £20. My order was £23.48 and we didnt receive the garlic bread Pizza was very nice but service was appalling. Would not recommended

My last order I had a problem but the staff were fantastic and couldn't be any nicer to rectify it. I do highly recommend this place. I have found my new take out place. Amazing work on making sure that their customers are extremely satisfied with their orders. ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.

Not the best fast food! Ordered for 9pm turned up at 9.45pm, food was cold and the chicken in the wrap came battered. Chips were also cold.......... overall not a happy customer!
