KFC in Liverpool

Chicken was good, chips as usual don’t deliver well. We got all our sauces and drinks which was nice!

never got any drinks with meals

delivery driver had a bad attitude for no reason.

Order never arrived, this has happened a few times now, would not order from here again.

Already low expectations lowered to the point i think id prefer food found in the bins. I'd know what i was getting at least

Bag of was covered in grease, ripped and the meals were not separated. There was one bag were the chips had been practically poured into it one with 3 boxes squishing one another with the boneless chicken and then 4 pieces of chicken stuffed into one box. Probably the worst order I have ever gotten

We didn't get our 4 portions of fries, our drink was wrong and our dips were wrong too. Working in the food industry isn't rocket science. I just hope you start employing people who can read in the future.

Arrived on time, was reasonably warm and, miraculously, the order was correct and not missing items. However, £2.99 for barely a thimbleful of gravy is an insult, the fries were dropping, and the chicken had been sitting in the cabinet for a while, hence was dry. For £23 for ONE person, it is a total rip-off. Do yourselves a favour and order a good Chinese, or Indian, or even fried chicken from another place. It will undoubtedly be cheaper, and almost certainly better quality.

The order was not delivered he rang for the number which i did not know what it was he said 4 digits so gave him at and saying food was delivered but it was not i have just had to re order so I want this refunding asap and the driver dealt with

This place is great they always get the fillets perfect the popcorn chicken perfect the fries perfect and the drink great restaurant!

I just don’t know if it’s the packaging team or the delivery that Evry time orders are missing items I’m not happy.

Food was cold, and missing items called restaurant they never apologised and told me to contact just eat for a refund on my missing items and just eat are refusing to refund me so I’ve paid or items I didn’t receive. Absolute joke.

Missing drink, cold chips, not an ideal scenario somewhat of a letdown.

They delivered my food it was hard and stone cold. They forgot my big bottle of tango. And this just eat wouldn’t put the bottle up in to the list of things that was missing I’ve never once had as nice meal from this dump. Never again

Never sent what I ordered manger wants to give her head a wobble the way she talks to people it’s not her fault they sent the wrong food well isn’t that one of your jobs to make sure the right food gets sent and then the cheek when I turn my back don’t be ordering from here no more an the runs away an let’s the male manger deescalate and handled it professionally

every time I order i continue to have missing items from my order it's this is not acceptable when half of your childrens food doesn't arrive its unfair plus you never get a refund for the missing items either i think you need to start double checking your orders before sending them out as this is constantly not just a one off

I ordered 8 pieces of boneless bucket and received 6 random pieces of chicken instead. Only 2 boneless pieces, 2 wings, one drumstick and one piece of chicken.

There is always something wrong every time I go. Max is great he is really nice but a lot of other staff are quite rude in my opinion.

All our food was cold...chicken was dry and over cooked, buns must of been sitting out all day because they were stale.Chips were soggy and the worst bit was gravy it was cold and congealed like Jelly! waste of money as it went in the bin.

The chicken I ordered tasted burnt and smelt burnt, chips had little to no seasoning on them and gravy was chunky.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive after the order. If I knew it was going to take so long, I wouldn’t have ordered. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and one of the meals was missing (how is this even possible I only ordered 3 meals).

Delivery came 35-40 minutes after original estimated delivery time and I get its estimated. We watched the driver drive around in circles a couple of times after getting the food and it arrived cold and with the drinks missing.

Kept changing delivery time. Food freezing when it arrived. Lousy attitude from staff after I drove down to get food replaced. Only improvement was the replacement food took 2mins instead of an hour and a half.

Driver doesn’t ask for the delivery and missing an item from the order

delivery driver didn't follow the directions provided to find our house. they then started shouting at me when I was trying to direct them. I asked him not shout at me and he then put the phone down on me. when the food did arrive it was cold and the driver was still shouting! it really isn't acceptable behaviour.

Something about this KFC, always take ages. Usually missing items, and always chuck your food in the bag upside down etc. Food isn’t quite up to the standard of other branches. Being so close I have to come here when I fancy a kfc in the hope they’ve turned things around… unfortunately they never seem to be able too
