KFC in Liverpool

Service is always awful...wait far to long for someone to serve me and wait far to long for the order...there more interested in dealing with the drive ins in all the KFC's these days

There is always something wrong every time I go. Max is great he is really nice but a lot of other staff are quite rude in my opinion.

wrong burger delivered. We ordered BBQ tower and the sauce was just ketchup!!

All our food was cold...chicken was dry and over cooked, buns must of been sitting out all day because they were stale.Chips were soggy and the worst bit was gravy it was cold and congealed like Jelly! waste of money as it went in the bin.

The chicken I ordered tasted burnt and smelt burnt, chips had little to no seasoning on them and gravy was chunky.

Food was hot and the chicken was fresh ...nicest KFC I've had in a good while.

the food delivered from this shop was appalling. food was cold, chicken twister wrap was uncooked & all split open on delivery, it looked like it was all thrown together with no thought about how it looked, I've had many a chicken twister delivery & I must say from this shop (EAST PRESCOT ROAD) its the worst I have ever had it is not even worthy of a star

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive after the order. If I knew it was going to take so long, I wouldn’t have ordered. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and one of the meals was missing (how is this even possible I only ordered 3 meals).

Delivery came 35-40 minutes after original estimated delivery time and I get its estimated. We watched the driver drive around in circles a couple of times after getting the food and it arrived cold and with the drinks missing.

Kept changing delivery time. Food freezing when it arrived. Lousy attitude from staff after I drove down to get food replaced. Only improvement was the replacement food took 2mins instead of an hour and a half.

delivery driver didn't follow the directions provided to find our house. they then started shouting at me when I was trying to direct them. I asked him not shout at me and he then put the phone down on me. when the food did arrive it was cold and the driver was still shouting! it really isn't acceptable behaviour.

Something about this KFC, always take ages. Usually missing items, and always chuck your food in the bag upside down etc. Food isn’t quite up to the standard of other branches. Being so close I have to come here when I fancy a kfc in the hope they’ve turned things around… unfortunately they never seem to be able too

Ordered beans but they were not with my order.

Order was delivered on time. Food was piping hot and I received everything that was ordered. Spot on.

The service could be a little better, putting the items in a take-out bag, the guy gave me the soda and the box in his hand, the items came crushed, and when I went to get the salad from the box it fell on the floor, because it wasn't closed properly.

The food was excessively greasy and oily, making it almost inedible. I expected better quality, but this was far below my expectations. I hope the management takes note and improves the food quality.

6 cookies missing and no chips with meal… can there not be a system set up where of you run out of cookies there not available to order as half the time they don't come and then get declined when ask for a refund on them? Backwards…

This KFC branch never fails. Staff are super friendly and the environment is very modern too. The reason why I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because people can no longer order food at the desk and instead have to order food on a machine. I know the food market is changing into a more digital format however, with me not being the best at ordering on machines, it can bf challenging due to my disabilities so I always ask my friend to order food on the machine instead but despite this, this KFC branch is still great.

The food was decent enough, but the lad on mop duty out front needs to calm down and maybe have a cuppa or something. Went in with a mate after having no luck at Wendy’s around quarter to ten. We ordered at the kiosk, which kindly offered us table service. We thought, “Why not? Saves us from munching in the car like a couple of lorry drivers on a night shift.” So there we are, sitting in a booth, when Mr. Mop-and-Bucket saunters over, clearly convinced he’s the CEO of Clean Floors Ltd. He starts giving us grief for not being psychic enough to realise some tables had chairs on them—even though the ones we were sitting at, and the others nearby, were chair-free zones. Top bloke. We were perfectly happy to take our food away, no fuss, but for some reason, this guy seemed proper offended that we didn’t know about the secret, unwritten rule of "no eating in after 9:30 pm"—despite there being no signs anywhere, and the kiosk itself encouraging us to eat in. What a muppet.

Got full meal orders wrong, didn’t give us drinks or sauces we paid extra for, driver got lost and had to go it and look for him, terrible from kfc and just eat combined.

I popped into KFC for a quick bite. As I was sipping on my ice-cold Coca-Cola, I noticed something strange at the bottom of my cup. To my surprise, there it was - a chunk of cheese! I couldn't believe my eyes. How on earth did cheese end up in my Coke at KFC of all places?

Lovely as always. Nowt missing, all hot and quick delivery. Reckon all negative reviews on here are from benefitites from Dovey and Nogsy after a quick refund. Been using EPR KFC for couple of years and never had a bad ecperience yey

We gave this a chance because every time we've used before, we've always not received what we have ordered (which is a shame, as the list is right infront of them) but yet again another failure to Deliever what we have firstly ordered but secondly paid for.

Paid for a 12 piece BB at the drive thru, got home and it was only an 8x piece. Too late to return. Yet again an incorrect order. All KFCs are as bad as each other for this, it lousy service, and p****s people off!

Missing gravy, mash, popcorn chicken and Pepsi from bucket so just got chicken and chips for £38! And was obviously cooked in scabby oil! just eat need to step up with who they deliver for. Every delivery is wrong! Its not hard and its expensive! I'll be deleting my just eat account after this, not wasting any more money.

We couldn’t eat the box meal as it had mayo and lettuce all over ignored all notes and requests didn’t pick the phone up … gave us the tiniest pieces of chicken in the bucket for 1 all leg pieces didn’t exactly feed a grown man

Well I’ll never get a kfc again kfc used to be my favourite it’s absolutely shocking what your serving for the cost your prices always seem to go up in price when your quality of food going down I put my food in the bin even me dog turned is nose up at it
