Missing Items No Dips Or Corn On The Cobs

Delicious food but as usual and item was missing

We didn't receive any drinks with our meals, the children's meal came without chicken and without the pineapple dessert. I called the store and no answer. This is the second delivery we've had where no drinks are provided.

Missing stuff again out of date lettuce on burger

food was absolutely freezing an unacceptable to consume

I got a tower box and it had 7 chips in total

It was Completely over cooked, I couldn't eat any of the Chicken, didn't really find much chicken in it.

After being recommended, we decided to try the East Prescot rd kfc. Not only was the order 20 minutes late, it arrived cold, and with the bbq dip missing, l would be hesitant to use this kfc again.

Driver was very good took time to find us to make sure we got our meal which were good quality

Having left a 'Fair & Reasonable Review' Praising Georgia for dealing with one earlier query, I NOW WISH to make a Damning Review in regards to Manager Michael and his unhelpful and aggressive manner towards me! Having popped in for food on FRI 16/5/25 & ordered via the Drive In, upon inspecting same, yet again, for the 8th time in 8 Days my order was wrong!!!!! I asked for & spoke with Duty Manager Michael, ( who clearly should not be in any position of responsibility, less alone in a food/customer environment! ) I showed him a paper note record I had brought and explained that even NOW in 8 Days my 8th Order was wrong! He proceeded to 'snatch' the note from my hand & when I attempted to take it back he became very Threatening & Abusive! He further made many lame excuses for each of my 8 Wrong Orders, one pathetic answer being that "The Warehouse that stores the Sweet Potato Burnt Down so we couldn't make Rice Buckets" INCREDIBLE!! His attitude remained aggressive and condescending throughout as he corrected my Order! Michael is very lucky that I never came across his belligerent attitude in my former profession as Police Officer as his Attitude and Threats, outside of his KFC position would NOT have been tolerated. I ASK THAT THE OWNER'S PERHAPS CONSIDER RECRUITING MANAGERS FROM THE HOSPITALITY PROFESSION, rather than the likes of Michael! A Very Disappointed Helen Beck

Standard KFC. Friendly staff, food was alright. Tables were a bit dirty but not sure if that's due to someone being sat there minutes before we did.

order was late wherby more time kept being added and then when the food arrive is was cold, chops were soggy... don't know why I expected different

I don’t know what the point is of putting notes on your order if no one reads them! I asked for extra mayo on the burger and for thigh pieces for the chicken and neither was done! It’s about the 5th time this has happened now! Also I asked for an orange fruit shoot with the kids meal and they gave me blackcurrant which my son will not drink!

One part of the order was missing - Popcorn Chicken

I ordered the chicken popcorn meal for my little girl but I didn't get it

Food was cold when it arrived driver must of picked up 3-4 orders and mine was last. Meal size was terrible for the price and won’t returning £26 for two meals and the box is pretty much empty.

Ordered delivery, boneless banquet. Only the gravy, a can of Pepsi and the chips were in the bag. The cold can was sat on top of the chips. How hard is it to put the correct items in a bag? Useless. AVOID.

Whilst the food is usually ok Always find a issue with something Now I would recommend someone check the drink dispensers as always either flat or don’t taste right whatsoever staff or managers need to monitor this throughout the day as when paying a good amount of money and this happens it’s so annoying

2 lots of chips missing, large gravy missing and bottle of Pepsi max missing. 2 people in my family couldn't have their tea because the items missing. not good enough

we did not receive all our order we were missing the following regular beans, mini fillet burger, 2 hot wings and regular gravy

Asked for extra flavouring on the fries which ended up being tasteless, the box meal had items missing so ended up going back to complain. The place is being run by a bunch of GenZ self-centred, arrogant little kids who never been taught of how to deal with other people. They gave us the attitude, no one even thought about apologising for the mistakes made etc... When I tried to explain for future reference what customer service supposed to be like, they gave me that typical arrogant dull look like they have no idea why they should even apologise for anything... Worst part is the management, I don't even think they have anyone there in charge, it's just a bunch of kids showing you their back to you while screwing up meal boxes. Must be very hard to put 4 items in a box without making a mistake. Worst place I've ever been to, and I won't stop telling everyone to avoid this disgrace of a "restaurant"...

Orders CONSTANTLY wrong! Manageress has an appalling attitude when you try to rectify the issue. I don’t think I have ever placed an order at this restaurant that they haven’t messed up. Had so many issue with this restaurant and the appalling attitude of the manageress that i eventually had to raise a formal complaint with their head office.

The mini fillets where small and there was 2 and a half instead of 3.

Food was delivered on time but half of the order was missing. Ordered bucket, but chicken was missing from bucket and KFC were not very helpful or interested that the order was wrong.

KFC missed multiple foods item off.. the driver had another bag of in his delivery bag.. I’m not sure if that was for me or if that was for another delivery

Orders are never correct, always items missing or wrong items delivered. Order was “in preparation” for 1 hour, absolute shambles!

Placed my order through the drive through service absolutely amazing but one big problem wrong meal and freezing cold !!! Rang the store as I wasn’t driving back and no answer!!! So it went into the bin waste of money do not buy food from there unless you want food poisoning!!

The KFC in Tuebrook is fine. Your courier was fine. The problem is the KFC on E Prescot Rd. Really slow, and omitted a couple of things I'd ordered and paid for. It was the 2nd and final time I'll be ordering from them. To be avoided.
