KFC in Liverpool

The mini fillets where small and there was 2 and a half instead of 3.

Food was delivered on time but half of the order was missing. Ordered bucket, but chicken was missing from bucket and KFC were not very helpful or interested that the order was wrong.

KFC missed multiple foods item off.. the driver had another bag of in his delivery bag.. I’m not sure if that was for me or if that was for another delivery

Orders are never correct, always items missing or wrong items delivered. Order was “in preparation” for 1 hour, absolute shambles!

The KFC in Tuebrook is fine. Your courier was fine. The problem is the KFC on E Prescot Rd. Really slow, and omitted a couple of things I'd ordered and paid for. It was the 2nd and final time I'll be ordering from them. To be avoided.

Didn’t deliver the drinks and the food was cold and sweaty like the chicken had been sat there all day not fresh at all.

Ordered 3 meals for my family (48 GBP) via Just Eat.....half of the food missing and Just Eat won't refund as KFC confirmed the order was complete.... What a joke! Falling standards everywhere. People are not interested in their customers nowadays.

Absolutely shocking, they couldn’t even get the order right, ordered a boneless banquet, bbq bites, a mash and a trilogy box meal, they sent 2 zinger burger box meals, no mash, how can ya get it so wrong?? Food was cold, what a waste of nearly £40 won’t be ordering again! I wouldn’t mind if it was a busy time or a big order but it wasn’t either of those! Ridiculous!

Little cold on arrival, took a long time from leaving the restaurant to arrive at the address

I have got to stop ordering from here, got to be the worst KFC iv ever been to. As always, order came with missing extras I had paid for and was cold. When you try calling to tell them/ ask if they could send on the missing items, they refuse to answer the phone to you so you can’t even get what you have paid for. If there is an other KFC, even if it’s further away, I urge you to order from that one. Dovecot KFC will only disappoint.

ordered around 6.30pm. Delivery kept getting pushed back, app updated to "order delivered" at 8:40 when the order clearly hadn't been delivered. won't be ordering again.

The food was amazing, but they didn't bring the drink that we paid for.

Order was missing half the chicken, drink and the “free” popcorn. Already paying extra to order through JE, so to receive such a ballsed up order is frankly ridiculous! Slow down, concentrate and get it right.
