Nizam's in Liverpool

Ordered a couple of bits from them, the delivery driver came with the food and additional pizza box. I took the box assuming it a free garlic bread (which we’ve received before). I put the “garlic bread” (as we’re not usually a fan)to one side as we ate and I received the most horrendous abusive phone call!!! Accusing me of stealing someone else’s dinner! I explained it was untouched and they can pick it up if they wanted which they said they were going to. After waiting 40 mins I called to see if it was getting picked up as it was late, the owner proceeded to scream down the phone at me, calling me every name under the sun, swearing, saying to never order again, someone doesn’t have their dinner now etc I’ve honestly never been spoken to like that by anyone! So glad I recorded the phone call as nobody would believe how angry he actually got over something that was THEIR problem. 😅 The food wasn’t the best and I’d recommend anyone in the local area to try somewhere else.

Kebab smelt like mothballs phoned up to explain about it and got the hight of abuse , i am not bothered about the £4 that he thought I wanted back I just wanted food to eat for my family , disgusting wouldn't have eaten a replacement anyway , terrible customer service , terrible terrible terrible ,AVOID

Awful food I was overcharged then when I went back in they tried to intimidate me as if I was in the wrong don’t go here. Rat burger

Absolutely gorgeous, ordered 5 kebabs all different for each of family, all come red hot and salad seperate was so fresh as well, can’t fault it , top marks 👏👏👏

Gone down hill in last 12 months. Smaller portions. Naan bread like thin plastic. Wont be back anymore. Was going to give 1 star but 2 coz staff are friendly.

Orderd takeaway food was stone cold rock hard and burnt first time ordering tonight would definitely not go back salad was brown and dried up and large chips were half empty

Placed order online and went to collect. On opening the two kebabs we had ordered they had got the order wrong on one of them totally. Adding salad and mayonnaise which we had not ordered. My son has allergies. I called the shop and said we had collected our order and the it was wrong and the person on the other end put the phone down!!!! Never again Nizams.

Great food and great staff here really reasonable prices and you get free garlic bread over 15quid on orders

I have ordered from this takeaway on many an occasion. My family and I generally order chicken kebabs and pizzas. We have steered away from the lamb for some months as many takeaways use poor quality meat but as the quality of the chicken (all breast) is so plentiful, and most frequently well cooked we recently went for the lamb kebab option. Big mistake! What there was of the lamb was completely inedible. It was so chewy the dog actually struggled. This restaurant often fails to get on line orders correct; not major things just options, for example, garlic mayo instead of tahini sauce. The pizzas are not bad and good value for money. If you spend a reasonable sum the take away always sends a free garlic cheese pizza which is a nice little touch. They have also recently started using a nice spicy seasoning on the fries. Delivery can be a bit hit and miss but on average the food is delivered on time if not in advance of the time they quote. If it wasn't for the disgraceful lamb I would have rated this takeaway very good.
