Arong Dial A Curry in Liverpool

We've had a few curries delivered now - they always email us some great offers for cash payment. Arrived super quick, extremely polite driver and an excellent variety of curry and extras.

It seems there are new staff and chefs at Arong recently, and the last 2 garlic salon curries are not the same, sadly. It's gone hot and far too much garlic. I can't eat this now as over powerful. I thought the green bits were peas, but it looks like they chop chillies in tiny bits, which is not great. Chicken was nice and the breads.

Ive ordered from almost every Indian around the Crosby/Waterloo area, and i have to say, my first order tonight from Arong was just the best. Taste, consistancy, freshness. The best ive had in a long long time. It was steaming hot still when i got it home, and bread was top notch also. Delicious! This is my new place to go from now on. No need to look any further. *DISGUSTING TASTELESS FOOD* Food was absolutely disgusting, tasteless slop. Having ordered Tandori meal, one would expect it to arrive as a tasty dryish meal, that has been cooked properly in a tandoori oven, no, instead we received a wet tasteless slop. Chicken was so tiny and tasteless, lamb no taste at all to it. Would we order here again ..... Never.

Truly excellent meals from the Arong in Waterloo. We had various starters and different meals, all tasted differently and were full of flavour……. Special shout out for the chicken chat best Indian start I’ve eaten……. Definitely worth the 5 stars I gave it

Absolutely the worse indian meal we have ever had... Naan was empty not much coconut and no sultanas in it. Chicken tikka masala nothing like it. No taste and full of salt it went in the bin... Although i complained and got £10 back it spoilt our weddings anniversary

Ordered food, spent over £30 quid and about £15 of it was missing when delivered. Tried phoning but surprise surprise no one would answer the phone. Disgraceful, will never order again!!!!

Absolutamente el peor servicio al cliente registrado, esperó 2 horas por la comida, solo que el pedido estaba mal, llamó y la mujer que contestó el teléfono le gritó.

never seen yellow tandoori before or wet for that matter .I really don't think my food had seen a tandoori oven ever .food was cold and very bland .worst Indian I've ever had in my life .

Love it , starters are superb and the Mongolian curry is superb , try the tak misti duck starter yum yum

We have used Arong for take out many times and have never been disappointed. Anything other than 5 stars is hard to believe. Superb service and quality of food. This time we made a mistake with the order and Arong couldn't have been more helpful! They sorted it out and redelivered. Thank you! We will be back.

Can't believe anything less than 5 stars would be given. Superb food. Superb service(take away). Have ordered 6 times from arong and never had a bad experience. Will order again.

this place was recommended to us.. never ever again.. ordered 3 chicken Korma, rice, naan etc. the chicken was grey lumps rock hard and impossible to chew . rang up to complain.... we don't get complaints and don't do refunds. could do with some customer service training. returned the food to them to see how they justified sending this out. this was a birthday treat ruined. shocking, stay away.

I ordered a "Kulchi lamb" speciality dish from Arong when having friends around. It was fabulous, in plenty of spicy sauce and the dish was delivered with more than enough accompaniment. 4 rice, 4 naan bread, Bombay potatoes and sag a loo. It arrives hot in a tray with carving knife and fork (to be returned). Many thanks to Yousef for his expertise and to Colin the friendly delivery man

We get Chicken Jaipuri with pilau rice and garlic coriander naan... hot and tasty. We collect this but this can be delivered. Favourite take out treat. The staff are nice and friendly.

First time we have been here and I can’t fault it. Delicious curry and sides will definitely be venturing here again well worth a try and good waiting time for delivery. Not too quick but not waiting ages can’t fault it. Will certainly be returning again soon.

You might wait a while for this delivery but its well worth it. The food is as nice as any Indian Restaurant I have eaten at. The price isn't cheap but you get what you pay for. If you like good quality Indian food you cant go wrong here.

We have used the Arong many times, always efficient and freshly prepared. Excellent dishes and not the usual currys.

The menu is varied and the food always cooked while I wait. Been a number of times when away with work and enjoy the curry in my hotel. Portions are ample for lunch the next day. Yet again, a superb dinner.

Fresh and tasty food.best Indian .been few times..best lamb curry... Great service... I ordered mixed kebab..chi. tikka Main Lamb curry,chicken Balti. .with rice and nan. .100%satisfied.

We were having a girlie night in so decided to get a takeaway in to go with our wine. Superfast delivery, we got a main course each, a couple of naan breads and 3 rice between four of use, came in at a tenner a head. Lovely food, just too much of it, would order less rice and bread next time!

ordered twice from here with the same result, no order when i turned up because as the manager admitted. !!!!! he pulls the plug out of the just eat machine. you will be charged for your order and not get it for hours!!!

Tras pedir una cena para 4 en un sábado por la noche via a comer' para la recogida, fuimos a recoger desde el restaurante. A su llegada el director dijo que él nunca había recibido nuestra orden y abiertamente admitió que había en realidad se detuvo la línea fuera de él a comer así que no hay máquina pedidos sería tomada a pesar a comer confirmación del pedido, esto no es sólo comer Protocolo.

Best curry I have ever eaten ever!!!! especially the chicken tikka adnan balti. I live in Crosby and I curry I have never found a curry house that is up to the standard of the Arong. Debs H

Habíamos estado pidiendo a este lugar por un tiempo, pero cada vez que tenía cosas perdido en nuestra orden y nunca fueron reembolsados. Una vez que esperamos casi tres horas para nuestra comida! (Ya habíamos pagado) y la comida servida no era lo que pedimos. La comida es demasiado salados y grasienta además la última nos enfermamos. Nunca más.

Me and my wife cant sleep untill we have the food from arong, I had an Egg Fried Rice with Chicken Tikka Masala which was very rich & mouth watering.

Surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and takeaways, including4 or 5 Indian restaurants within walking distance, the Arong stands head and shoulders above the rest. It has not always been so, I remember several years back the king prawn pieces achieving the size of a thumb nail and my complaint brought the retort that that was the way they came, which was, of course, nonsense.However, with that behind me and in the meantime my custom going to all the others, I soon returned because, frankly, no-one can touch this one. The food is magnificent, all requests for a slight difference, a new dish, an addition not on the menu, are welcome and usually achieved. The king prawns are now a reasonable sized piece, if not huge. No attempt to mask with red and yellow powder, honestly cooked and delicious cuisine. Indian at it's best.

This is our favourite indian around. We recently got a take out from the Arong, there were four of us and 2 like thier curry hot!When placing the order we requested the 2 jalfrezi were extra hot and they made them exactly that.I prefer the chicken chatt myself with the popodoms and mango chutney.They always deliver quick and the foods always so fresh.I think im going to get one tonight :)

The scran we ordered last night was delicious - it's was a very hot curry and I am currently paying for it on the toilet as I write this
