Had 2 pints of Guinness which were poured well and tasted as they should do.Quick service and live music on when I was there alongside NBA on the tv. Definitely somewhere I’ll visit again on my short break in the city.

Staff were really friendly and attentive, food was great. We were a table of 4 and had 2 courses each, we enjoyed everything! Nice variety on the menu, will definitely return!
Dined in the Restaurant Sunday night, whilst staying at the Liner.
It's a very nice place, few customers on our visit though.
We were offered the A la Carte, menu, and pre theatre menu.
Also told we could have Sunday lunch, which we ordered.
Waiter returned, no roast Beef, OK chicken.
Waiter returned again, no Yorkshire, but we will give you extra veg.
Food, service, wine, everything, was perfect.
Almost.
Ask the chef to converse with the waiting staff more, but can't fault his food.
Eficiente para reservar, tuvimos que cambiar de número. Terminaron 16. La mayoría tenía entrante y principal, unos cuantos desiertos, además de 6 botellas de vino, refrescos, un cóctel. Buena comida y bebida. Bonito lugar.
We came here after they moved from previous place. The decor is nice and food is still amazing. We had prawn spring rolls and fried chicken with fried rice. Absolutely amazing with a pint of asahi as well
I went there 26 April. We were enjoying the food however I needed to use the disabled toilet. I was firstly told it was out of order but who I presume was the manager said it wasn't and she took me there. She had to move 3 empty barrels from on and around the toilet before she left me to it. When I lifted the toilet lid it was full of unflushed faeces! I was desperate so had to use it.i told the manager I was afraid to flush it in case it overflowed. She came back 10 minutes later saying the toilet wasn't dirty! She basically called me a liar. I couldn't eat after the toilet experience. We paid the bill in full but didn't tip which was a shame because the young servers were lovely. It was my birthday so really upsetting. Never again.
This place caters for busy office staff who want to "grab and go". Food variety was OK but not the usual broad Pret range. Tables slightly disarranged and dirty. It's OK, but there are lots of other places nearby too.
It's a Greggs. Great place to grab food on the go. Staff could be a little more friendly in the morning but we've all been there, having to get up early to go to work when we're tired.
After 14 weeks of the pubs, bars and restaurants being closed in Liverpool, in other parts of England even longer it was great come the 12th of April to get out and about in our lovely city and visit some of the great pubs and bars our city possesses and a walk down Castle Street was at the top of our list, great architecture and lots of bars and restaurants, Rox is a bar I was particularly looking forward to visiting, on a glorious sunny Spring Monday afternoon my twin brother Stephen and I sat at a table outside this bar,a very pleasant member of the staff took our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then we ordered two beers ,these were payed for contactless and were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great bar we were in and the great location.
We both really enjoyed our beers here, super cold, sparkling and very tasty, it was just so good being out and about again dropping into a bar or pub and socialising again albeit socially distanced, just a semblance of normality in what has been a very abnormal year or so but the magnificent vaccines are producing amazing results, in my opinion we are seeing the beginning of the end of this pandemic.
We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time.
Rox is easy to locate along Castle Street, one of the most beautiful streets in Liverpool packed with bars and restaurants and at the moment pedestrianised.
Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
