Caffè Nero in Liverpool

Always served with a smile and excellent drinks.

I enjoyed drinking the Hot Chocolate and the Chai latte. My favourite beverage was the Hot Chocolate!!!

Lovely place. I always grab my coffee from Cafe Neros. I like they have provided power outlets as well, a good atmosphere to do a light study session while sipping my coffee. I just like the background chattery noise of Cafe

Best coffee shop in Liverpool. Clean, we’ll stock up, really nice staff and very good drinks. They always do my order as I ask them and they always go the extra mile. 100% recommended.

I asked for oat milk and extra hot and it was neither of those things, i'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't have it and had to dispose of my drink.

Very clean, the drinks had good quality and were made very quick. The staff are very nice, polite and professional. Especially the Spanish girl that served me. It needs more tables since it can get very busy.

Paid 4:80 for a hot chocolate with oat milk that wasn’t full to the top, felt like I should of just got a small. Although staff and atmosphere is amazing ! I was disappointed with my drink

This is one of my most favourite places in the world! The staff are great, always lovely and up for a chat (when they're not super busy of course), the atmosphere is incredible you get the whole "distinguished gentleman" vibes with the oaky floor, rusted orange wood structures and the glowing lights with the bookstore adjoined. The food is always of decent standard and the drinks are the best around, better than Starbucks and Costa. The best.

This is just like every other Nero the coffee is good but expensive there aren't enough seats at peak times the service is good and the staff are friendly.

I love Caffè’s Nero coffee, but the staff in this shop are not very nice and borderline rude every time I come here, especially the lady with the green hair. Maybe they should go on a customer service course. This is a shame since the coffee is well above Starbucks or Costa.

Great coffee shop inside the Blackwell's bookshop. Books and coffee is the best. This coffee shop has sustained me through my PhD from beginning to the end.

I take coffee and sandwich a few times a week here. Sometimes it gets very busy but the ladies who work there do a great job. I mostly get tomato mozzarella sandwich, which is tastier than the starbucks'. I think the sitting area is not very large for a university cafe, but they are in the same shop with a bookstore which gives a lovely ambience.

Just coming from the Albert dock, is this coffee place in Lordstreet,there is a wide variety of different coffees. They serve an excellent coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cafe Nero. You know what that's like already. Friendly and helpful staff here, but the coffee is considerably less good than nearby independents.
