Greggs in Liverpool

It's a Greggs. Great place to grab food on the go. Staff could be a little more friendly in the morning but we've all been there, having to get up early to go to work when we're tired.

Great staff, very friendly happy 😊 staff. Go there as often as I can.

1 free vegan sausage roll was missing.

I order from this place regularly and normally okay, but I paid for 4 sausage rolls and got 1.. pretty hard to get wrong. Anyway food was delivered warm and quickly so still a good review.

Attitude of the young scouse lad ledds a lot to be desired rude and totally unhelpfully complaint sent to head office

Did not receive all items I ordered. Also some of the wedges were undercooked and hard while some were over cooked and burnt

The staff in this busy Greggs store are always happy and friendly. I have been visiting most days with my work colleagues and have always felt a genuine warm and friendly atmosphere. A fantastic example of how a fast food / coffee shop should be run. Clean, professional and staff that care !!

Wrong food and cold and missing pastie?

Ordered 2 Porridge’s and received only one. Ordered 2 cappuccino’s and one was only half full. How difficult can it be to read an order and make sure the order is complete?

Up,out and about on a beautiful sunny Thursday morning my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre to visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, as it was early we thought it prudent to get a meal into us and this Greggs fitted the bill perfectly. A good Greggs outlet, interior is light and airy, glass fronted serving counters showcase the goodies on offer and staff here are just super. We ordered pizza slices and cheese pastries, service was quick,we munched through our pizza and cheese pastries which were totally delicious, it was just the start to our day we needed and as an added bonus it was great value for money. We really enjoyed our meals here before we moved on and as on every other visit to this Greggs outlet we had a great time. This Greggs is easy to locate along Bold Street. Opening hours are; Mondays and Saturday,6.30am till 7pm. Sunday, 8.30am till 6pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area .

the service is soooooo bad，a waitress named Natalie is soooo rude，ignoring the customers inquiries serval times. apparently she got some angers that day，or she must be a racist

Greggs always deliver perfectly no matter the order. I love their food quality and affordable prices. They never forget parts of my order and they always pack my order carefully. Today they also gave me an extra cookie!

Driver said he was at restaurant and wasn’t I had to call them took so long getting here food was freezing no fault of the restaurant fault of the driver. I request the money back for sandwich and pasty both going in the bin

My mate Greg is a big fan of this Greggs… so much so, that he scribbled his graffiti tag on the shutters after it had closed. (For those that cannot decipher it, it says “I 💙 Festive Bakes” )

On the move and need a quick bite to fill up? Greg's great value for a city location is perfect. Sadly on this occasion there was little choice so took what was on offer after been told there wasn't to be any choices replenished but then to our disappointment half way through our bait a member of staff started filling up the shelves! Never mind we win some we loose some 🤦

Went in today and the 2 people on staff really took note of my dietary requirements and were really thoughtful and helpful I think they were called Ben and Anna, both are a credit to this company and made my experience very positive, can’t wait to return and get another vegan bake they were baked to perfection 5/5 from me no brainer!!!

Not great service here, I asked what was in the festive bake and was told “it’s on the label”, I bent down to read the label (not easy as my cancer meds give me joint pain), and when I stood up and asked for a vegan sausage roll instead, the girl put the sale through, and made a coffee for another customer before giving me the sausage roll without acknowledging me at all, no please, no thank you, no eye contact, not going there again, I’ll stick with the one in the train station where the staff are always lovely.

I went yesterday around 12:39 and a lady who served me way really rude I asked for a coffee I said can you put in my cup please and she spit in it and throw it at me I didn’t drink it you tell who want drink that.

The restaurant said they tried to contact me as they couldn’t fulfill my order . The food they sent wasn’t what we wanted and therefore was t eaten . They e told me to request a refund .

Coffee spilt everywhere open in transit

I visit this store alot and notice something that always annoys me. When buying a bacon or bacon, chicken and salad baguette, its always got butter clumped up to one side. No love when making the baguettes, they're rushed, so one mouthful will have too much butter or margarine, then the next none. I don't have this problem with the sandwiches. I will always go to greggs as I was raised eating it but my best experience of this place is getting my sandwich or baguette made in front of me. Love

Food was cold and burnt! Hot yum yum where rock hard hardly no icing on them and missing the dipping sauce. Ham & cheese baguette was more like something from pound bakery cheap everything food was disgusting never again

Donuts meant to come in a box. Someone put them in a pastie bag, so now the icing is stuck to the bag and non on the donut

Our daily visit for lunch snacks,baguettes,with meal deal mega cup of tea,so fresh,at the best prices,what a suprise compared with London prices,we did greggs every day we were here. Staff were so helpfull,even though they were very busy.

First visit, bought tea for homeless guy outside. Sausage roll was hot. Store was clean and tidy especially hot drink area.

delivery guy was very patient when my phone wasn't getting the calls, I would tip if I had the facility. The food was delicious.

Sorry Gregg's can't comment on the restaurant and food quality as a food is always stone cold even though I've put notes on for the rider so they don't get lost all just eat riders get lost spend 15-minutes circling the backstreet's behind my house while the food is going cold it's a complete joke... I thought I would start using just eat again because it's more pico because of the electric bikes but when drivers get lost don't follow instructions and your food is Stone Cold soggy stuck to a paper bag and over half an hour late from when it set off there's not much point really I'll just have to use uber or something next time at least I've got a car and if they get lost it's not for long but very rarely they do sorry Greggs your food is nice but when it gets here it's soggy and cold

As I what the delivery guy it looks like restaurant called him back But even after going back Gregg's bold Street still miss something one streak bake my order was small how they can mess it up it beyond me . Well that it Gregg's messed up too much time . I won't be ordering Gregg's from just eat from now on . Let me be clear im not complaining about delivery guy it the restaurant staff who dropped the ball . Greggs food great but staff no so great . I ordered a few slides and box of donut and they still miss something . I may have gone on too long . But lately they keep missing something . 🤬🤬
