Excellent fish and chips and friendly staff and great service

Never visited before but will definitely visit again when in Morcambe. Lovely warm and cozy relaxing atmosphere with great friendly service. Husband had the hot stone rib eye steak which he said was outstanding and great he could cook to his preference on the hot stone. I had spiced up tofu red Thai curry which was delicious. Considering how busy the restaurant was we were not rushed. Highly recommend, fantastic food

I attend Morecambe Punk Festival at this venue every year and find it an excellent setting with great sound, stage and lighting. Friendly door staff especially Mike.

We love the staff here! Everyone is so friendly and the food is the best. Salt and pepper bean curd is the winner but their black bean sauce is to die for too! Tasty House every time

Food is good but very quiet, so no atmosphere, only 1 person serving and doing the bar, so our table never got cleared of plates, so sat with them all evening.

Had a lovely lunch here. Both of us had toasties which were delicious with a nice pot of tea each. Staff were friendly and the place was nice and clean and reasonably priced.

I recommend people ordered salt pepper chips and chicken for a collection, it’s even better with a drink next to it.

Called in for a quick drink but ended up staying for a couple of hours. Very clean, dog friendly and the staff were lovely. Well worth a visit.

Not the poshest pub but good beer and good staff. They'll fo anything for you. Didn't eat but portions looked enormous. At £3.30 a pint for wainwright amber in March 25 just fantastic value.

Fantastic gem of a pub ,we went in with our two dogs and made to feel so welcome the back bar was spacious and out the way for them . Great bar staff abd good atmosphere will be visiting again .

We were a party of 4 and had 4 different meals, all of which were terrible. The chicken burger was burned, the ‘peri peri’ chicken was a very dry plain piece of chicken with grey skin, covered in oil. I ordered the kebab which was a dry plain chicken breast shredded in a wet pita. Clearly everything is pre-prepared so there’s very little quality and for a peri peri place I’ve never had such bland food. We are about 30% of our meals. The lad serving (who was really nice) did come and ask us how the food was and we told him it was very poor. He said he’d go back to tell the owner but they didn’t come to speak to us which I thought was really poor form after we had complained. The frozen chips were fine.

Any time we go out for a curry, we go here and have tried most of the other curry houses in Morecambe and Lancaster. Excellent selection of options for meat eaters, veggies and vegans.
