Staff this morning were absolutely brilliant when I accidentally spilt a tray of 2 drinks all over the table and floor. I was mortified but they quickly mopped up the lake of coffee and sorted us more drinks. So kind and helpful. Many thanks

Coffee is great that’s standard. but I was at the till there was a young mother and her 2 kids behind me. Waiting to get served when someone a older female staff member clearly knew came in. Completely ignored the woman and children to serve him and not charge him. Can someone explain how all customers can get this service ????? Guy that did serve was great.

Great Costa Coffee store that is perfectly located on the coastal road.

I always use costa when out for walks, this as to be the worst ive used. 4 guys serving took ages just to get 2 medium lattes. Went on yhe seafront to drink our lattes, both of us couldn't drink as was a weird taste, They ended up in the bin, we should have taken them back, but the place was packed due to poor service.

Well, if you're used to Japanese service, it's shocking, or maybe it's normal in Japan...Part-time workers chatting with each other over the food, it's slow, and it's not typical of part-time shifts. A young deaf girl enters the counter in casual clothes and joins in the conversation, bypassing me as a customer and getting her drink first?This store is very untidy, so I won't be going back there anymore.

Really disappointed today, been coming to Morecambe Costa since it opened. Never had an issue before until today, our order took alot longer than usual. However staff were messing about laughing and joking together and not concentrating once manager left the counter. So much so that my partners order was completely forgotten about. No apology was made, lady who taken our order confirmed we did order another drink and then it was laughed off. We waited and then was handed our missing drink with no apology. Headed out the cafe and had our drinks elsewhere only to then realise that my chocolate brownie milkshake was compacted with ice to the point where it was flavourless. Won't be going back.

I got veggie toast, they cut it on yellow board, bacon was cut on yellow board, service is very bad

Bought a Costa cup and it was my absolute favourite until I dropped it. Rushed to my local Costa in Morecambe to see.if they had any left. The person on the counter was so helpful and advised me to visit the shop down the street and tell them they were in a box in the office. Went down and now we're priced at £4.50 for 3 OMG I bought 9. And I bought my favorite large skinny latte to go. Perfect ! Local and friendly and fantastic coffee.

I like Costa apart from service, very slow and hardly any staff. Food and drinks great

Wonderful oatmilk latte. Very clean even the toilet. Lovely staff.

1x Chai Latte Served far too hot that resulted in lack of taste plus served with very weak Chai Syrup 1x Almond slice dry served on hot plate 😞

Went in for breakfast to hear one of the servers more than happy to let customers know she was serving that she had had a sickness bug and just about on the mend, as well as announcing the rest of the staff there had been hit with it. I walked out and went elsewhere. If you are in a food prep area/ cafe or restaurant it's disgusting if you are possibly still contagious. People don't want to hear that when they are about to eat. Have some discretion.

Ok coffee we would go more but they don't allow in dogs unlike cafe Nero and other local cafés

Arrived at this Costa about 15-10 qued for a good ten minutes to get served only to told I could only have my drinks. In a take out cup as the store closed at 4pm and they stopped using the normal cups at 15-20, when I said I was on the premises well in time I was basically told tough it's paper cups only. Being a very regular user of Costa stores I found this store to fall well below the standards set by other Costa stores in terms of customer service.Not a store I would recommend.

Nice coffee shop facing the prom, staff are friendly and helpful, service is good, there is wheelchair access and wc. No parking outside however car park across main road

Go every week sometimes a couple of times a week. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Had take away coffee but they had such yummy snacks ..next time will sit in :-)

Made my cappuccino perfectly and I am really fussy about how it's made. Lovely staff member that I recognise from the other costa near town. Clean seating and clean toilets. Very impressed. Just a shame that we have to pay for parking on the prom which isn't costas fault.

Best coffee in town! I go in daily and it’s always impeccable service! Even had a certain staff member (Cerys) go above and beyond to ensure this level of service. Very pleased

Shockingly slow service,staff not wearing face coverings which I feel they should when dealing with food Member of staff smoking at back door, smoke drifting back into shop... disgusting

It's Costa Coffee. Exactly what you would expect it to be and the staff are friendly.

Waste of paper cups. Lightly coloured water.

2 days of hard graft - dust and no kitchen... This place raised my spirits. They do my favourite mocha (other brands just don't hit the spot)
