The best restaurants in St Andrew's Hyndburn North West

Saturday morning breakfast…… my wife had bacon and scrambled egg on sourdough. She told me that it was amongst the best scrambled egg she’s had. I’m vegetarian, so I tried the vegan wrap. Wow!!! It was amazing!!! Probably the best hot wrap around….. Prices very reasonable. This place is a must for weekend breakfast!!!!

Lively local bar with interesting selection of beers, including a couple of cask offerings. Went to see live music and was made welcome. A little bit hectic for my tastes nowadays, but that isn't the venue's problem; prices reasonable, all good!

Hannah, The cake was absolutely outstanding! Everyone commented on how perfect the lemon curd and sponge was - many were gobsmacked that the entire bake was vegan. Thank you for making our little boy’s first birthday so special. The Peter Rabbit theme was perfect and I must comment on your art skills! The painted icing was spot on. Hope to order from you again

Visited on a Saturday evening at 7pm and was the only people in. Which wasn't a problem, but I can understand why. The meal was lovely but quite pricey.

Great food but delivery time kept changing

Great for a night out, superb service, friendly, good menu and the food was absolutely spot on. You can take your own alcoholic drinks which really helps you if in a budget. We loved it and will be back.

The best takeaway pizza I've had in a long time. A proper pizza base not just doughy bread. Good quality olives as well. Just a pain having to pay in cash as I never have it! Great food though!

People rave about this place but something must have changed because it was terrible. The staff were mostly really nice but for one trying too hard to pretend to be pleasant and came across sickly fake. Chicken liver pate that was served somehow with garlic bread. King prawns in two courses which shouldn't be allowed to be called king prawns, quite simply, because they weren't king prawns. Two giant sized mounds of pasta came out with no seasoning, no cooking involved, no flavour. The tomato sauce must have been watered down passata or tinned tomatoes with no additional flavouring on supermarket pasta. Truly shocking. School dinner stuff, a child could have put this together.

Just got back from here! I would like to say what a great tea rooms probably one of the best I’ve been to. The service was great, atmosphere great, spacious, I had a coffee which was great flavour! And a currant scone cream and jam, when it arrived the clotted cream was really easy to spread because the scone was hot what a surprise? Tasted like no other. I would recommend this place what a pleasure.

Gorgeous food, nice staff, quick to be served and will be a regular customer from now on.

Had a cup of decaf cappuccino which was half foam so only half a cup of actual coffee. My partners ordinary cappuccino was ok. I took mine to the counter thinking perhaps the machine was playing up and the assistant said, that’s just how it comes, and very rudely walked away and out the back before I could explain. The coffee was actually very nice, what there was of it.
