Had a cup of decaf cappuccino which was half foam so only half a cup of actual coffee. My partners ordinary cappuccino was ok. I took mine to the counter thinking perhaps the machine was playing up and the assistant said, that’s just how it comes, and very rudely walked away and out the back before I could explain. The coffee was actually very nice, what there was of it.

Stopped off after taking mum round the clothes sections. The coffee was good and the cakes were fairly standard. All in all not too bad for coffee and cake.

Visiting the Oswaldtwistle Mills we came upon the Cafe Nova and decided to take lunch. There's plenty of seating in the 1st floor location. I had the Panini and Chips special, she had a Tuna Mayo sandwich, both washed down with Americanos. They were all served promptly and pleasantly so we had no complaint whatsoever.

Situated in Ossie Mills a pleasant relaxed cafe. It is less cramped than the other cafes on the site, the food is good at a reasonable price and the staff are very pleasant and efficient.

Really enjoyed our lunch here the service is excellent and the food was really nice and well presented. Even though it is on the first floor it is easily accessed via the lift that is available for anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely be coming again. The cakes look delicious. The staff are very pleasant.

We have had lunch here a couple of times and unlike other cafeteria in the mill this one offers gluten free ( a must for my coeliac wife) and delivers a very reasonable fresh sandwich at a reasonable price.

After walking around the mill complex ror some considerable time this was the ideal place to have a sit down with a cup of coffee and a cake at a reasonable price. And we even had a ten percent discount by using one of the vouchers which we were given on arrival

They make a good Americano but although the pastries look delicious they actually are a little tasteless and overpriced. We did have a meal here, a few months ago, and was a little disappointed with the small amount of filling in the sandwiches based on the prices charged. Could recommend for coffee/espresso drinks but not the rest.

We had a brunch there - one toasted sandwich and two jacket potatoes with pulled pork and cheese and fillings, that were a bit of a gooey mess. I tried the nice looking strawberry cheesecake but it was inedible, both tasteless and the strawberry stuff was a gelatine type.......

Great coffee and food, lovely helpful staff went the extra mile today, I wanted ginger biscuits, as there were none out, I asked if they had any and the young lady serving me went to find some, as she was sure some had been delivered, how many places would do that, most likely just say "no if there's none out". Always use cafe nova when I visit the outlet, as their the best at the mill, in my opinion.

Stopped off here at the mill for a visit and lunch on the way home by coach, very clean prompt service, relaxed atmosphere, prices reasonable, nice sandwich and coffee, prefered this to the cafe downstairs, unsuitable for disabled access because of stairs

The Italian name drew us in. I thought it might be a change from the main cafe here, where the food tends to be a bit stodgy.Unfortunately there were only two pasta dishes available, both vegetarian, which on this particular day I didn't fancy. I settled for mushroom soup, having been told it was 'very mushroomy.' To be honest, it was like we make at home - if you took out all the mushrooms and mixed it 50/50 with hot water. The Victoria Sponge was distinctly average. The best part of my meal was in truth the coffee, which was decent. The bill for two of us came to nearly £20, which, for what was essentially a couple of snacks, a couple of cakes, and two drinks, seemed a tad high. After all, this cafe is in the upper part of a retail shed - it's not exactly the Ritz. In fairness the place seems popular, and if you just want a drink and a cake, or something like that, it does its job. However, I shall be returning to its stodgy rival when I next visit this place, as it's better value for money.

Very clean ,no cluttered tables. Food excellent for a cafe within a store, my panini and a toasty for my Daughter was delicious fresh and hot. Service was quick. The manager was excellent. we had my Grandson with us and she provided us with a high chair, she also informed us what food was being offered that day and explained the fillings to us. My Grandson was given a Drawing sheet and crayons so was kept occupied. Would definately return, this cafe is an asset to Oswaldtwistle Mills.

My wife & I come here around twice a month specifically for lunch (& stock up in the food store), without having to trawl thru' the mill store. It's the one place that, in all these visits, I've never managed to record even one whinge...........it's that special. The food (particularly the risottos) is always good & well worth the money. The service is top notch, rarely having to wait more than a few minutes whilst the food is prepared. Having lived in France for a while, this is one of the few places that I've found that actually manages to serve coffee that tastes like coffee, which is an added bonus for me. There are 3 or 4 cafes within the mill complex, but this is the one that we would recommend. It's well worth a try. We're really glad that we did

I visited recently with my husband and I had a latte and he had a cappuccino. My husband had chocolate, rum and pistachio cake which looked really yummy and I had apple pie. When I asked about the apple pie I asked if it came with cream and the lady just looked at me like I'd asked her a really strange question. Normally when I've had Apple pie in the past in other places I've been asked whether I want cream or ice cream.... The other lady was much more friendly and smiled reassuringly and said "yes, we have cream". I thought thank goodness.... I'm not being unreasonable after all. The apple pie was cold though... Which was disappointing. My husbands cake never tasted anything like rum either so that was disappointing too. The coffee was ok but all in all it was a bit rubbish really. They were also sweeping up around us which I find a bit off putting when trying to relax. Also quite pricey.

This is one of the highlights of visiting Oswaldtwistle Mills. The coffee is lovely and the toasted teacakes are delicious. We've had lunch on previous visits and it's always been nice, although it's not cheap. The only downside is that service is a little slow. Our waitress was halfway through making the coffees before she shouted for the teacakes to be started. They were worth the wait though!

We visited when the cafe down stairs was very busy with no spare tables so we went looking for an alternative and after following signs for cafe nova found it to be quiet and relaxing up on the mezanene you can sit and watch people wandering round the shopping area bellow. The food was delicious and my husband asures me it was a fantastic cup of coffee and with crayons and activity sheet even our 6 year old was happy. We will defiantly be back.

We called in here after a good shop around Oswaldtwistle Mills and were pleased to enjoy some good honest to goodness food. It was very busy and we had to wait a while to give our order but that just gave us time to study the Specials board. Our party of four all had different meals but all agreed that the food was exceptional. The home-made lasagne that I had was probably the best lasagne that I have eaten out. Full marks for service and food.

Clean the toilets I literally had to ask To use disabled loo as the other was soaking wet if I’d have dropped my trousers they’d have ended up in piss. Entered the disabled toilet to see it exact the same but at least this one had less loo roll on the floor and some left in the dispenser

We booked a bottomless brunch for myself and 3 of my friends on a Saturday evening for a birthday. We had 7 cocktails each throughout the brunch mixing up the cocktails each time. Me and my friends normally get drunk quite quickly however we left this brunch stone cold sober. We were also promised a free shot for the birthday girl by the waiter but forgot and we prompted him again, we paid and 40 mins went by and still no shot so we then left. We felt very disappointed by this brunch as the drinks were very much watered down If any alcohol in them at all. Not worth the £35pp.
