Went to the Pavillion today for a treat had the afternoon tea for 2 and it was delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed it lovely fresh sandwiches with homemade cakes so fresh. With tea/coffee with a refill too. Extremely good value one of the best afternoon teas we have ever had will definitely be returning for another afternoon tea treat 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've not been here for a few years. For 2 baked potatoes with prawns, sweet potato fries, 2 desserts and 2 teas. I think £40 odd is ridiculous tbh. It was very bland. Both me and my friend were disappointed. It was one of them meals where you still feel hungry an hour later. The desserts are factory bought and we had lemon merigne pie and a strawberry tart. It's a shame because years ago I would have recommended this place. They have clearly swapped out food made on site to frozen alternatives. The service wasn't great either. On 3 occasions I felt like I was interrupting colleagues chatting amongst one another. Service with a smile would have helped 😊

Had a brew whilst I was waiting to pick my sewing machine up at Lords. Lovely cup of tea & scone!

Didn’t actually get to eat as when we arrived and sat down we were informed prams and wheelchairs weren’t allowed. Left and went across the road to our normal spot at the tea rooms who are always accommodate prams and wheelchairs. It’s disgusting that the cafe can discriminate against people in wheelchairs. I will be reporting this under the equality act. I wouldn’t support this business and would go to the tea rooms in the building directly across.

Closing times on window (and Google) were stated as 5pm on Saturdays. After finishing shopping on Saturday 9th December at 4:10pm we planned to stop for hot chocolates. However, we found the door locked despite customers still being sat in. Members of staff glanced at us in annoyance like we had done something wrong when they heard the locked door rattle, But then went straight back to completely ignoring us. Probably dodged a bullet if that’s how customers are treated.

Food and drink were very nice, staff was friendly and attentive.

Small portions of scampi was the only complaint, but food was good, wish id chosen something else.

Tea was cold cappacino was half a cup the rest was froth and also cold. The place was cold. People sat with coats on.

I've been a regular at the Pavillion Coffee Shop for only a couple of months but intend to be a regular from now on. The service, food (cakes) and atmosphere are first rate. If you have a loyalty card for drinks, you can have a free drink after eight ticks.

Lovely little cafe in Ozzy Mills. It's not the cheapest but the quality is very good.

It would have got a full five stars , but one member of staff , was a bit snappy and rude, when i asked for a little bit of hot water, but the food and the other members of staff was lovely , very much value for money , Probably the young girl was having a bad day , but shouldn't take out on paying customers

Called in for coffee and cake had a good laugh with the girls a bit shy (see pic ) 5**** sevice well worth a visit

We bought discounted solar lights. Didn't eat at any of the 3 cafes in the complex.

The place was full but although only soup it came as I had just sat down from ordering , bringing a tray with cakes plus drinks always friendly staff

Often go for a range of food . From breakfast up till 11.30. Or lunch with a choice of freshly made specials. Would recommend for value and taste

The layout and decor are nice, decent selection of cakes teas and coffee. However the menu is definitely stuck in the 1970s the selection of sandwiches and tosties are uninspiring and uless your a fan of cheese, ham or prawns they are a no go. Some of the items are a bit overpriced for what they are.

Superb home cooked food, good value, super quick service, what more is there

Terrible service, I went in today to order some food (first time I’ve been here) and there were two girls behind the counter chatting. No other customers at the counter and they just continued chatting and had me waiting. I was stood right in front of them, despite this they carried on until it suited one of them to ask me what I would like to order. The reason I didn’t give 1 star is the lady who brought me the food from the kitchen was really nice and polite. I ordered a breakfast balm which was not great but overshadowed by the terrible (bordering on rude) service. Won’t be visiting there again.

I had a coffee and piece of strawberry cheese cake. Yummy. My granddaughter had a hot chocolate and only drank a quarter of it. When I asked her what was wrong she said "there are bits in it and it's cold". We did not complain as there was quite a que and only one girl serving. She was run off her feet, hence the poor rating.

Several visits, including afternoon tea on 2 different occasions. Fabulous service. Lovely ladies looked after us. Very accommodating. Superb sandwiches and delicious desserts. Our favourite café for a treat 💜

Decent sized cafe in a nice setting within a shopping mill. Little pricey but with tons of coach day trippers arriving, it isn't surprising.

Speedy service, lovely lasagna, salad and chips at a very reasonable price, fastest clearing and cleaning of tables I have ever witnessed, we indulged in a small bottle of prosecco each which was not quite as reasonable as the food! However we were so full after eating that we were unable to take advantage of the excellent cakes on offer...thank you.

Food my wife wanted wasn't available so had to choose something else I had steak pie mpeas n mash tasted really lovely but seemed to have been thrown on the plate but tasted fab not too bad on price either

They sell a lovely cupoof coffee, the food is not too bad either. I had a Triple stack on sliced bloomer bread Sausage, bacon and double fried egg made an challenge to eat, but loved it. My wife and friend had Jacket potatoes which were substantial they had one with prawns. The other with cheese and tomato relish. The staff there are lovely and helpful.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was particularly impressed that one lady behind the counter picked up on my strawberry allergy from overhearing a conversation and had ensured that there was enough distance between desserts.

One of 3 cafes in the Mills complex and a very good cafe. My wife had a very good salmon salad and I had a delicious scone with jam. Good menu choice and all the cakes on display looked good

The breakfast was nice, but the sausages were very small and spoil the experience of the breakfast, the sausages themselves tastes lovely I can’t fault the flavour but please could you get slightly bigger sausages.

It's a good place to stop off for lunch. Baked potatoes, sandwiches, hot and cold. Varying meals, quiche, salad, lasagne, etc. Have to say the decaf coffee is surprisingly good. Lovely staff. We'll set out. Maybe a tad lax now in cleaning tables, but I did go at lunchtime and they were busy.

1st time to eat out since lock down finished the staff were very nice the food was good tasty, hot and plentiful The coffee ☕️ was very nice just a little weak for me but that is just I like a strong coffee I’ll get an extra shot next time The cakes are to good not to have one Well worth a trip out for lunch we will be back again Thank you 🙏

I had meat & potato pie, mushy peas and chips on Sunday 20/6/2021. Really nice pie. Large pieces of stewing steak cooked well. Large portion of pie and lots of chips. Would highly recommend

We had a fantastic afternoon tea at the Pavillions. I opted for the traditional afternoon tea and the sandwich selection was very varied and all on different types of bread which was a nice touch. The sweet element of the afternoon tea was vast with a beautiful scone, cheesecake, brownie, carrot cake, fairy bun and almond slice. The brownie was my particular favourite and very chocolatey. I had to bring some home as there was so much. Service was very attentive and the decor was very stylish with a flower wall, luxury velvet chairs and was all very clean. We will definitely return. 10 out of 10.

I frequently visit the mill and always dine in the Pavilion. My experience is that of a very fairly priced fare and excellent service from a most pleasant staff. A varied choice of food and a quantity that satisfies the larger hunger. The cleanliness is of a very high standard. Staff very helpful and pleasant a pleasure to visit. Thank you all

Clean and tidy . Great food at good prices . Very friendly staff. Looking forward to my next visit .

Visited here for a bit of lunch but really did not feel safe eating here as one member of staff who appeared to be in charge was wearing her shield on her head and another one at the counter was breathing on the cakes etc without a mask on when serving them on to a plate when requested by a customer in front of me. Obviously Covid 19 is not important here in the Coffee Shop. Tables and chairs not cleaned properly either by staff when been cleared. Also no clear signs of a one way system here either.

This is a great place to stop for a bit of lunch and coffee. I had the beef pudding with chips and peas. It is a pre made pudding that I do enjoy. We also had a salmon and shrimp salad. It looked appetizing and had a generous portion of fish. The decor has not changed in a while but they do have a lot of handicapped seating which makes a visit easier.

Had the cheese and potato pie chips and beans, horrendous, not hot ,barely warm (cheesy pie)just glad that the tea and coffee was good

Excellent in every way. Very friendly & professional staff, outstanding breakfast one of the best we’ve ever had, even got an extra egg because I don’t have the tomato. To top all that the place is spotless. Will probably visit again just for the mega breakfast. HAPPY & FULL.

Just left a review for Ossy Mills but this place is always a major highlight when we visit. Had to think twice about leaving this review because the home made pies are so good and always sell out quickly so I guess people are starting to discover them. Lovely place for lunch or even a brew with some wonderful cakes.

Nice food. Only downside is their portions are on the smaller side for the price they charge.
