Tiger Lounge in Hyndburn

We booked a bottomless brunch for myself and 3 of my friends on a Saturday evening for a birthday. We had 7 cocktails each throughout the brunch mixing up the cocktails each time. Me and my friends normally get drunk quite quickly however we left this brunch stone cold sober. We were also promised a free shot for the birthday girl by the waiter but forgot and we prompted him again, we paid and 40 mins went by and still no shot so we then left. We felt very disappointed by this brunch as the drinks were very much watered down If any alcohol in them at all. Not worth the £35pp.

Had viewed the menu online and liked the look of the 2 and 3 course set menu which runs all day Sunday to Wednesday. 2 courses are £14.95 and 3 courses £17.95. We visited on a Tuesday lunchtime. Very quiet when we arrived so we had the pick of where to sit. I opted for the 3 course option and went for the rump steak which attracted a supplement of £2.00. My fellow diner went for 2 courses. For staters I had the Black Pudding Stack and my fellow diner went with the Loaded Nachos. Both were enjoyable. A good start to the meal. For mains we had ordered the Rump Steak al Pepe and Cheese and Onion pie. We both chose to have these with vegetables of the day. The pie and the chips that came with it did look a little burned but they tasted fine. My steak was excellent. Rump steak is not normally something I order. Rump can often be quite tough. I prefer sirloin but this piece was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium rare and it was juicy, moist, very tasty and a good sized piece. The pepper sauce covering the steak was also excellent. A nice kick to it without being any way over powering. A good portion of evenly cooked fries. Everything on the plate was piping hot. And I loved the veg. Carrot, parsnips and broccoli. Slightly undercooked and a bit hard but I like my veg like that. My only complaint was I wish it had been a bigger portion as I was enjoying the veg so much. Choice for dessert were a bit limited with only 3 options. I went for the Chocolate Cookie and Cream Cake. It was okay. Nothing wrong with it but it wasn’t really to my taste. My fellow dinner had a cappuccino to finish which he said was excellent and was only £2.50. Service was also excellent. Our server was called Rebecca. Friendly, helpful and good natured. Even though the bar area had got busier she came over several times to check if everything was ok. A few small gripes would be limited choice of desserts on the set menu. And lack of any information on the wines they serve. They had 4 whites and 4 reds and 3 roses. Prices starting at £18.00 a bottle which is very reasonable in this day and age. Always good to see a range of wines under twenty quid. But a little information on the menu about country of origin and ABV would be nice. I went with a Rioja at £18.00 which went very well with my steak. So a few very minor things to moan about but overall very happy and impressed with our meal here. Good portion size, very tasty and exceptional value for money along with very friendly service. Will almost certainly be visiting this establishment again in the not too distant future.

Such an amazing afternoon. Food and service was amazing. Cameron served us for our bottomless brunch and made our afternoon such an amazing experience. Cameron is a really friendly member of staff and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

We booked a table for ten here for the bottomless brunch, what a great day. Service and food was great, really attentive and friendly. Couldn't have picked a more appropriate place for our afternoon. Plus really busy and friendly atmosphere.

A little pricey but food was really nice so I guess you get what you pay for. Will definitely use again.

Poor from start to finish. Dirty place full of drunken people, maybe good For a drink but definitely not for food. Took ages to get served, even longer to get food. Just not a great experience.

Great night out at Tiger lounge Accrington for a family birthday with 2 young children, the food was excellent and the Girl behind the bar and serving us at the same time deserved a medal....she was that good, it was our first time here but won't be the last if tonight is anything to go by, get yourself in and give it a try, a jewel in Accrington s slipping crown 👍

Visited with family for a get-together following a funeral. Staff were lovely, food was delicious and even my wife's allergies were taken seriously, which when you're coeliac is a big thing. The staff could not have done more to make us all feel comfortable. Thank you

About 14 of us booked to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were very squashed in at a large table. If anyone wanted to go to the loo or bar, it meant up to a dozen of us had to move. Other than that, it was a great afertoon/tea time. We were warned that food may come out separately as we ordered & paid in groups. It all came out together, and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had a rump steak, which was cooked perfectly, as were the other steaks. Service was spot on & they sorted out bringing our own cake over once we were finished. Would definitely go back again, but I will ask for a different table if there's a lot of us.

Excellent food. Very impressed. Will definitely order again. The brisket burger is absolutely HUGE! And cooked perfectly. The only tiny issue was the cupcake tub the sauce for the spring rolls came in. It must have got squished in the delivery bag and there was sauce everywhere

This is the first time I have use Tiger Lounge. The reason why I have given this score is for many reasons. Positive side. The delivery was in the time frame. The food I ordered was hot and I had Starter and Burger. Which was still hot. However. Negative side. The presentation needs improving alot. My starters was put on Vertically instead of Horizontal. So the sauce which was in a small container leak out everywhere. Also the burger and chips came in one box. Were I think they should be separate box. A little bit to much salt has been use on the chips. Should be about 10% less chips.

Excellent service, food was quick to come out, we opted to buy almost every small plate option there was and to share it. There recommendation of 2 to 3 small plate options per person is accurate. Honestly can't fault a single thing will definitely be back.

Xmas bottomless brunch was fantastic

We had our works Christmas lunch here. There were 15 of us in all and the team were amazing.So attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were huge. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

nice food and drinks, however staff was very rude today and accused me off throwing up in the toilet when I didn't. didn't get an apology and was told to stick to soft drinks when I hasn't even thrown up.i won't be going back as this ruined the experienced for me.

This would have been an excellent review if as a regular customer I didn’t see what I saw at this place one weekend. I saw another customer generally having a good time, causing no trouble, mingling around and was lovely to meet. Being social they said hello and asked a group near by if they were having a good night. And, rude upon rude and disgusting replied ‘f*** off, we don’t want to talk to you’ and proceeded with abominable, dismissive body language. To right this person got upset. But what came next was shocking, afterwards the customer went outside, the door staff came up to them and said ‘they aren’t going to serve you anymore, I don’t care’ and the staff then thrust with this customers belongs at them, talked to the door staff and left with the guard still telling this person they weren’t getting served when they told him they didn’t want another drink, they wanted him to listen for a minute. Maybe a good technique for the drunk and disorderly but clearly the staff can’t Adher to providing a good quality customer service. I spoke with this person after and all they wanted was 5 minutes to explain why they were upset. It was the anniversary of a beveravement, they’d spent the day caring for a seriously sick family member, they’d been on the verge of tears all day and didn’t need another negative poke for the day and came to The Tiger Lounge to eat and takeaway the days tension. They weren’t aggressive in anyway, they were sad and upset. It truly shows the calibre of people The Tiger Lounge are willing to welcome and I will no longer be dining there, not to be accosted by shovanistic, rude and disrespectful males and then embarrassed by the staff who clearly can’t spot a decent customer from ultracrepidarians. I left soon after because those males were something unholy to behold but their entry was not revoked. . . I would not recommend this please

Visited here for a Bottomless Brunch with 6 others. The food was fantastic and plentyful. You had a decent choice of drinks and the service was excellent.I would definitely go againWell done Tiger Lounge.

The table we were sat at was so nice, the brunch food was basic but done well! Maybe a tad too salty at times (but aren't we all) our server was incredible, always happy to help, she seemed to be run off her feet but in a professional manner she just cracked on with a smile on her face and a friendly word for everyone. Loved it!

Came here first time a few days ago Barmaid proper customer service she got a tip Beer expensive but you get what you pay for, I'd pay it again Id rather pay over 4-5 pound for a great pint in a good place with a great atmosphere then 3 pound elsewhere where the standards Woudnt be as good

Had a fantastic bottomless brunch over the weekend and could not recommend it more! They have a wide selection of drinks which is always a bonus with a bottomless brunch, plus tapas style food to share. The main thing about the brunch was the friendliness of the staff, service was so fast and they accommodated the fact I was vegetarian with no issues. I would also like to give recognition to Rebecca who was extremely lovely - I can’t wait to come back again ❤️

Recently organised a baby shower at the tiger lounge. The staff could not have been more helpful before or during the event. I would highly recommend for events but also just for food and drink.

I am sat here, relaxed and having a few glasses of beer. The demand on the front of house staff (Vicky and Rebecca is intense). Rarely have I seen such effective response and management of demanding clients. These 2 are a force to be reckoned with 😁. The unseen kitchen staff are obviously under significant pressure and responding with equal professionalism. You should book here and enjoy the experience, 5 ⭐️!

Great place for something to eat and a bit of karaoke

I attended a Bottomless Brunch here in the past week. The food was really good, but I would have enjoyed it more if food came out on individual plates. We were a party of 12 and some courses were served only using two plates, so by the time the food got to me, 5 other guests had touched the plate which put me off. Other than that - really nice venue and staff. Will definitely be visiting again!

Bottomless brunch! Absolutely fantastic. 2 hours of unlimited drinks and yummy food. I was one of those awkward ones with a dietary requirement which they 100% pushed the boat out to accommodate. Recommend this to anyone and definitely returning. Thanks to very kind, friendly staff for making our get together special.

Really nice food and drinks available at reasonable prices too!! Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were very informative regarding one of the group having egg/nut allergy and gave options that were safe for my son to eat.

We booked a table for my daughters 18th on the app,we received confirmation of the booking, on arriving at the venue we were told the kitchen was closed but to having a christening on earlier in the day.we were very disappointed and upset

Second time coming here (first time was just before first lockdown) and it was once again a brilliant experience. Food is delicious and fairly priced, good portions too! Cocktails fabulous, esp. the virgin ones (we're not big drinkers). Staff are absolutely delightful... friendly, fun and attentive. Chelsea is simply fantastic! It was our 7th wedding anniversary and we're glad we stayed local and came here instead of some ponsey place. Great Monday Night! 🙌🙌🙌

Attended tiger lounge last night for a long awaited girls night out and food, first of all the food was brilliant, like chefs kiss delicious, ordered lots of little dishes including, garlic and chill prawns, garlic and cheese flatbread, mac n cheese with pulled pork, salt and pepper mushrooms and salt and pepper chicken goujons, nachos with beef brisket and creamy garlic mushrooms all fab, the staff were attentive throughout out the evening , a little too attentive at one point when they thought we had done a runner from the bill and ran outside to find us out there chatting and drinking haha many apologies from them for the mistake we laughed, all good. The disco and karaoke were cheesy and fab as you would expect. Would definately recommend 👌
