The food was ok and not that great. It was cold.

Food was (albeit standard fayre) very well presented and quickly prepared to a high standard. Service was excellent when received, but with the now standard "order from your phone" policy everywhere there was only one till order point availanle and a bit of a queue to resolve an issue when the mobile order app fell over after charging me. This is the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars as everything else was perfect. Atmosphere was good, background music was not too loud to prevent discussion but set a suitable and pleasant ambiance. Was quite busy but not too loud. Note: they appear to have added some new tables with stainless steel tops which don't match the rest of the decor and feel cold and clinical. We were originally placed here but moved to a wooden table when requested. Overall really good and would recommend. Will definitely go back.

Went for lunch with the family - hadn’t booked but was made really welcome none the less. Staff were so friendly and the food was fabulous! Prices are really reasonable so I would recommend anyone to visit and see for yourself.

Called in to Brewers Fayre last night with some friends and family. I have to say that we all really enjoyed not only the food but the whole experience from first entering the premises to finishing our last drinks. I personally had the mixed grill which was without doubt one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff really made us feel welcome and it felt like nothing was to much to ask them. We was served by a lady called Donna, who again, just made the whole experience a really enjoyable night. I will definitely be returning, thanks to all that made my night.

What a lovely friendly place. I've lived just up the road for 6 years and never been in before. Have alwaysay thought 'must pop in there one day. Will defo be back.

Zero. I went in with a group of friends on our college lunch break, be bought something in the main storr and went up to eat it in thr cafe. We got sent out because we hadnt boight food FROM the cafe, I wouldn't mind if it was busy but there where about 3 other groups of people in there. TERRIBLE SERVICE - honestly what was the point? I'm not keeping silent about this, I am disgusted! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Had donner kebabs delivered,they were freezing cold.not nice at all. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend Never use again

Arrived for lunch with my son asked if I could sit in a empty booth and was told no its booked Was shown to a table by the toilets next to three other tables with guests so was not desirable I asked for another table please and was told I could sit in the bar area . Jodey told me all the other vacant tables were booked for bookings frankly I disbelieve this comment but it was her manner of sarcastically speaking that I felt was unacceptable with a smirk and a thankyou when I complained and asked he name Sorry I come out for lunch not to be treated like a child at school being told you will sit where I tell you attitude Had a lovely lunch elsewhere and sorry to say I won't be back so soon to have such poor service

We were pleasantly surprised that at 6:30 on a bank holiday Friday night we were served promptly by attentive friendly staff and the food was fresh and tasty. We were able to sit outside with our dog to eat

I have been three times now in the last two weeks. And every time I have thought " do they think we are secret shoppers ?" The service is so attentive without being oppressive . The staff are smiley welcoming and so helpful . We need gluten free for some of us and some need dairy free . The chef is very accommodating. The food is gorgeous and the helpings are very ample . The staff treated us like royalty . Definitely will be back time and time again . Gluten free fish and chips are hard to find . But I loved the sea bass too succulent melt in your mouth fish with buttery chive mash . And fresh vegetables . Just need soya milk now for my latte and I will be in love ❤️

Ordered two meals for lunch today, the chicken quality was enough to turn us both vegetarians! It was black, fatty and very vainy! No member of staff checked to see if our meals were ok, so I laid it all out on the plate and left, hoping they realised when clearing it away. It's not the cheapest of places for lunch and I would expect higher quality of meat served.
