The best restaurants in Fylde North West

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely fresh cooked haddock and chips today… any one looking at the poor reviews.. please ignore and go and try for your self… the staff were polite and friendly .. the food came out fresh and looks hot absolutely no complaints from us

We visited on a Saturday morning, early on at 9:30-10 am. We sat down and a waitress came over with menus. After a short wait, our drink and food order was taken by the most miserable server I think I have ever encountered. No smiles, no politeness, nothing. I began to notice around me that people seem to be waiting quite a long time for food. Our drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive. At least another 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive in fact we had finished our drinks by the time the food was dumped on the table. The bacon, with my “American Pancakes” (though nice were the smallest American pancakes I had ever seen. More like scotch pancakes!) was cremated. You couldn’t even break it in half. This was not well done American streaky bacon, crispy and salty. This was bog standard back bacon cremated to oblivion. I advised once the plate had been served that I would not be eating the bacon. I was offered replacement. no apology, nothing. I accepted the offer. My husband at this point asked for butter for his toast. No problem yes I will get you some butter. … We finished our meal, still no butter and no replacement bacon. Three other people had begun to complain about their food in surrounding tables. On clearing our plates it was pointed out that we were still waiting for the items and declined to pay for a dish that the main item was inedible.This was knocked off the bill but this could have easily been resolved with a bit of good old fashioned customer service and a simple apology. Something that seems to be seriously lacking. . £17 for a poor breakfast and two drinks, is on the steep side.

I pulled in on the main road and ordered and the lively lady had my Chinese meal cooked in 10 minutes. The lady even knocked on the window and was so friendly. I ordered the salt and pepper chicken box and it was delicious.

More Zero than Zeko! Truly DREADFUL, DREADFUL DREADFUL. Just how can a food? estblishment get away with serving such rubbish. We bought 4 meals and all 4 were disgusting. Chicken meat was just lumps of luke warm chicken which looked like it had bee rolled in a sauce or possibly just the floor. Doner meat was as chewy as a leather belt. Chips were just rock hard and not edible. The whole lot went in the bin. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Lytham’s best kept secret that has been meddled with by H.O staff Prices up Sharing boards shrunk so only enough for 1. Ruined a great social place Embarrassing night with friends due to lack of quantity and now quality. As usual staff amazing

Como un casi regular (ir en cada mes o así) me pareció bastante bueno el pollo frito y quizás mejor que Kentucky Fried Chicken. Sólo había un pedido de 5 piezas de pollo y dos patatas fritas como la persona que respondió el teléfono me dijo que la oferta de comida 6 piezas (3 patatas fritas) era £2 más caro. En realidad fue 40 p más barato para la oferta así lo desea que me dieron. El revestimiento frito del sur el pollo estaba recubiertos en siempre estaba bastante sabrosos, pero esta vez fue insípido, seco y bastante repugnante. Nunca se quejan de comida y es la primera vez que he dejado una crítica, pero tengo que advertir otros. Yo probé y Ring 3 veces a dar esta opinión y pregunte si habían cambiado sus productos (sin duda); porque tener mi propio negocio me gustaría saber pero, por desgracia, no había ninguna respuesta. Espero sinceramente que se remontan a la venta el sabroso pollo solían ... pronto!

We ordered, sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice, chips and pancake rolls. Excellent food and very friendly service. Well be our go to Chinese takeaway in lytham St Anne's.

Bought their Steak and Ale pie at a local market and it was SO full of large chunks of steak, went back the next month to get more and buy my parents some too and they loved it as well!!

Shapir who works in this store does an incredible pizza. Had a large tuna and sweetcorn and it was cooked perfectly. I know a lot of people complain about dominos but this guy is fabulous at making them. Credit where credit is due.

Really disappointed. I think they have new owners ? As this used to be one of our favourite takeaways ! And now the menu has changed and the food is terrible ! And most of all ...once you order they cancel it after about an hour waiting ! We had to then wait for a refund and order from somewhere else ! What has happened leo? You were once really amazing ! And now you are absolutely terrible ! Really Really disappointed!

Disgusting, don’t waste your money. Their idea of a panini is 2 slices of cheap, toasted bread. The service is appalling and the tables are dirty.

Filthy dirty. Nearly all empty tables piled high with dirty pots. Had a cake which was nice but had to wait over 20 minutes for a pot of tea. All the staff looked miserable, not one smile between them. The whole place needs a good deep clean. I would not recommend. Someone needs to manage the staff and actually get them working. It's such a shame as the garden centre is great and has so much to offer. I will continue to visit the garden centre but will be finding somewhere clean with sociable staff in future for food and refreshments

Absolutely shocking , no customer service skills. Ordered 3 meals and everyone when opened was wrong. Minimum filling, incorrect bread, never had a subway that was bad anywhere else, avoid take a trip down the road to warton ti avoid dissapointment.

so glad its re opened again and honestly ive never had a bad sub yet! Kirkham is lacking in lunch spots and i always love a sandwich here or salad
