Subway in Fylde

Had our delivery arrive. Tuna salad with no tuna in and mighty meat sub with no meat in. Still waiting for replacements. Been over an hour since I rang. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered sandwhiches. Every single was that came was wrong,missing something or not toasted, one sandwhich did not come and offered a new one but would take two hrs to arrive if we wanted it. Disgusting attitude off the lady on the phone stating she new there was a sub missing but they have been busy. No refund offered. No explanation for the sandwhiches missing things or added things that wasn't ordered other than them to say we tried to ring about the bread we had run out of. It doesn't justify that they cannot follow a simple order of what customers would like on a sandwhich. god forbid any of us had an allergy to the things that were added to the sandwhiches that hadn't been ordered. Staff obviously undertrained and have no concept of allergen awareness or food safety for that matter. Won't be ordering again.

So supposedly shuts at 8pm every night apart from Sunday... I went on Monday night at 19.25 and got refused service as they were closed. This isn’t what I expect from a franchise like subway. They should abide by the times they claim to stay open till. All in all really disappointed.

Wasn't a large queue and was also 2 people working behind the counter, didn't have any hearty Italian bread and also the coffee tasted different to usual, waited 15 mins for a quick sandwich to made.

Tasty food with plenty of choice. Good value, you can have a meal for £3. Very convenient for a family on the go. Eat in or take away.

Bad service in an unclean place. Food not good, sandwich was tasteless and bread hard. Really did not enjoy, full of kids doing nothing.

After giving in to my 10 year old's begging to be taken here for tea we arrived to the sight of a crowd of teenagers outside the door. Busy we thought and indeed it was. Inside was a group of 20 or so teenagers filling about half of the available space. We ordered food and sat down. The teenagers were relatively calm, thankfully, though were happy to shout to each other over our table and grab each other for a snog when the mood took them. With one serving of nachos and one drink to share between them, it is obviously just somewhere for them to hang out and good luck to them. I felt in their way and on edge. The staff served efficiently but didnt come out from behind the counter. The floor needed sweeping. I won't be rushing back and will resist my son's pleading next time.

Good value food for when you are on the go! Shame that they don't take part in Subway offers only local offers apply

Went with a colleague for a late lunch. Food as always at Subway is excellent in terms of freshness. Simple straight forward, hard to mess up food. Didn't need to use the toilet so I don't know whether they even have them. The environment was well present, simple but all you need. Customer service was excellent. No complaints.
