Bought a chicken, ham and leek pie and a roast pork and chorizo pie from a local market they sell at. £4 each so not cheap. Not I’m no expert but if you are selling a roast pork and chorizo pie, surely you need to include both ingredients? Pie just had roast pork and no signs of any chorizo near it as didn’t even have any oil from the chorizo in it, just dry roast pork. Haven’t tried the chicken pie yet so not sure what will be missing from that. Disappointing considering they are £4 a pop.

Worst Pie I have ever had in my life. Bought June 20th at Trentham Makers market. Ok, the pastry was good, but the filling was so dry with nomoisture or any sort of sauce. I will not be buying again from you and when I'm there next time. I will let you know. Not cheap either £4.00 Very disappointed 😞

We got some steak, mushroom and red wine pies from the stall at the Goosnargh and Longridge Show. We removed the packaging and heated them up in the oven and they were delicious. The meat was tender and the pastry was crisp. Perfect pies.

Steak and ale pie was full of tender meat and the pastry was lovely too. Would buy again.

Bought the cheese and onion and steak pie yesterday at the spinning fields market, Manchester. We were so disappointed, tasteless and not worth the money.

The worst pies we have ever had, pastry no taste, meat no taste, no seasoning…awful!

Paid £4 for Steak and ale pie would not buy another one.

Purchased a chicken and stuffing pie from Bolton Food Festival today. No stuffing, no seasoning. Bland fayre in all honesty. The pastry was cheap tasting and stodgy.

Bought 4 pies 2 steak+stilton 2 cheese onion for £15 at the Bolton food festival on friday 25/8/23 the steak+stilton had no stilton in, i could have coped with the missing stilton had the steak been good but and the steak was flavourless and bordering on dry very disappointed. The cheese and onion pies were lovely

Bought the STeak and Ale and Chicken and mushroom. Two for £14 as a treat. Tasteless. So disappointing.

We regularly use Stockport Traders Market and always buy some pies. That's one of the reasons we go!

Not very tasty. Purchased the Festive Pie, Pulled Pork & Stuffing Roast Chicken & Stuffing, Roast Pork & Chorizo and a Steak & Stilton. Would not rate any of them unfortunately. Disappointed.

Pulled pork pie was rubbish.dry and tasteless.must have been weeks old.ineatable

Lovely! Had 3 from Sandbach makers market for £11. Steak, ale and stilton then steak and ale and chicken leek and ham. I can't usually manage all the pastry but I did tonight. Each pie was tasty and full. Enjoyed the chicken one. Will Google next local market and get more.

Bought 4 of these pies from a stall at Prestwich Carnival for £11. The beef & ale and the chicken & mushroom were extremely dry and lacked any taste. The cheese & onion was average and the last cheese and onion pie I threw away. I also noticed later that there was no sell by / best before date on the packaging.

Really enjoyed their roast chicken, ham and leek pie. One of the nicest pies I've had and really good value for such an artisan product.

Purchased and served tonight the worst pie every. The steak was stringy, no evidence of flavour, red wine or mushroom. Not sure where the good reviews come from? Perhaps it was just a bad one?
