Well I’ve been brought up eating proper Pakistani style curries so when I place an order at a new place I’m always very sceptical but hats off to The Curry Lounge you did not disappoint it’s proper home style cooked Pakistani style curries absolutely beautiful everything we ordered was fantastic thank you very much guys 10 out of 10 will definitely order again when visiting the area in our motorhome.

delivery driver made me feel extremely uncomfortable. when he dropped off my order he asked me if I was home alone. he left and nothing was missing from my order An hour later he repeatedly buzzed my flat saying something had been missed from my order which officially nothing had been. I didn't have to get in contact with the takeaway at all. he came up with 1 popadom which I think was just an excuse to get access to me again and made me feel very uncomfortable

Pricing Be Careful. The takeaway seem to operate 2 menu pricing one is very competitive the other is very expensive . The portion of chicken is small normally you get 8 decent size pieces of chicken in most if not all takeaways , in this case you get 8 pieces half the size of what seems to be consistent with other providers . They’re clearly cutting corners to increase profit margins. In fairness the curry was good however I wouldn’t rush back due to the pricing issue on entry £7.50 on leaving they stated I was charged from the old menu the & the correct price was £10.20 the quality did not justify that .

I put an order for delivery they staff on the phone said 45 minutes to an hour ... after 1 hour I rang up they said we are so busy its gonna be another 25 minutes .. if you busy why you took the order ? Very poor service 👎👎👎

The chicken Kuruma was too sweet like a dessert...

food was late and barely hot we use this restaurant alot but the last few orders there service and standards have failed them shame

The food was super cold and the overall quality was really poor unfortunately. I am a loyal customer to curry lounge so I'm surprised to be feeling this disappointment but it really wasn't good. Any sort of compensation/refund would be appreciated.

The food was delicious as usual as I order pretty regularly from this take away via just eat with never any problems. The paid delivery however was nothing short of lazy and rude not even attempting to find my flat, phoned me saying he was at my front door when in fact I was waiting there. He then chose to drive off with my meal because I could not go out to the road! He did come back attempting to make me feel bad for I assume him having to walk a few more steps further to my door!

we received the complete wrong order. left feedback through JustEats but haven't received a response. usually the food and service is spot on, but not this time.

ordered food at 17.56hrs displayed 45 to 60min delivery. food arrived at 19.22hrs and just eat app showing we have received your order all the way through.

Great food. All arrived hot and on time. We added onions to one of the pizzas and paid additional but there weren't any onions. Sure it was just an error. Would recommend.

The seekh kebabs were horrible. Too tough to eat, very chewy. The keema naan was below standard with meat sprinkling into the naan. This is not how you make a keema naan. The donner kebab was great, though!

Had a minor issue last night and they came out straight away and sorted the problem. Always order from here because the food is great and it’s very good value. 10/10 would always recommend

Korma lovely but the king prawns ordered were cut into tiny pieces

We have been a regular customer however last two times we have been disappointed. Their chicken korma is no longer the same and this time Chicken Bhuna wasn't good. Not sure if the chef was changed or they change their ingredients. We won't be ordering again.

Terrible value for money. Never seen jalapeño chillis in an Indian curry before in my whole life. Chicken Puree starter was mostly bread. King Prawn Tandoori main didn't have one whole piece of prawn in it. Keema naan just looked sad. First and last time ordering from this takeaway.

Unless you are totally drunk then don’t bother. Kebabs are just about ok but anything else on the menu is disgusting. Dreadful. Please don’t bother!!

Ordered from here several times in the past and the food and service has been great! Unfortunately this one time has been shocking resulting in it being the last time we order. Ordered online, rang up straight away to confirm order and put in a request. Up to an hour wait it said online, fair enough, day after Boxing Day, everyone’s hungover and ordering… rang an hour later, to be told order will be 20-30mins. Rang again half hour later, order couldn’t be found, they had to re do the order which would be 20 minutes. An hour later we rang to be told it was on the way. In total we waited 3hours for our order, for it to arrive luke warm and the meat was very dry and chips soggy. very disappointed, 4 hungry unsatisfied people.

First time trying last evening.Sri lanka chicken was superb,great pilau rice&a decent sized nan bread.The big disappointment was the tiny amount of chicken in the curry!

Absolutely fantastic traditional curry house. Great phone manner and quick delivery. Ordered to hy hotel and delivery was within 30 mins, very tasty and hot, we will definitely use again

Terrible customer service, missing items and very average at best food. Completely disappointed and it isn’t the first time either. Wouldn’t normally review but this is awful at this point. AVOID

Disgraceful customer service and poor quality food

Not great....chicken breast pieces are extremely dry and salty and the salad in the kebab consists of just shredded lettuce and onion. Have had a couple of chicken tikka kebabs from here, thought would give it a second chance, but both weren't great. Naan bread lovely and fresh on the wrap, just the filling that is disappointing. Will be finding somewhere else locally to get chicken kebabs in future.

Great curries and kebabs. Always busy so don't be surprised to wait but worth it.

PLEASE - Find somewhere else to order from, unless you are happy getting your order a hour and 20min after phoning them and the first thing I said was how long for a delivery? No more than 30 to 40mins sir. After 90mins phoned again to be told driver has just left with order, then slammed down phone. Took the driver over 50mins to deliver less than half a mile. When he turned up I asked him if he got lost and he told me he left takeaway less than 5mins ago. Food average but chips unedible, never tasted so much salt in my life. Place needs closing down. Taking note now of every similar review as they are just taking your money and not doing what website/ staff are doing about delivery. When I have anough reviews like what I have read, they will soon not be able to deliver.

I went a few weeks ago before and could pay with my card ,went this time and was it was cash only.

Very surprised at some of the reviews on here, definitely not my experience. Just enjoyed a delivered meal for two. A little longer wait than expected, but its new years day in lock down so absolutely expected. The delivery guy was really pleasant and respectful of distancing, the food was excellent and great value for money. Set meal A.

Phoned for a delivery, was told to wait and after 2 minutes hearing other people ordering etc i hung up.. They could have phoned me back but didnt. Reached saturation point except they dont know it or too greedy and keep accepting orders that they cant deliver. have used in te past and food ok but can not stand rude and unhelpful customer service.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolutely awful. Ordered a burger and chips and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Imagine that....over 100 minutes for a burger and chips on a weekday at 11pm. Soggy burger and cold. Gave them another chance as mistakes do happen. Waited 2 hours for 2 burgers this time. Avoid at all costs. This place is run by cowboys.

Yummy food ordered a few times and always happy with the food. We just think there should be more meat in the currys. The sauces are lovely though! Definitely reccomend

Absolute con of a takeaway, I orderd dinner meat and chips £4.50, there was 8 pieces of donner meat, I orderd a chicken tikka masal and when I tasted it it was over powering with sweetness, I've had many tikka masala and never this sweet, if I wanted sweet I would've orderd a karma, so I rung them and he told me he that's how it's meant to be I've sold hundreds like that , customer service terrible as he shouted at my miss on the phone, now if he brings me an exchange curry he wants £2.50 to bring it back, never will I order again, 1st tikka masala I've ever had like that but yet told me that's how they are ppfffftttttt.

DO NOT PLEASE IGNORE. I have never felt so strongly in my entire life about writing a review as I do now. Two key reasons to support an alternative ‘honest’ takeaway service. I used them last week, paid for 1.5lts coke (£2.40), however never arrived with food. Called and told if I ordered again they’d deliver next time nd not offered refund. So, Did so one week later and only 0.5ltr arrived as well as my son’s pizza being wrong. Called again and 30mins later correct pizza arrived after wife and I had finished our dinner but still no coke. Bottom line, called shop with at that time calm, reasonable attitude and requested they drop off any time tonight or next few days but told they would not confirm and actually hung up on me. I called back with a more assertive approach saying I just wanted refunded or item delivered but was shrugged off again as they were far to busy. At this point i said if they didn’t give me what I’d paid for or at least refunded me I’d post negative online reviews but to my surprise they flippantly replied ‘go on then’ and hung up. As things stand this company have literally just robbed me and feel no responsibility to refund. I fully understand what’s going on in the world right now but I was more than understanding and absolutely furious that I was hung up on twice. There are other options when ordering your Saturday night treat so please don’t encourage this kind of dishonest behaviour and consider placing your business elsewhere.

After having an excellent pizza from here last Monday, I returned Friday for a curry. Well prepared - and quickly too! - the Chicken Madras was tasty and with sufficient heat. The Onion Bhaji (portion of 3) very good, as was the Pilau Rice. A nice and unexpected touch was a complimentary papadum. A delicious and satisfying meal for £8.50. Next time I stay locally, I'm coming back, guys!!

This was the worst take away curry I have had in a long time. Just a few pieces of Iill tasting dried up chicken floating in sugary sauce. I am expecting to be ill tomorrow. Even the popadoms tasted terrible.

This place has gone down hill. Took an age to arrive. Luke warm, watery sauce, dried cubed chicken. Greasy cold chips, dryed up over cooked Bhaji. Most of it went in the bin. Won’t be using again.

Whoever's answering the phone always says the food will be 30-40 minutes. An hour later it's still not arrived. As way of an apology on its eventual arrival I get the excuse that they were busy. The order that was delivered was wrong with a main dish missing and some other plain curry sauces we didn't order added??? Im going elsewhere in the future.

Curry Lounge and myself have finished for good now! This is the third time my food was terrible, A pizza that's just bread & cheese, over cooked which makes me think it's been reheated! It's like cardboard. Chicken pakora's was over cooked aswell as the large chips! I also ordered two tubs of red onion which was,nt put in the bag! Instead of ordering on just eat I decided to walk round to place my order thinking it would be right and fresh, Never again! Curry Lounge has lost a good customer!!!

I always order from here as the sauce in the curries are the best around (Dilraj has the best meat), I just ordered a lamb ceylan and it was the best flavoured and textured curry I have ever had from a takeaway or restaurant

It’s obviously improved, as I went in not expecting much, but it was close by to my work accommodation. The food took a while as I sat there what seemed forever, but it was worth the wait. Good value and tasty.

We get a takeaway from here nearly every week their kebabs are so big and tasty, you can mix the meat donar & chicken brilliant they also do the best curry ever, other food is available but I recommend the mixed kebab, so go along and enjoy their excellent food, you can collect or have it delivered.

Good food at an affordable price. I ordered £9.95 special kebab. It is about 2 foot long. Extra garlic and chilli sauce. Hmmmm. U won't be disappointed.

Never tried this place before so thought I'd give it a go. Biryani was delicious and so was the vegetable curry sauce that came with it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Omg first time unbelievable. Cheese burger (huge) xl kebab ( even bigger) and 12" pizza any topping with large crispy chips 12.99. So so tasty. Defiantly will be back.

This an ideal take away place best for me is the Donna calzone. They also do good pizza. Hot tasty cod and friendly team.

My husband and I arrived late in Lytham and Were not familiar with the area so asked the owner of B&B and he recommended this place to us. The place was a normal take away and the chairs were very old and everything represented below the average food so I didn’t order and my husband who was hungry ordered curry with rice and chilly bread. When I tasted bread with curry it was beyond delicious and couldn’t stop eating. The combination of spices were perfect. Spicy bread was a really good substitute for rice.

Everytime I order from Curry Lounge the order is always wrong! This place is right on my doorstep but I,m going to start ordering from another Takeaway.

Best curry house in St Anne's, also best kebabs in town, staff are very friendly and helpful, it's a must if you've never been, you won't be disappointed

My experience of this place is disgusting the first time we ordered it was wrong order and it took three days to try and get our money back the chicken tikka massala was horrible and the nanny bread was stale today we ordered boiled rice got pilau rice chicken was like rubber and popudums was stale they said sorry we can't do anything we shouldn't of took your order is will not be ordering from here again and I'm going to trading standards

The food was pre ordered to arrive at 19.50 but had not arrived by 20.10 so we called only to be told it was on its way. When it still had not arrived at 20.30 we called again as my husband had to be at work. The food finally arrived at 20.45 which was too late for my husband as he had left for work. Will not be using them again as when it did arrive we had no sauce on the kebab. Terrible customer service did not help

ordered as a treat for my children, who had a 2 hour wait, for substandard food, garlic bread was burnt & had numerous holes in it, tikka masala was a horrible colour & tasted bitter, poppadoms were stale, all food was luke warm at best, which resulted in my having to cook for my kids, and when i complained the management refused to give a refund. resulting in £20 effectively being thrown into the bin. i will definitely not be ordering from here again, nor will i recommend it to anybody, if i was able to leave a minus star review i would

Ordered 1/2 tandoori chicken on the bone do not order! They don’t do it it’s just a leg and small piece of boneless breast total rip off, complained first time expecting it to be sorted next time, ordered agin specifying I want what I ordered 1/2 chicken on the bone they sent me 2 measely legs never again!!!

We ordered meals for 9 people for a birthday celebration at 6.10pm and it wasn't delivered until 7.55pm ....nearly 2 hours!!! We had children and a diabetic waiting for food but when we opened all the packages all the food was cold and had to be heated up. The medium curry we ordered was so hot no-one could eat it even though the person usually has vindaloo. This spoiled our whole evening. So the moral of this is go somewhere else!!!

After just returning from holiday we decided to get a take away from here. Never again. We asked for no coriander as neither of us likes it. When we got it home the rice and one of the curry's had it in. My partner phoned up to let them know and their attitude stunk. Saying that the khari is always cooked with coriander. Sorry but if your a good take away /restaurant any dish can be cooked without it. There was no apology or offer to replace it. It went straight into the bin. He then went to another take away and got the same dishes without coriander. Bad service. Bad food. Bad attitude. Not recommended

We were not having the greatest of breaks due in the main to poor accommodation, we had eaten out and suffered bad service so were in need of some good luck. We ordered £40 worth of food for 2 adults and 4 kids. It arrived quick, was piping hot (we had to let some dishes cool), the quality was superb and as we all know take aways can be hit and miss but I wouldn't hesitate to order again if ever I visited Lytham St Anne's which unfortunately is not overly likely.

I phoned the takeout directly and they seemed a little short with me, perhaps because I was coming from so far away they were not sure if I would actually show up.

My favourite Indian the food is great! But my last order was cold and I had missing items plus it was an hour and 20 minutes on delivery!

We visit St Anne's twice a year every year for a week holiday. We order from the Curry Lounge nearly every evening we're here. We've lived all over the country and this is by far the best takeaway we have been too.

Poppadums cooked in oh so aging oil. Completely inedible.

Don't think its been here that long but been twice, the donner kebab was on a huge nan and was delicious. Next had a curry, was superb quality and taste, loads of styles on the menu, the special pilau rice was excellent, you can have the curries as hot as you like, spicy was great! Also sell burgers pizzas and all sorts. Its best to order half an hour before for curries because it can take time to prepare which is a good sign really. Well worth a try.
