forgotten some items twice with my oder with no refund on them missing items. we give them a third chance and still the same thing.. I will not be ordering again from here.

Hot shot pizza is normally perfect but this time it didn't have the green peppers on and some if the meats weren't the same. Was disappointed but will order again

It wasn't what I ordered. Apollo - chicken and mushroom as a calzone. Chicken and mushroom is a very specific thing. What I got was tandori chicken with pineapple. Completely different. I don't like tandoori chicken and the combo doesn't work.

Owner is a proven liar and his delivery drivers need to learn some manners.

Like most places we decided to save judgement for when we tried it for a second time. All I'm going to say is wow. Both times I ordered variations of their mix kebabs and honestly they are fantastic. The meats are so different with regards to flavour and so well cooked and the way they present it shows these lads care. Then you get to the bread that seems to be homemade and it's dry as a bone and delicious. Not full of fat from poor quality meat. I've not left a review for years on here but this place needs it. Well done 👏

Food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for. Kirkham kabab house is always our go too but this really was good!

Very very good pizzas, very very good kebabs, very very good chips, very very happy customers. Awesome takeaway on par with our Scottish takeaways if not better :)

Rang the restaurant multiple times as just eat was saying delivered and the food hadn’t been, they kept saying will be 10 mins and it still never turned up

Ordered at 1830hrs, Delivery should have arrived 1925-1945 and didn’t arrive until gone 2030hrs.

I rang up after about 25/30mins to check on an arrival time. I was told by the restaurant 15mins. Then an hour later the food turns

9.20 for 3 pieces of chicken and some steamed dinner kebab meat keep your money absolute rip off. The only reason this place is going is beacuse it's a small town with few options disgrace to the food industry

Food was just not good, on my mix kebab the chicken was burned and hard to chew, the donner meat was incredibly bland, I got a dribble of garlic sauce and literally 5 strands of lettuce and a bit of onion. My son ordered a burger, he said it was nice but he didn't like the chips as they're were soggy. It was just a bit of a let down when you're having a cheeky takeaway you want to enjoy your meal not eat it and taste nothing as your food is plain and hard to eat. I won't be ordering again

Absolutely terrible food. Ordered a pizza that was doughy although warm but flavourless, this was ordered for a fifteen year old that usually eats anything but left most. Kebab was terrible naan bread was soft undercooked donner meat was hard and chewy chicken chunks I didn’t even attempt given other taste. Won’t order again .

The Kebab was absolutely awful thrown in the bin after a bite. They used to be alright from here but gone down hill. Service ok but kebab was bad

We were visiting the area and decided to give this place a go. The food was amazing and very tasty. My fussy child loved the garlic bread and cheese. The kebab meat was well cooked and came exactly as we asked for. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. Thank you, we wil definitely be using again 😊

It took 3 hours for my food to arrive. I ordered a large mixed kebab. When it finally arrived there was 3 small peices of chicken and 7 strips of doner meat. The rest was salad. I will not be ordering from here again.

Placed a reasonably decent order £45, the pizzas ordered were over filled with cheese and toppings missing...won't be ordering again!

Ordered once before and food was good so ordered again tonight but it wasn’t the best, everything was just soggy from the heat, can’t even eat it, they did put red salt on chips which was good but we couldn’t eat the food

The food was very rushed here in 20 minutes normally 30 minutes my daughter left her meal because very dry no taste and none stop feeling sick and belly bad

Have ordered from this restaurant many times and have often recommended it to others. The food has always been great. Waiting times hit and miss but never terrible, until this order. Nearly 2.5 hours for a small order, located less than 10 mins away. Nothing in the way of accurate updates/timescales on JE (initially indicated just over an hour for delivery), no answer from the restaurant when trying to phone them multiple times and no apology when it did finally turn up. Really poor service.

Says order has been delivered I haven’t received it and is very late

We ordered food at 8:30 tonight and it was delivered at 10:10.It was impossible to call the restaurant as no one answers the phone.The food arrived cold and not fit for eating. Avoid!

Chips cold and chewy so ended up in the bin. Pizza was nearly cold good, base very thick and too much cheese. Whole order not their usual quality or delivery service

Placed order at 7:39 and food delivered at 9:33. phoned restaurant several times and went through to Vodafone voicemail. The order consisted of 2 Kebabs and 1 cheesy chips. I’m not one to leave reviews however, our last 2 order took over an hour and a half and when I phone they just apologies and advised driver will be a few minutes. I've let it go twice now but this is the 3rd time our order has taken a ridiculous amount of times to be delivered.

Order stated 1hour for delivery. After 1hour 30minutes I called and was advised it would be leaving in 10-15minutes. 30minutes later I called back and was told it had just left and would be with me shortly. Total delivery time was 2hours 20minutes. The order consisted of 2 burgers and a portion of chips. The burgers were hot but the chips had gone slightly cold.

Ordered at 9:15, arrived at 11:45, said it would be here for 10:30, food arrived cold, will never be coming back

Over nearly 3 hours late to then be told it was only being boxed up and would be here soon. Only waiting an extra 40 minutes after phoning up to see where it was. Will be requesting a full refund. No communication to customers at all and not fussed about it on the phone. Such a joke

Ordered at half 7, delivery time said 20:40/21:00pm. Arrived at 21:50, to find a kebab was missing from the order. Rang again for 3rd time said kebab would be 5 min… 35mins later still not here. I understand the roads are icy and it’s Friday night but that’s next level! I enjoyed being a fourth wheel watching all my mates eat their food!

Arrived 50 minutes late, missing item, all the boxes where crushed beyond believe, what was salvageable was cold and dry. All went in the bin. This used to be our go to takeaway but what was delivered last night was the worst of the worst, absolutely abysmal service, food and delivery time. Have a word with yourselves you absolute jokers

Was delayed at first for 40 minutes then when we called it was delayed further. Took a total of 2 1/2 hours to get our order. When we called to cancel we was told our food was being prepared and so wouldn’t get a refund so had no choice but to wait for the food

Missed a portion of chips off my order but was given plenty with another order I got so ate a few from there. Garlic bread was not very nice, most of it binned. The meats in my kebab were also not great. It just wasn’t to my liking but filled my belly. I am unlikely going to order from here again but delivered on time.

Got a donner tray on Uber eats absolutely smashing also put cheese on it special for me delivered after closing time and everything just was great.

Food is always hot and fresh, the tortilla wraps are my fave particularly the mixed chicken and barito ones. The fries are average (hence not quite giving 5*) but can't fault anything else I've ever tried.

3 piece chicken was 3 drum sticks which was disappointing l. I don't mind one with some best etc but 3? Chicken tikka was poor too tbf. Usually much better.
