Food is delicious, fast and friendly service. Mehan was so lovely, really friendly and helpful ☺️ 5 stars!

The shift manager that was on yesterday with the long hair and the beard was a very lovely man, a bit weird all in all but very lovely and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were happy.

Had a great experience at this Burger King! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant visit. Service was impressively efficient – our food was prepared quickly without any long wait times, even though it was fairly busy. As for the food, it was exactly what you'd expect from Burger King – hot, fresh, and tasty. Everything was well-prepared, and the portions were satisfying. Overall, a solid fast-food experience. Good service, friendly staff, and decent food – can't ask for much more. Would definitely visit again!

Went to drive thru at 1pm ish. The Girl taking orders was polite and friendly, also the lad who brought our food was friendly aswell. Food was hot n fresh. Defo be back. Wish it was nearer as we are in cleveleys

Food was great. I had a melt king box with cheesy fries and a whopper. Could have been a bit more cheese on the burger. Watching the staff make my burger made me think it was very rushed. Had trouble with WiFi and BK app. Atmosphere was great but the staff should clean up after guests more often.

Nice clean and tidy burger king. The food was great, point taken off for soggy onion rings! We ate in too. The staff are nice smiley and friendly would recommend.

Absolutely legendary service, almost instantly got my food and was treated amazingly.

Burger was cold and the drive through was unavailable due to a delivery truck blocking the entrance. Another delivery driver from one of those online delivery services was parked in the disabled bay. I will avoid in future.

Another food outlet which has gone to the dogs food is nothing to write home about overrated over priced and the staff need to be trained in customer services awful place to go to

Had it as a takeaway. Delivery driver was fast and food was decent, but small and cold. Apart from that, KFC is better. 💪💪💪

Love this place staff double friendly, food always hot, sit in the car normaly while baby sleeps, but just as good inside. Slightly expensive but worth it.

We have visited this BK many times now and I think there's only one time where we wasn't that thrilled with the food and that was some random Thursday evening. We usually visit at lunch time. Friendly staff that are happy to help.

Went through drive-through, gave order, and had to park up and wait took 5 minutes got order didnt check it big mistake wrong order and a very over done burger do they not check before they serve it or hand it out

The new gorment burger was amazing. It had a resturante like taste and look to it. Way better than any fast food burger I have ever had. Would 100% recommend burger king Mill farm

Went through drive through and ordered two meals, open the bag to no chips! Went in and staff remade both meals from start.

Typical burger king no atmosphere but its a burger joint what do you expect. Ordering done via a faceless touchscreen served by someone who really doesn't care. Food was as expected nothing wrong there. But let's not pretend it's something else

Poor customer service, unclean and disorganised. Unapologetic in every respect. No que but took staff 5 mins to even make eye contact and 8 mins to order - felt like a ghost. Food arrived relatively quickly. 3 hoodied youths came and sat next to us in the empty restaurant to charge their vapes which was a buzz kill. Staff aware but not really bothered.

Came through the drive-through this evening and ordered a bacon double xl cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, onions, and gherkins. I was expecting all that to be on the bun not underneath it at the bottom of the bun. All the sauce went everywhere, including on my uniform

Good fast food restaurant.But noticed yesterday that the size of the fries has been reduced to a small packet obviously to increase margins. So probably won't go there now.

The lad who served me was so helpful. I have dietary requirements and he sorted me out. The staff seemed in good spirits, which was nice, especially the older mangers (I assume they were managers). Food was lovey, place was clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Shocker of a whopper. I went there last night and ordered a double whopper with cheese and bacon, there was no tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, mayo or tomato sauce. To cold patties slapped together in a dry bun. It was beyond lack lustre, and somewhat pointless. Tried ringing but to no avail. I am going back today for a refund

Place run by immature teenagers that couldn't care less, that spend more time messing around the kitchen instead of working. They forgot 2 items in my order and while I was waiting 2 other customers returned to complain something was missing. The floor was dirty around the drinks machine with sticky coke and bins were full. I work in food so i understand that when it gets busy its hard to keep on top of things but this was quiet with an empty drive thru. If the kids stopped d*cking about and grew up a bit the experience might be better.

Love this place the food is always fresh and tasty. I drive extra, knowing if I am going to get a burger king I might as well go to the best one.

Ordered our meal and was missing an item, tried to ring the uber lad but wouldn't pick up, rung the burger King establishment just to have some rude kid put me on hold and hang the phone up and refuse to pick up the phone after multiple attempts to ring back.

Ordered a chicken royale meal, order arrived they had forgotten my burger so rang i up they asked if i had the receipt which i said yes they then put me on hold then hung up on me tried to ring back multiple times but ignored me went back on the app and they had turned couriers off

Ordered the Chicken Royale meal, the chicken served looked like it’d been stood on, flat, and wasn’t a fillet either. More like those cheap chicken burgers you’d buy from a freezer shop. Expect a little more for almost ten quid. The chips are alright to be fair. Won’t be in a hurry to return again.

Don’t order through Uber here, missing sauces and burger positions, it took over an hour for Uber driver to deliver. Absolutely disgusting

Need to read other people’s reviews before I visited total agree with the past reviews this place is dirty and untidy no one is doing anything to clean the place. I wonder if this is now the corporate standard of Burger King?

It's a Burger King... It's not a bad one. Orders are usually accurate. It is a handy location for me as I am often in Kirkham and Wesham. Food is normally cooked to the standard you'd expect. There is a little wait when it's busy. Opening times are good - it's not open very late (10pm), and occasionally, that's inconvenient for me personally , but that's OK too. The staff that serve me are usually friendly and helpful. So, nothing to avoid and everything to go for if it's a Whopper you are after.

Maybe this is burger king in general rather than this specific one but they are just leagues behind Macdonald’s. The burger buns collapse whilst you’re eating them, they cost a ton more, there is nothing like the triple cheeseburger etc. the kids meal isn’t as good as happy meal. Yet it all costs more. Don’t get it.

Definitely one of the good ones, shame there's no drive through in Blackpool like this. It's in an excellent location in kirkham though right next to Afc Fylde, a petrol station, Starbucks, Kfc and Aldi. Staff are friendly and welcoming, food is fresh and hot and made exactly how you want, can't fault them. The only issue the last couple of visits has been you can't get tea but that's a minor. Overall highly recommend

The burger with cheese on it was congealed and cold. The bread bun completely fell apart and the whole thing was a mess. However, the chips were hot and crispy and lovely. We paid around £16 for 2 lunches and only enjoyed the chips. Expensive chips!

Last visit I got a bacon double XL meal large, bread on bun very flakey as if not fresh, burger hot, cheese slice on the burger was not melted at all, bacon on the burger was really cold. It was unpleasant, especially for the best part of 12 quid. Great service at the drive thru though, always nice staff, but the food is very hit and miss on the times I've visited.

Spent over £12 on a plain hamburger and a bacon cheeseburger meal. The fires said they were large but swear they were small. The bread was that stale it crumbled into three peaces. Staff amazing and polite can’t fault them but food way off. Won’t be going back.

Called in on the way home. Had a bacon and cheese burger meal. Tasted alright. Not Hot enough, just warm. If I go again, will be asking for a fresh burger or a hot one. Staff were good. Atmosphere was alright.

2 bacon cheeseburger meals... Bun was hard and grey Cheese was so cold it was crumbling Bacon was barely cooked / cold Burger was cold barely cooked. The seagulls which seem to be their best customers ate it all, the chips however were fantastic. I sent a complaint to their UK office, alas I will never be going hers again.

The place was filthy, the touchscreens for ordering food didn’t work, the staff took forever to take our order and then even longer to make it (we were the only ones ordering). When we did get our food it was incorrect and had to be re-made. Going somewhere else from now on.

Went in late Saturday last week. Place looked like a bomb had gone off my eldest started putting big items in the bin for them. Food took a while but was worth the wait for mt eldest who was ready for anything edible. My burger was a little overcooked. Overall staff friendly but morale seemed low. I've been in before and it's been the polar opposite so it won't stop me from coming back in the future.
