Food missing from bag. Tiny pieces of chicken salsa awful.

Order wrong. Only discovered this after getting home. Put through at the till incorrectly. Customer seems to get the blame and a distinct lack of an apology.

Had the gravy mega box. Tasty, hot and good value. Staff friendly. Place was clean 😁

Not a problem with the staff or the chicken it's just the chips I didn't think it was possible to cook chips so bad over the years I've been there loads of times and every time the chips are disgusting.. go to Burger King next door and the chips are amazing.... I think KFC need to poach the chip man from Burger King

Fastest time from order to food I have ever experienced.

Very quick service and friendly helpful staff. The 2 stars in nothing to do with Mill Farm it's kfc as a business. The chips are absolutely terrible and what on earth is that powdery coating!! The chicken needs to be more fresh and not kept in the warmer for as long, rubbery and greasy. Also, they have seriously cut back on salad and mayonnaise. KFC get your act together!!! Burger King next door by a long way is far far better.

It was worst delivery I have ever had. All the chicken fell out the bottom of the box because it was that greasy. It was that bad I didn’t even want to give it to the dog. Contacted Uber eats and not even had a reply from them disgusted

Big shout out and thank you to KFC Wesham. I picked up a drive thru order to eat in the carpark - my toddler was asleep in the car and I felt I might reward myself with a nice hot meal without interruptions for once. Meal was lovely. But after eating, my car wouldn't start. Abd the toddler woke up. Despite being very busy, counter staff were very helpful, I was slightly teary by this point and they were very nice about it and they have also (hopefully) sorted out my parking as I was over the 90 minute allotment by the time I got rescued. Thank you.

Not had KFC for ages so got gravy bucket got home fries were burnt 2 were black like charcoal and they were just a soggy greasy mess definitely not french fries🍟went again last week mentioned my last fries, got same meal, got home, fries were just a soggy mess again so 😁 won't be going there again disgusting

Kfc at washam. What a joke. Talk about waiting for an order. - Review when fist opened. Update: this has gotten much better, I find that the wait times depends on which staff are working, which although is inconsistent and you don’t know until you know, it is much quicker that is was when it first opened. Food wise, it’s KFC and as with other large franchises, food is pretty consistent in quality to all other KFC’s Staff are friendly enough, if they talk to you for more than just shouting out an order number. I wouldn’t give top marks to customer service here, but then again not much difference to other KFC’s

the food was nice (std KFC) I used the drive thru, then had to wait 10-mins in the grill park and wait for my order. When I got home items were missing, I call the restaurant, but no answer so I sent an email to KFC UK, but still no response yet after 3-days. Update I received an £8.00 voucher off KFC with an assurance that they would let the area manager know about my visit to KFC Mill Farm Wesham. I did return to Mill Farm KFC to use my voucher and it was like a different restaurant, the service was quick, the staff were friendly and the food was very nice. With my last visit I will up my star rating of this KFC.

The only thing I like are the daily wraps for £1.98 and they've stopped doing them so I don't bother anymore , The zinger burgers aren't very spicy anymore.

It's a KFC and the food is consistent with that, Drive through seems slow sometimes. Staff friendly and bright . Enjoyed my Zinger Tower Burger box meal.

Very good service and food, would definitely recommend. Heard the very good looking and charming fella on burgers excelled at his job and put his co workers to shame. 5 stars

What a load of garbage, I sometimes wonder if fast food interviews go like this Hi can u mess up and order? Can u make our customers really upset? If the answer to both is yes. YOU GOT THE JOB Cos 4 times you have messed up orders and even asked each time can u check and double check and then a manager on the phone called me a liar “I checked that order myself” well treacle I’ve got news for you you need to step down as manager cos you can’t get anything right either!!!!!!!!!! Just abysmal. Every. Single. Time. Seem surprised by chicken being ordered, inconsistent quality, ALWAYS get something wrong. Do yourself a favour, drive to Preston.

A bit faster than normal lately as more staff in so better. Only problem when gone through drive through no cutlery or napkins given like you used to. Eating beans isn't good without a spoon or fork!

I used my app to place an order to collect The app charged me and I got a receipt from my back but no order number and ultimately no food...... took me 3 emails, proof of purchase and my bank statement to show the money had been taken..... I had driven 250 miles and just wanted food. No apology, just instructed to wait until money was removed from pending back to my account. When a company loses sight of what it does and who is important it becomes complacent... they just didn't care.

We had a drive through on 2/7/23 it was disgusting when we got home the chicken was very dry and the skin/ coating just dropped off and was tasteless we live quite local and will never be calling there again.

Chaotic, not that busy. Bins overflowing inside and out, no paper. In self serve machines. Floor slippy with grease which for me is so dangerous. Very disappointed,

Stopped off for a quick lunch. Drive thrug was slow, even with just 1 car in front. Food was hot and fresh though, so I didn't mind the short wait.

Got my food quickly. No cups, spoons given with coke bottle and beans. Poor service I'm afraid.

It's a KFC. We ate in, service was quick and staff were very friendly. Youngest had a children's meal, which allows for an ice cream afterwards. Staff were brilliant with her as she's pretty nervous around new people! Hood food, will visit again if we're in the area!

Waited at the drive through 10 minutes and no one spoke to ask my order so drove around to the window for another 15 minute wait . Then told they had No chicken left .!! Complained to the so called manager and asked her what was the point in being open at 9.30pm if they couldn't serve me as they had No chicken left ? only to get a load of attitude. Shocking service. And terrible attitude from staff and manager. Would put no stars if i could have.

Nice place,good food didn't even have to wait long even though it was busy , and most of all, clean! considering how busy it was . Some other kfc restaurants could take a lesson from this one

The slowest KFC I have ever been too I have used this KFC a few times now at first I thought I was just unlucky but no very slow inside and very slow drive through aswell and I mean Slow even when it's not busy ! Never using it again

If you enjoy cold over cooked microscopic chicken. Then this place is for you. get all over it .but if your hungry and don't want to take out a second mortgage for your dinner I'd recommend.................anywhere else in the world !!! I do have the privilege of remembering when kfc was nice but how times have changed 🤔

Came for lunch here and ordered a twister wrap box meal, the wrap had no salad in at all and was literally just a piece of chicken covered in mayonnaise. They forgot my corn on the cob that I'd ordered too. While I was waiting, someone else came over with their burger was complaining it had been served in a similar way, looking at what he was showing it seemed theirs didn't even have mayonnaise in! Just a sorry piece of chicken in a bun! Didn't realise until halfway down the motorway at services what I'd been served and so threw half of it away as a result. Waste of £8. Rest of meal (what they remembered to put in) was passable but not great, would probably avoid coming here at a busy time and advise you check your food before you leave

Bad service, the young lady had such a bad attitude. Changed us the wrong amount then forgot half the order.

Another poor review for Wesham. Ordered a 6 piece bucket tonight in store. The duty manager questioned if it was with the 50% offer. I did use the offer on the app. Got home 10 miles away to find that 5 of the 6 pieces were legs! He obviously decided that as it was half price he would give us the smallest worst cuts. Very poor service. Tried calling the store but as usual no answer. Come on KFC management get your act together, the reviews for here are disgraceful, it needs a shake up.

Not had a single good visit here in 12 months, missing items frequently,poor quality food, long waiting times..... its really a disgrace to the KFC brand

Food wasn't too bad, what's disappointing is that I ordered a box meal and should have got two wings with it, I got one wing, broken in half, battered and served as two so one was basically a chicken toe with a tiny morsel of meat on it

Food was OK but waited over 20 mins for a relatively small order when there were only 4 other orders on the TV. Saw the people in the kitchen messing round throwing food at each other and spilling things on the floor.

One of the best KFC's I have eaten at & I used the drive through service. The food was amazing I could really taste the spices on the chicken. Friendly service. Quick. A great experience. I was also given condiments & napkins. Whoever is managing this restaurant really cares & it shows. What a wonderful team. Well done guys.

Bucket for one and a coffee, no salt or napkins in bag, food was awful coffee was warm water and milk £7 odd wasted

The extra piece of chicken you get with the trilogy is small (agree?) Well this is twice the size of the chicken on the burger so best believe it was small & price paid over £9 😀 its absolutely shocking I'm actually never going KFC again you spend £9 and have to go McDonald's after it. Service here was as usual always has been waited longer to be served the drink was cherry but hey this is kfc you expect it but now their taking the p with the price & size of burger

An utter disappointment... just ordered our food and they repeted back what we ordered (it was correct) and shortly after it missed out 1 meal and got another meal incorrect. After 50 minutes of waiting in total we finally ate and left 🙄

Don't bother going if you want food to eat in after 8pm despite sign on door saying open until 10. Staff rude and couldn't care less

Trapped in drive-thru for 45mins. People in front of me were rejecting their orders when they finally got to the food window due to having to wait so long. Even people going inside were waiting 30mins plus.

Managed to go into Aldi and get a few bits and browse around before my order was ready and still had to wait 20 minutes, then was told no gravy or corn

Needs rescuing, shockingly bad, waited almost an hour for 2 wraps of the day...clearly no management, understaffed. Won't be back again. The queue today was all the way across the car park and they kept forgetting customers were waiting... cars were beeping in line and no reaction whatsoever from management, everyone was furious.

It's been a while since my last KFC and the food was poor waited approx 10mins in Kirkham eat in, eventually food turned up barely warm and product missing but that's normal this was at around 5 o'clock

Slow service but kfc is always same

My orders are always wrong here, no matter how much I spend or how simple the order is, it is never right. We flew back from corfu, after having a 3 hour delay. So we placed an order on the app to fly and pick it up on our way past to get home, with 2 children under 2 in the car. It took almost an hour for the order. We wanted convenience, instead it would have been quicker to cook. Everytime I've ordered off Uber eats, the sticker states "checked and sealed". When infact they haven't checked the order, they've thrown what they want you to have or not have, and just pop a sticker on. I've ordered before now about £6 worth of food and half the order was missing. I've had to borrow my mums car, to drive back, because you can't return within a certain time period. I refuse to get a ticket because this company is unable to do their job correctly. Website says 23.00 close, I sat at the drive through window at 22.10 for 15 minutes, and had nothing. No, " we're closed" or anything like that. I sat with my car window open in the pouring rain waiting for someone to take my order. This place either needs new management or needs shutting down. I have never known somewhere be so incompetent in doing what they should. I work at KFC 9 years ago and yet, I'd still be able to do the job better than these. What a joke.

If I could give zero I would. Avoid this place unless you want to be robbed. Last time my dad went he was waiting about 40 minutes for food, there was only my dad and 1 other person waiting. Every time I've been through the drive through the staff are gormless and always seem to miss an item or two, to the point I check the bag before leaving and make sure everything is there. A few times I've had to pull them over missing items before driving away, or if there's a queue I'll go into the car park and check. Tonight I've ordered through Uber eats. Items are missing, entity. tried phoning the restaurant, 5 times, no answer. Put in a complaint through Uber eats app. No answer. I wouldn't mind, but the cost of the order was not cheap. The cookies were missing entirely. They gave us the wrong sauce with one of the meals There was no ordered sides at all with the other meal. The chips were cold and soggy The chicken was greasy and soggy. Will not be ordering from here again. Absolutely disgusted. Shocking customer service. Update into regards to Uber eats - got a £25 refund - but still won't be ordering from here again. Will be calling head office tomorrow to put in a complaint.

I'm KFC Lover 🍗 so The one in Wesham was Fantastic and one of the best 👌.

I ordered food for my family on October 9th from KFC Wesham costing £26.46 via UberEats. When the food arrived I knew it wasn’t up to temperature by how cold the bag was that the food came in. The restaurant is approx 10 minutes away and I tracked the delivery driver who had one stop along the way so it wasn’t like it had been sent hours ago and kept in the car. I was disgusted when I saw the shrivelled pieces of chicken. The popcorn chicken in the boneless banquet was rock hard in one box and in the other only 5 pieces. The “fillets” were the size of chicken nuggets and the fries stone cold and of equally pathetic proportion. The two sides of gravy I ordered arrived as bbq beans…the checked sticker on the bag obviously was for decoration as it can’t have been checked! I rang the restaurant continuously and nobody picked up the phone and tried to go through the delivery driver but that third party call wouldn’t connect! I threw it all in the bin and ordered from a different restaurant. I contacted Uber Eats to explain what had happened and their response was to offer me a £2.20 courtesy payment!! Absolutely disgusted.

As always our meals were excellent. Nice and hot and as tasty as ever. Top marks guys. X

This place is shocking never give you what you ordered If I could give -5 I would it’s easier to drive to Blackpool or Preston at least there you get the order you paid for. Yet again I have to take it back for an exchange!

I have never know such poor service and customer service from anywhere. Made an order on the app for collection via drive thru, arrived and there was no one answering the machine, waited half an hour before being able to drive round. The front door to the restaurant was locked by half 9 so customers weren’t being let into the restaurant either. Online times and the app say kfc shuts at 11. Inside sources I know personally have told me the restaurant closes at 10pm and the drive thru closes at 11pm. Lee at drive thru has told us those times are wrong and they close at 9pm and 10pm for drive thru. Don’t quite appreciate being lied to whilst having my order very delayed. Absolute joke of a place, no wonder the team leaders leave

Sadly the Tuesday bargain bucket deal is no more, but for 3 x the price you can get an extra piece of chicken and 4 portions of fries. Taste good tho’ .

Good, pleasantly surprised by the service

Sadly my order was mixed up with someone else but the food was good service very slow .

Drive food experience, they didn't get food right, well miss a whole meal off. so went inside to sort it out and they still didn't get it right, no chips and no salad on the burger,so I gave up and left with what they'd given me. Poor customer services, all their bothered about is their wages at the end of the week.

Where do I start? Waited 10 minutes for our order, the order was wrong on so many levels and some of the food was only just warm and one member of staff was just plain rude.
