Once again - great food, great service & lovely atmosphere. Perhaps the Humus could have been less runny - personal preference.

Visited for New Year Eve lunch and were not disappointed. Great service, great atmosphere and delicious food. I had the hake and my husband had a pizza, both were cooked perfect and we throughly enjoyed our meal. The menu is very varied and plenty of choice. We can’t wait to visit again.

Went last weekend for a curry and the food was gorgeous, ordered a takeaway tonight (the exact same curry which was a deep brown colour) and tonight was tasteless, a strange red colour and overall not nice. Would eat in the restaurant again but won’t be ordering another takeaway. This is the second takeaway we have had from here over the past few months and I was disappointed that time too. Update - my partner has now gone to eat his takeaway and again, it’s completely different than what he had last Saturday so it has gone in the bin. Very very disappointed.

Fantastic selection of beers, today they included Cloudwater, Track, Salopian and Abbeydale. They always have a cracking list on the go and fridge full of cans to die for. Brilliant little bar not to be missed. Nantwich's best beer list by some distance Google wants me to update this, I love this place. Such a friendly little spot with the best beers in Nantwich. Today's picks were a Marble Chocolate Stout and lovely Polly's IPA.

Last evening I asked for any gluten free drinks as I am coeliac 2 managers had no idea what was gluten containing drinks Not one member of staff had any idea and I was told I could drink any wine or spirit which is not the case Very rude and dismissive in front of other customers, unprofessional and ignorant

It is very rare that I write a negative review but if has to be said then so be it. We ordered a take away, it said 20% discount for cash on a Monday, this did not happen. The food was bland and tasteless but the most disappointing thing was a King Prawn dish which actually came with the shells on the prawns? first time I have ever had this. There are better places to eat in Nantwich.

Lucky find! We were looking for somewhere for a light meal and this was perfect. The menu is varied and straightforward, and although described as light bites, the meals were tasty and more filling than a light bite would suggest. We had cheese and onion pie with chips and peas and a steak sandwich with chips and coleslaw, followed by roulade with cream and a brownie with ice cream, all very good. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We don’t live in the area, but would seek this place out again if we are.

Good selection on menu, food very tasty and plenty of it and reasonably priced, service was just right not rushed. All the waiters very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant isn't huge so it got very busy, it would be a good idea to book a table so as not to be disappointed.

Lovely historic shop on the square. I grew up in Nantwich and remember when it was Frank Coopers hardware shop. Pleased it still has a successful business on the premises. Good menu and prices, attentive staff. It is really a cafe more than a bookshop though.

There is no question that the quality of the food here is superb and the staff are lovely. However, on the last 5 visits the wait times are just far too long. That is the only reason for a lower score.
