YUM YUM Thurs special Chinese Chicken and Chip the best ever . Better than any local CHIPPY. Fantastic food all round all year round. Also you can sit outside when weather is good.

Absolute fabulous team.. my cousin collapsed on the floor while at Greggs.. the team acted so professional … Sammie the manager sorted her car out for the next 24 hours.. while her daughter came to pick it up. They just showed so much concern for her..was actually so lovely to see! Well done to Sammie and all her team! (Ps.. she is still in hospital). Thankyou!

Popped in about 2pm only to find very little available for lunch, were offered sandwiches. Only one soup left, no jacket potatoes. Sandwiches were very bland & tasteless, I had tuna, hubby had ham & egg, not impressed. Finished off with cheese scone, very dry, not lot of flavour. All in all not impressed. By 2pm there should be more available especially on a Saturday.

I was in store on friday 11th October around 6:30pm and can’t praise the staff enough! We ordered our drinks served by a lovely lady. My husband accidentally dropped the tray of 4 hot drinks! The staff came to our aid straight away and were so kind and understanding as he was very embarrassed after making such a mess! The gentleman working made our order again whilst the lady cleared away the mess and was adamant in a kind way that we didn’t need to help! Drinks were as delicious as always. Super nice and kind staff an absolute credit to Costa ☺️

Always brilliant food bbq ribs in bbq sauce is amazing with nuddles or egg fried rice really nice on phone delivery is always on time I'd give 10 * best Chinese in blackburn I ever had always lovely food never had any problems yet

Did a little shopping in the Grange today and called in for a cuppa and a cake, the young lady who served us was very friendly and polite. They sell some very nice snacks at a reasonable price, it’s was nice and clean, nice leather seating and table and chairs. Enjoy

Worst Sunday roast I've ever had it smelt like rat and tasted like cat. The girl serving was none stop telling me about her videos of her pooping just a bad experience

Half my order was missing, and despite a long queue staff refused to serve waiting customers on their tills making them wait to use self-service.

Lucy from the beehive Starbucks was really friendly and accommodating. It makes a refreshing change from other coffee shops where the staff look like they don't want to be there. Keep up the good work Lucy.

The food was good. The staff on the counter were not very nice, and could he hear swearing at each other when children were sitting in there

Disappointing experience Don't recommend. The staff were screaming in background when ordering. At the window one of the workers had a kfc bucket on their head, while asking another worker if it looked good. I proceeded to order a boneless feast and a mini chicken fillet burger to find they didn't even put the burger in the bag. I rang them to see if they would be able to get save it for my next visit, as they had done with my family member. I rang multiple times, no answer. Chicken was cold and weird marks.

It should be open at 10 o’clock but I waited after 10 and it didn’t open and it was Saturday.very disappointed needed cake
