KFC Blackburn - Haslingden Road in Blackburn with Darwen

watched the driver drive up and down Raven Road past the flats 5 times ! He even said he went back onto Preston New Road 2 times to find his way ! I was stood at door watching him he was on phone to me and still drove past !

Ordered the 2 fillet burgers with fries x2 but only got 2 lots of fries instead of 4

Ordered Pepsi Max got Tango Orange, ordered Beans got Gravy and ordered Tomato Dip nothing delivered - do they really not want our Orders???

this is the second time something was missing, although only one zinger burger but that was a meal for my husband who doesn't like anything else, last time all the chips and dips were missing, come on KFC get it together!

£5.25 credit as a “gesture of goodwill” from Just Eat on a £30.21 order. Unable to eat the food on delivery due to the time it took to be delivered.

Despite leaving directions for your driver he was lost,spoke to him he kept telling me he didn't understand me/my Language.It's totally unacceptable.Food was cold.Only reason I gave the pin number to him was nothing else out for tea.Disgusted!!!

The chicken fry was soaking in oil. Chicken fry is supposed to be crispy, but it was all soggy bread-like consistency. If i had it a bit more, would be sick from all the oil. They should deep fry the chicken and drain the oil well, and they should avoid having the chicken prepared a long time ago.

absolutely rubbish only sent 2 burgers so 2 of us had no food didn't sent Amy gravy chips was cold and soggy bread on burger was cold

Absolutely terrible this is not kfc as it used to be the chicken coating was terrible (has the recipe changed) the gravy wasnt what it used to be and the chips overcooked and soggy will not be ordering again

9pm and not allowed to eat in. Doesn't close until 11pm but I guess they couldn't be bothered to clean up after us. Threw us out with our food into the snowy night! Orderd chicken wrap, it came with 2 small pieces of chicken strips and 2 tonne of red cabbage?? Wth! Who outs red cabbage on a kfc rather than lettuce! Utter garbage. The 2 guys behind the counter were too busy rating young girls on their phones to be interested in customers! Vile place.

STONE COLD FOOD, burger box open, takeaway box open and burger contents everywhere. Awful service, whoever packed and prepped my food clearly has no standard for good quality service.

Miles better since you got that young man front of house (Friday night 6:30pm visit today) last few times I’ve been he’s always got the order right and not had long to wait. Before this it’s been an absolute nightmare with things missing etc. you need to keep hold of this kid, he clearly has the competence to get the orders right and so customers will return. He’s nice and friendly too and the place is cleaner.

ordered here tonight for my parents and they both agreed it was awful... the gravy was so so thick, the chips cold and they were supposed to get 6 fillets but the got 6 chicken legs instead.... NEVER AGAIN will we order from here... that is for sure.

The chips are never great, I didn't order any but they sent them anyway in place of the mini wrap. Also sent the bbq bites instead of the sweet chilli I ordered. The order was mostly wrong which is dissapointing. Mistakes happen but not worth spending your weekend takeaway on if they can't get it right.
