Called in to buy or son a KFC as he was in hospital, he was starving as he couldn't stomach the food there. He enjoyed the KFC. The service was excellent, helping us order on the menu board as I hadn't a clue what to do. I dont have take away so I cant comment on the food, the son loved it tho

Sick to death. having to go back food always wrong .never again. Took grandkids and won't be taking them ever again.the worst food and missed food of the order again what a disappointment

Can't beat a good old zinger burger

reserved the wrong drink was craving a pepsi max and ordered one but instead i got an orange tango.

I've previously had a few mistakes from this branch, but today was absolutely shocking. All the orders had something wrong with them. Our children's meals had no fries, so we had to give ours to them and have less. The burgers fell apart in the boxes before eating. The gravey in one order wasn't even closed, so everything was covered in gravy. Never using this branch again. Train your staff properly!

I got a 4piece chicken with fries and drink 2 pieces of chicken were lovely the other two was awful rock hard couldn't chew so I had to bin them they need to get there act together because no one wants food they can't eat awful.

What a dirty place, tables not cleared, ours was sticky and bits of food, the floor was full of food straws, paper etc. Your feet stick to the floor. The disabled toilet was flooded, the floor swimming in water. Tissue all over the floor, the bin was full. Dirty, Disgusting KFC

Absolutely the last time I’m ever going here… never get the order right…. Thick as two short planks most of em.Ps don’t bother with your meaningless apologies and telling me you’ll do better in the future because it’s been the same for years and you’ve never addressed the issues.Waste of time

This KFC is absolutely rubbish!!!! Extremely obnoxious staff! Rude and all arguing with each other in the kitchen instead of attending to customers. Food was atrocious! The sauces were off date and they don't sell krushems. Over all absolutely disgusting KFC.

Whenever I go there's always something wrong with using the drive-thru. Card machine doesn't work, front of house units are useless and slow. Foods relatively OK but for a fast food restaurant it's not fast.

Order was completely wrong through the drive through but we didn't realise until we where home. Paid double for the food that we actually got. Pissed off and won't be going there again !

Don’t bother complaining about items you haven’t received, they keep your money and refuse a refund.

Just spent £65.24 via Uber, missing my son’s box meal. Take a chance every time with this branch and every single time they mess it up. Uber app point blank refuse a refund. How on earth do these people get jobs… there’s us customers keeping you in jobs but your level of service is shocking! Having managed to get through to KSC the next day, the kind lady that answered the telephone was very sympathetic and understanding and explained to contact KFC Care Squad to raise a complaint also gave me reference number to go and collect the missing meal at my convenience. Thank you for your co-operation. May your colleagues be more mindful when packing the delivery meals!

Bad experience, not receiving what we ordered.

This is the second time running that kfc has forgotten one of my items last week it was gravy and this week it was a large popcorn chicken which is £7 I’m not happy at all because my daughter is still hungry.. I then rang up and they said they couldn’t send me another one.

Just awful. Spent £46 here 3 adult meals 3 kids meals, Everything dumped on 3 trays not box meals for the kids none of us knew what was what. The wrap was awful! Soggy mess missing chicken strips for one of the kids meals, We will never come here again the place is dirty.

The hash brown and chicken are over cooked unable to eat had to throw both burgers away only chips can be eaten

Missing chips for mighty bucket for 1, missing bbq sauce for mighty bucket for 1, got gravy for side in zinger box meal, ordered corn on cob as receipt shows. Had to give chips to bucket meal so have gravy not ordered and no chips.

Food all over inside the bag and cold

My order was missing beans but I got coeslaw which I did not order this happens too often someone needs to double check the orders before they are delivered.

Entire order was cold, delivery time kept changing but I was unable to track. Also granted it may of been a while since I have ordered a boneless banquet but to receive half the banquet for a lot more cost is outrageous. Will never order again!

Zero stars not one star Tried to cancel an incorrect order. Rang KFC as couldn't cancel on UberEats. Staff not bothered, no help at all. Told them not to send food out as I am trying to deal with UberEats at same time. Spoke to manager who assured me food would not be sent out. 10 mins later food arrived, refused it and told driver to take it back. Rang them again. Would not listen to what I was saying, interrupting constantly and would not provide managers name. Then put me on hold for 2 minutes and cut me off. Not happy, currently taking this up with UberEats. This happened on Saturday 15/06/24 at 13:30 so thats the shift the staff were on.

Order accepted by KFC at 12:30 with an estimated delivery time of about 13:00 but at 13:30 with still no food delivered. I telephoned KFC who said they were still waiting for a delivery driver to attend

we pay a service charge and delivery and then they miss a whole meal. so I've had to go with out . No use trying to call KFC as they dont answer. and just eat only offer your money back for the food you've missed not even the service charge is returned even though the service failed. bag was open so don't know if the driver helped his self

I cannot tell you the last time I got KFC and my order was correct. EVERY time there's something missing, usually a whole meal isissimg or we are sent the complete wrong order. Time to stop ordering from KFC.

We ordered 3 box meals, but they only put gravy in one of them! How can you miss gravy!! They also didn’t put any supercharger dips in! Also got one of our cans wrong. How can you get so much wrong?

I thought it was supposed to be sweet chili chicken. Holy carp it was all spice. Burnt my gums. Did I eat it? Eck yeah been a long day at work. I'm going to regret that in the morning.

If I could give it no stars then I would. I am so disappointed because I have spent £32 on food. Half of the food was missing, we rang them and they said that we need to pick the food that were missing up. Not good customer service at all! I ordered two cookies and it didn't turn up so we rang up and asked where it was and they said " it's not available". Should have took it off Uber/ just eat app!!!

Been here a few times, definitely 3rd best KFC in Blackburn. Place can be empty and most of the tables has drips or bits all over. Probably not seen a wipe all day. Staff more attentive to just eat orders and drivers, thankfully there is still 2 other KFCs who know how to clean and serve customers

Vegetarian & Fish food items are very less in choice and should be increased in menu. Handling of Prawns should be separate than Fish as few people have prawn allergy. If possible, HMC / HFA chicken should be introduced similar to KFC Frontier park Blackburn , given the demand of community living around the KFC.

always manage to miss something off. it's like they do it on purpose. no worries as now somewhere closer has opened up with similar prices to KFC but better food and everything is there. it's almost like the staff are trained leave stuff out of orders.

My chips and burger are missing from my meal

It's been going downhill for a while now,we don't have KFC that often but the last couple of times it's been horrible, fatty greasy and the bottom of the bags nearly fall out with getting wet. The staff look miserable and the takeaway drivers like delivery just eat and Uber think they own the place.

So annoying paying nearly £15 for a meal that turns up and it’s not even right what you ordered, required to pick a sauce and it doesn’t even come and the wrong drink
