I don’t know how it’s so difficult to make sure all of the items ordered are included.

Delivery time was 30 mins when order placed. Took 1 hour and 50 mins to arrive and all the food was stone cold when it arrived

not received my correct order only chips and bottle off pepis the chicken was missing this is unexcepable and I will report this to trade and standers.......

order was missing items, it was supposed to be a mother's Day treat and my children are still hungry!

Ordered from the KFC website and the delivery driver turned up and took the delivery code before getting the food out the Uber Eats bag. It was the wrong order (£55 worth compared to the £16 actually ordered, with completely different order numbers) and he said he would go back and sort it. Nothing for half an hour, so contacted Uber Eats. They said that the driver had gone back and would return with the right order. Another half hour passed, called KFC Haslingden Road. They said that the driver had attempted to deliver the second time but couldn't find the address. Not sure how that works given that the address was found fine the first time... Called KFC back, they refused to replace it because the second driver "couldn't find the address" so it was marked undelivered. UberEats also refused to help because the first driver marked it as delivered, even though it was the wrong order entirely. So we still got charged, but didn't get any food at all in the end. So if you want to donate money to KFC, go for it I suppose.

I ordered 8 peice boneless bucket it's came on time but the food was cold and damaged, I only received 6 peices of chicken the pop corn chicken box was half full the chips was all over the bag and missing, this has mad me really angry and loose my appetite I have pictures if needed, I have always been a regular customer and I have not been happy one bit!

Wasn’t the delivery time that bothered me. It was the fact that by the time I had actually gotten my food it was cold and reheating cooked chicken isn’t exactly ideal.

watched the driver drive up and down Raven Road past the flats 5 times ! He even said he went back onto Preston New Road 2 times to find his way ! I was stood at door watching him he was on phone to me and still drove past !

The chicken fry was soaking in oil. Chicken fry is supposed to be crispy, but it was all soggy bread-like consistency. If i had it a bit more, would be sick from all the oil. They should deep fry the chicken and drain the oil well, and they should avoid having the chicken prepared a long time ago.

9pm and not allowed to eat in. Doesn't close until 11pm but I guess they couldn't be bothered to clean up after us. Threw us out with our food into the snowy night! Orderd chicken wrap, it came with 2 small pieces of chicken strips and 2 tonne of red cabbage?? Wth! Who outs red cabbage on a kfc rather than lettuce! Utter garbage. The 2 guys behind the counter were too busy rating young girls on their phones to be interested in customers! Vile place.
