The food was cold and for what I got the price was disgusting

Food is not fresh and no taste..after I ordered I got food within 1 minute

Miles better since you got that young man front of house (Friday night 6:30pm visit today) last few times I’ve been he’s always got the order right and not had long to wait. Before this it’s been an absolute nightmare with things missing etc. you need to keep hold of this kid, he clearly has the competence to get the orders right and so customers will return. He’s nice and friendly too and the place is cleaner.

asked for rice as a side got beans asked for a tango got a pepsi on the kfc chips there was no seasoning when apparently they changed it on my bbq bites literally no bbq sauce and everything was cold overall really bad meal

Only received 2 piece meal and not the 3 piece i ordered and paid for. Not first time my order has been wrong. Will not be ordering anything again

burgers were tasty, if a little cold. fries were virtually none existent, smallest portions we've ever seen (and cold)? all in all, not really good enough...

ordered here tonight for my parents and they both agreed it was awful... the gravy was so so thick, the chips cold and they were supposed to get 6 fillets but the got 6 chicken legs instead.... NEVER AGAIN will we order from here... that is for sure.

The chips are never great, I didn't order any but they sent them anyway in place of the mini wrap. Also sent the bbq bites instead of the sweet chilli I ordered. The order was mostly wrong which is dissapointing. Mistakes happen but not worth spending your weekend takeaway on if they can't get it right.

Do not eat from here!!!!! I have been up all night after ordering from these guys. Definitely the worst food poisoning I’ve had in a while. Gravy and chicken strips tasted off. I realised after eating one chicken strip and one bite with gravy. You have been warned!!! Both ends bro!!!!

All items of order cold. Scrappy bits of chips, if that’s a regular portion and I paid for it separately at 3 pound odd I would be livid. Popcorn chicken gone down hill too, since when did they get so small? Fed up of these big food chains. RIP off

Food never arrived, Contacted KFC in which they said the driver had took it, 2 hours later it says delivered yet no food! Just eats driver must have been loving my family bucket! Or you know maybe ask for the delivery code before giving it to some random person! There should also be a way of contacting the driver who collects your food.

Half my order was missing, and despite a long queue staff refused to serve waiting customers on their tills making them wait to use self-service.

there is no space on the just eat app to say about allergies. one of us in my order can't have veg inc onions. he is highly allergic to them. sending a zinger tower not acceptable, it could of ending him in hospital same with lettuce. ex team leader/shift runner review from KFC.

of course KFC didn't gave me dip and corn which was included with order

Sadly the meal was missing the corn on the cob order involved in the meal deal, replaced with gravy, had the store notified me of the change I could have made an alternative item.

Got what I ordered, food was below room temp though, driver came fast too so unlikely to be caused by him. Chicken pieces very soggy, wings tiny and dark. Strips ok but still, appeared as though they’d been in the heater all day Shame as usually good ordering from this branch…

This one used to be touch and go but lately it’s been the better in Blackburn. The food is always good and fresh and hot. Gravy nice and thick

I was going to write a bad review but reading the others from this weekend, we actually did ok. We had everything except gravy and popcorn chicken in a Party Bucket.
