Ordered the special fried rice and rice bowl this evening, delivery was prompt but the food was too salty or should I say the seasoning was way too much that it lingers on the tongue. I don’t feel like I got value for money

I want my money back.teastless soup with countless cornflour init.only cornflour can't make hot water to soup?my mistake I ordered and then read the reviews or I would never.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this takeaway. The food was awful. I don't know what that roast pork was but I can guarantee there was no pork in it. It was disgusting! Fried rice was just boiled rice with egg in it.

Giving one star is being generous in my case asked for soup dumplings got just steamed when they got taken back we was given the worst tasting soup I’ve ever had!! And the noodle was no better!! I highly do not recommend!!!!

WORST TAKEAWAY! the takeaway sent half the food cold. missed food off and of corse or incapable of answering the phone when you try to ring to complain don’t waste your money

An hour late for delivery would not recommend

I usually order chow mein as it’s my favourite Chinese dish but this was probably the worst chow mein I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken chow mein. The noodles came separately from the main dish. No bean sprouts, bamboo shoots or water chestnuts. Instead I got cauliflower (I hate cauliflower, not a normal ingredient in a chow mein) and broccoli ! The overall flavour wasn’t the best. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Pre-Ordered a large order for New Year.. came on time and food was hot.. never had it from here before was nice.. would order again from here only thing is salt & pepper chips were soggy..

Excellent really tasty food. Would highly recommend enjoyed everything 😋😁👌we only order from them that's how good they are. X

Arrived very quickly,hot and amazing food ,even gave us 2 bags prawn crackers!

Would give 0 stars if i could.Food was 40 minutes late becaue of the just eat driver not knowing where my address was he contacted me 3 times and i explained clerarly to him 3 times how to get to my address i rang the takeaway itself only to be spoken to really abrupt and they said that they would chase the driver up and phone me back guess what.... they never phoned me back. When driver finally arrived he practically passed our order to us and scarpered without even apologising. RUDE AS HELL. Will NEVER be ordering from them AGAIN!!

We ordered rice bowl for the first time on Sunday night. When the food arrived it was freezing cold and clearly undercooked specifically the chicken battered balls. The duck spring rolls was basically duckless and undercooked and mushy. The bbq sauce had no taste whatsoever and it was an overall bad experience. £30 worth of food wasted. We did try to con tact them but they did not answer.

Salt and pepper ribs were inedible. Obviously prepared the day before and re-heated. Curry was okay, but nothing special. Asked for mushrooms to be added but ignored. Won't be wasting my money here again.

I think worst food from blackburn, when I entered the fast food there was a smell of tobacco coming from the kitchen , I ordered battered chicken with orange sauce and i get some reheated chicken from pound shop with pineapple and some sauce , i thinking was lime sauce... any way was horrible 😕

Christmas eve ,spent over £40 ,waited 2 and a half hours and never received food, even though it was showing as delivered on just eat. Tried numerous times to get through on phone and by this time it was 11:00pm.My family and I went to bed with nothing to eat and it totally ruined our xmas eve . Absolute disgrace and they don't deserve custom.

Not going anymore!! My regular but not been happy lately. Firstly called to place order and got massively over charged and when questions the guy just gave a random figure. Meals came with ingredients that shouldn't of been in and no prawns in one meal. It was basically meat and sauce and bland.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and was given pork, also ordered fried rice didn't get any, food was mostly tasteless, delivery came on time so that was something.

Sent in good time, intact earlier than predicted, hot and very tasty. Definitely another visit in mind.

Ordered off just eat spent just over £20 said my food was coming at a certain time then the times changed, waited all night for my food then it didnt even turn up but on my just eat account it says it's been delivered, rang the place up and apparently cant do anything about it, defo wont be ordering from this place again

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. After being told it would come at a certain time it came 1 hrs and 30 minutes late! The food was hot I'll give you that but came with onions which was specifically asked not to be in there with the food as it makes my fella ill, hence he is feeling sick to his stomach and came without the chips we ordered for the kids. First and last time we will order from there!

Disgraceful. Over 1 hour late on delivery without any notice. Put specific notes on my order that were ignored. Felt ill after eating. First time ordering, never ordering again.

Shocking food. Delivered late, items missing and not answering the phone. Ordered through just eat, they are not completing the order so just eat wont issue a refund. Stay away

Every item was cold and tasteless, completely inedible! No spice, no heat and what should surely have been salty seaweed was sugary? The first time ever that a Chinese takeaway hasn't been eaten by my family! Usually theres some positives at least, but it was dire.....£40 that went straight in the bin. VERY POOR!

Ordered at just after 4.30. Told 45 mins. Rang an hour later. Told 15 mins. A little over 30 mins later turn up. Food like warm and asked for beef curry. Got prawn curry. Won't be using them again.

Food late, when food arrived food wasnt hot, and missing a meal, rang about the missing food and they said it was on the way, an hour later rang again and asked for my money back, they said I'd get a call back, didn't get a call back, the missing food arrived an hour and a half later. Worst Chinese food IV had. Will not be ordering from them again.

Orders from here last night...it was the worst take-a-away ever...they came very quick...most of the food was dry but I must say the prawn toast was the best I've ever had

Always takes a while so always order well in advance but tonight took in excess of 2 hours! Apparently the only driver they had on Saturday night broke down. When the food eventually did arrive was barely warm very average and extremely dry. Will not be using again.
