Lucy from the beehive Starbucks was really friendly and accommodating. It makes a refreshing change from other coffee shops where the staff look like they don't want to be there. Keep up the good work Lucy.

Ordered two caramel frappe one with dairy and one with soya to take out as my child has dairy intolerance only to come home and find out none of them were marked as soya, absolutely disappointed and a waste of money and time especially when it took ages to order

Love the coffee but the service is poor. If your in there for a sit down coffee… be prepared to wait until everyone in the drive through has been served before they bother with you. Almost dam right ignorant! Noticed this at other Starbucks…. Priority given to the drive through over anybody inside … poor style

Went in the evening to collect my order at 9 20pm on 21/12/22 and the red head cashier was super super rude. She acted like its my fault she has to do her job! Avoid!

I wanted to work with my laptop in a quiet and cosy place. We said to me : I have to register my plate and I can stay until midnight, the are no problems. Today, I am happy, I was charge 90£ !!!! If the employees give bad information .... Spend time in an other place ! Here, it s unfair, not honest and not economical....

We bought our drinks from a chap who took our orders in good time. We sat outside as it was a sunny day. We were informed that because we were there over an hour that I would have to enter my car registration into a touch screen. I was grateful for that and I thought that was attention to detail from the man. The atmosphere was just so nice and relaxing.

Stupid place to come for coffee when you get charged £90.00 parking fine by BPA for visiting and dining there and paying for coffee! Why have seats and table and in house staff if you have stupid time limits. Avoid at all costs!!

Despite there being clear signs on the door for no mask, no entry, we saw countless people entering without masks and this went completely unchallenged by staff. I also didn't see anyone scanning the barcode for NHS track and trace. Given the huge spikes in Covid cases in Blackburn, this is a potential super-spreader location. Will avoid like the plague.

Fabulous customer service. The staff are extremely friendly even with the barrier of a mask. Always ensure you don’t get done with the parking charge by reminding customers to put their registration in the machine. Clearly care about their customers….. a million times better than my experience at Trafford retail park last month. Restored my faith is Starbucks customer service.

Ordered 4 hibiscus iced teas. Very unhappy. Asked for lemonade base and also strawberry syrup, refused to add syrup and all 4 teas were not lemonade based, I have been to many Starbucks before who have done such a great job but this one, completely awful job. Looks like they just threw the tea in with cold water and ice, will not be coming back, smh!

I thought I'd visit Starbucks again after an initial awful experience. I was extremely surprised with the service this time- great atmosphere and staff members were very polite. The drinks were beyond perfect thanks to the brunettes on shift. Special shout out to the girl who served me (aysha), even sang to me while taking my payment. Me and the little one were chiffed. Thank you starbucks! You have truly redeemed yourself. Wonderful service!

Met a friend here for a brew due to Covid restrictions. Went round the drive thru in one car. Stayed to drink the brews and have a chat. Now received a £90 car parking fine as we stayed more than an hour. Absolute joke. I never want to go to a Starbucks again!!! Stay away!! 😡😡😡

Surely in such worrying times hygiene is priority, no evidence of that here. Struggled to find a clean table, used our own hand wipes to clean the table. There was spilled sugar on the seats and empty sachets on the floor. During the 40 minutes I was there not once did anyone clean the tables or remove rubbish. When we arrived there was an empty sandwich wrapper on a table and still there when we left. It was very quiet, only about 6/7 other customers, so didn’t understand why it was over staffed (4 behind counter) and yet couldn’t keep the place clean.

I go to Starbucks regularly I always get the same drink and the staff never fail to make that same drink however I’ve come to this Starbucks and for some reason the staff seemed too unqualified to make the drink, I received a overly sweeter iced mocha with whipped cream instead of a vt white mocha with sweet cream and extra caramel drizzle. I just honestly think if they had no clue how to make it they should have just said however if they don’t they shouldn’t be working there.

Pretty unimpressed. Expensive and not particularly tasty. Struggled to find a clear table, sat in for over an hour and didn't see a single table cleared and cleaned.

Why is there never any ice in the evenings. Please get a bigger order. This is genuinely the 6th time coming down to be told they're only doing hot drinks.

Hi Decided to have a drink and a breakfast barm on my arrival to your order point there was a car in front of me waiting so approximately 5 mins waiting I lighted my cigarette then the car in front of me moved as I moved forward to order point I was told you can’t smoke here in a rude manner and then told she would be a couple of minutes after 5 minutes of waiting I placed my order, and more or less tossed my order over on a tray If there is no smoking where are the signs this was the other side of the petrol station And why are your staff so rude

I’m not one to complain about anything, but my experience was awful. This is the first and last time I visit this store. Some staff need some serious training on their quality of drinks especially for the price I’m paying. I visited the drive thru not too long ago. I was greeted very politely by an asian girl- perfect service. I was handed my drinks and I drove off and found that my wet latte was a cappuccino. I came back around and asked for it to be remade. The same blonde girl (started with a K and ended with an A) made my drink again. I drove off hoping this time she’d made it right or hoping that my previous drink was handed to me accidentally, but I was wrong. My wet latte was not wet at all :( I also bought a hot chocolate for my friend and when I handed it to her she complained that it was far too milky and far too cold to drink. I would’ve gone back for a third time but i didn’t want the same mistake to occur especially after queuing up for a very long time. Not worth my time or money

only reason to getting 5*** is due to joe who is a life saver when it comes to your daily morning coffee hassle. my daily visit to Starbucks is a dream when he is serving. Whenever joe is there- life is easy. Look forward to being served by him. If i had my own coffee shop i would defo want someone like him working there and my colleagues also agree!!

Beehive blackburn, Great staff but the place is filthy waste food on floor and tables no one ever wipes down or sweeps the floor , wipe your feet on the way out , up your game or lower the prices And please stop using cracked cups !

I visited as the location looked easy to find for a business meet. Service was quite quick but the serving person forgot to apply my NHS discount. When I realised I went back to the till and explained and was just given 50p out of the till. My discount should have been 78p. While I was at the till I noticed that you have to put your car registration in a terminal if you are going to be over an hour or you get a hefty parking fine. Glad I went back as I hadn't noticed it before. The coffee and snack I had were okay if a little pricey. Will look for a local business next time.

I Brought my disabled friend here for coffee & cake. We both come here 2-3 times a week as it’s very accessible.In the past few weeks it has been nearly impossible to get a parking space (even though he has a disabled blue badge) the bays are all full with cars NOT displaying the disabled parking badge! Very frustrating - I have to drop him at the door (but then I can’t help him if he needs it) and find a space across the road - the same in reverse. I have spoken to a staff member about this (The staff are lovely and helpful - but can’t identify whose cars they are unless they are seen coming in). Please can Starbucks have a policy of staff checking for badges regularly & putting a note on cars asking them to refrain from parking in a disabled space unless they display a badge. Please can other Starbucks users please be more considerate - and not use the disabled bays if they haven’t got a disability!

I have visited hundreds of Starbucks all over the world. Not all at the same. The decor varies and the customer service can vary, but I know this coffee brand ticks more boxes for me than the others out there which is why I spend so much money with them! (I have also coached and trained customer service to well known brands for over the last 20 years). The best barrister I have ever witnessed is JO and she's been receiving negative comments by people who have only signed up to review her. I think you can read between the lines. the fact is, I only wish every Starbucks could have a Jo in their store... she also has trained other guys so I am confident you will get a great experience. This store is clean, quiet, well appointed and very friendly. Probably one of the most relaxing ones. I live in Birmingham but when up in Lancashire on business my car seems to drive me to this one which is a great example of what I believe a great Starbucks (Retail Coffee Outlet) looks and feels like. Five Stars. Well done Starbucks.

Starbucks in any other location is an amazing experience. Visited starbucks today late afternoon and the customer service was horrendous. Absolutely miserable staff. Too busy gassing away to each other to even bother smiling or making eye contact with customers. Why bother working in customer service if you can't be bothered!!

Bobbed in for a 30min rest and a sit down with a nice coffee.Stood at the counter and ordered my drink....then waited and waited and waited whilst the two staff that where on that morning totally ignored me whilst they served everybody who ordered via the drive thru.At this point i had to ask if someone was actually going to serve me !.Not been back since.On the plus side ....the coffee which i got eventually was good !!!

Visited here with friends and also spent money in the Spar shop but two weeks later received a £90 parking fine each. Apparently you are supposed to sign for your car on arrival at Starbucks but no mention of this on arrival and no clear signs. I used to come here often and also the spar on the euro garages site. Never again!! Another customer lost. I called to complain and received an apology but just told I should sign for my car next time.

Been 3 times. Yes 3 times because I have no choice when I am meeting with colleagues. I can't even add my own milk to my tea. Come on I go to places that charge less and give you tea in a teapot. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing. We were given takeaway cups because the cups needed washing! It wasn't busy just a family in and us. The takeaway cups made the drink smell and taste like plastic. Oh and my friend got a parking ticket when she went. My advice find a vending machine somewhere at least it doesn't cost as much and tastes just the same.

Went to Starbucks to have some hot drinks and do some work. At the counter there were slips to fill if parked and would be staying over 1 hour to and starbucks would notify Euro Car Parks of this stay. Filled the slip with the registration number and contact details, gave it in. 7 days later I get a fine for having my car parked over an hour. Euro car parks explained that my car was not on the exempted list- which should have been.

I love how servers in Starbucks’ near the Blackburn train station give me this incredulous look when I say ‘Morning, how are you?’ to them with a smile. I get it. It’s shockingly early - 8am, you are young and free, had a mad sesh the night before and cannot be bothered to say ‘good morning’ to an old foggy like myself or even acknowledge my presence in any way, shape or form. Life is too short for customer service, man.

Quality beverages (lattes are brilliant). Service with a smile. Love my NHS discount and free WiFi!!!

The past 2 times I’ve been to Starbucks, they’ve gotten my drink order incorrect. Even if it wasn’t a busy day they manage to do it wrong. How hard can it really be?? Today for example I ordered a mocha cheesecake frappuccino and they didn’t even put chocolate syrup in it. All I could taste was coffee and it was crap. Up your game Starbucks!

Some Starbucks can lack light. This doesn't as it's glass on all sides. Light and spacious with a friendly team - many of whom remember my name and order. How do they do it? Particularly as this place can be busy. A great place to start your day - good coffee with smiles. There's also a drive in.

I often stop in on a Sunday morning to grab a coffee on my way into Blackburn. The staff are all very friendly and soon learnt my name and favourite brew.

Met with friends, registered car details, spent a fortune and ALWAYS fill up at the garage only to receive my fine this morning. How can they treat paying customers like this... and let's face it, it's expensive and getting a parking space is a novelty!

Used to come here loads, but stopped since the owners, Euro Garages, have put a new parking scheme in. Cameras now log your entry and you receive an automatic £90 fine through the post if you're there ore than an hour.

Came for our regular Friday evening visit. There were 5 staff on . The place was very quiet. Still had to wait for over 10 minutes to get our drinks.

Stop of here roughly once a week or so for coffee always polite staff with well made coffee. Sometimes there is a wait on the drive through which can take a while and quicker to go in store instead

A menudo me visita esta tienda en mi ir a trabajar y disfrutar de la actitud positiva del personal, pero por desgracia en mi última visita no deje satisfecho. La moral del equipo tiene que reducirse de manera drástica a me han dicho los dos gerentes han dejado junto con otros miembros del equipo. Yo siempre pedir un café con leche y un torbellino de canela, pero me dijeron que no había ninguna disponible, así que me preguntaron sobre una espiral de chocolate para ser también dijeron que no era ninguno de estos. No me gusta cualquier otra pastelería, así que me tuve que conformar sólo por mi café. Me gusta tener un palo splash para poner en mi taza ya tengo mi bebida hicieron sorpresa extra caliente y húmedo, pero la sorpresa - no había ninguno de estos! Sé que no es culpa de los equipos pero la dirección debe examinar seriamente es pedir ya que el stock está seriamente en el momento y el ambiente no es tan bueno como solía ser.

Presume the drinks would be the same on each visit, but they are not consitent. They never taste the same even though we order the same hot and cold drinks. So you can go and its great but next time not, always seem to have different staff on so presume not keeping to exact quantities that they are supposed to. I can also never understand this with these coffee shops, but why when busy the drinks are done quickly but when it's nearly empty it takes twice as long!!!

Visited yesterday between 2-3pm. Coffe and food good. But as I left I visited the ladies which was shockingly filthy, sink full and blocked so couldn't wash hands. Toilet floor wet through and stinking. I went to inform manager who was sitting in back room on computer . I asked staff to get her, she ignored me and left me waiting for over 5 minutes so I left to write this! Whilst waiting for her I noticed how dirty the preparation area was too...filthy grimy floor...surfaces dirty, doors of the cabinets disgusting. Seriously Starbucks this place needs a deep clean and a new manager !

The staff and service here is fantastic and always has been! I go here very often (probably too much) but it's welcoming and they do the drinks as you ask them too, which is great! Nothing worse than getting what you don't want! The tables are left uncleared for some time in busy periods but they usually have queues in the shop and at drive thru. They do my sons kids hot chocolate perfectly and sometimes we sit in together, it is welcoming and the new refurbished means comfy seats! There are plenty of sockets for laptops and I have seen so many people doing work and having meetings in there.The car park is a nightmare outside most of the day and at the rest of the whole garage, but as it's so close to the motorway, factories, hospital and industrial estate it isn't a surprise.

Just popped in with my son. I had a lovely cup of Tea. My son opted for his favourite drink, at white hot chocolate with cream. It was finished in a flash and thoroughly enjoyed

Called past on a busy Sunday afternoon and joined the Drive Thru lane. The service was polite and friendly. The lane kept moving and the resulting coffee and sandwich were very good. Can't fault it, we will Bee back!

Always slow-ish service for a Starbucks.Drinks always ok and made the Starbucks way but you never get that extra pump of caramel or half a shot extra of coffee, it's just made to the rules, no flair.Never had my best coffees here.New extension built on to the property recently but the car park is always full, there's always rubbish all over the tables as if there aren't enough staff to clean up. Staff look unclean and the coffee shop itself is always freezing even in Summer.Yet still go as it's the closest Starbucks within 15 miles.

Love the atmosphere in this place on a cold, winters evening. Love going here for a hot chocolate and a quick catch up with a friend or 2. Staff and service on point. Nice and cosy. Could sit here for hrs. Car park outside. Nicely lit within. toilet facility. There's a petrol station just there within half a min walk. A convenience store with subway inside too. Location is near the hospital on the outskirts of Blackburn I'd say.

Had a long day at work and just wanted some coffee by mistake I forgot to place my order through the intercom instead I drove to the window and it was totally dead at 1 am and there was 2 or 3 staff just goofing about scratching their heads, answer I got from one of the staff was go back to the intercom to place your order? I was furious and left. Will never use Starbucks again. Will stick to Costa Coffee. Manager reading this should keep an eye on late night staff, you're over staffed at night no need for 3 rookie staff at night.

My son and myself decided that we would come here on a Sat afternoon at 3.30pm. We pulled up on the car park opposite and a man kindly told us that people were queuing to the door and that he was going elsewhere.This isn't the first time we have been here and had to wait a while to get served. A few weeks ago on a Sat tea time they tool about 30 mins to make our coffee as they were showing new staff the ropes. I don't know if this was the case this week as we didn't bother to wait around and find out,Note to this Starbucks yes you have extended the place and it's very nice now get quicker or more staff whichever is the problem otherwise you will lose more business,We went to Costa in Next it was a lot quicker and cheaper lovely pleasant staff.

Love the coffee but not a comfortable place to spend time. Always busy usually with professionals taking up 6 seats with laptop, briefcase etc talking loudly on their mobiles. Can never get on the carpark. The staff are on a never ending rotation of non friendly faces.

Always busy due to quality and excellent staff who go the extra mile to ensure your drink is what you want - very unusual for a large franchise. Drive through and counters constantly on the go but always have time of day for customers. Great move to make this site 24/7. I actually make a 12 mile round trip to use this outlet despite two more outlets nearer!!

Ten minutes queuing to order a single coffee fifteen minutes queuing waiting for it to be made. It's like an Argos coffee shop. Don't know why we put up with queuing twice. Starbucks seem to prioritise drive through before sitting customers so check how many cars are queuing before stopping off here. The garage opposite has a costa express if you want a takeaway coffee better value and much faster. 25 minutes of my life wasted in Starbucks

I've been here a couple of times and each occasion I've been surrounded by women sipping their mocca-chocca-latty-waa-waas whilst not looking up from their iPhones. Grumpy looking teenagers who smell distinctively of waccy-baccy and older couples, where the man usually sits there looking up at the menu and you can see him working out the cost of a jar of coffee, bottle of milk and a bag of sugar from the corner shop... yes the price of a Espresso CON panna.Is this what has replaced the Great British pub? Don't get me started on the staff..

I can very rarely complain about starbucks, absolutely love my lattes. Service is always fast, though staff need to keep on top of clearing the tables but i suppose it is to be expected considering they are always busy. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare though that is expected due to the location.

Starbucks is my favourite coffee shop from best coffee to blueberry muffins and fantastic cheesecake.Although I will never go back to Beehive branch. The staff is extremely slow, grumpy and ignorant. The tables aren't being clean on a regular basis and the food isn't displayed in an appetising way.

I live nearby and visit often. The place has just been done up and is really nice. The coffee is always good. I visited the drive through the other day and the supervisor Vicky was really lovely and friendly and chatty. She made us feel really welcome and was very helpful.

not a place I would normally go to but a coffee at Starbucks is cheaper than parking at Royal Blackburn I was given the wrong coffee which I had drunk most by the time the mistake was discovered and rectified they call the drink by name but it turned out there were three coffees with the same name. wifi and comfortable seats and news papers what more can you ask for.

I work nearby and visit regularly. Good efficient service even though some of the staff are a bit pretensious but what's not to like about a 10 per cent discount if you flash your NHS ID

Love visiting the Blackburn site, it has recently had a refurbishment which is really lovely! The staff are really great and always willing to go above and beyond! If you ever need a caffeine fix this is the place to be!

Very comfortable environment, and staff always nice and friendly. Nice and spacious, parking never a problem and about to go 24 hours, which is a bonus. Service a tad slow at peak times but that's about the only thing I can critique.

Beehive Starbucks is our 'Cheers' - where everybody knows our name. And our order. And checks up on us if we go in separately. Or haven't been for a while. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly. The decor is good, standard Starbucks, with a good mix of comfy chairs/sofas and table and chairs. The music is good, and the atmosphere is conducive to chilling out with the paper at the weekend, catching up with friends, or getting some work done - I can always count on the team to cheer me on when I turn up with my laptop and a writing deadline!

I brought my mum here after she'd had a hospital appointment to try and cheer her up. Don't bother sitting in as they serve the drive through customers first. Over 20 mins in the queue and another 10 for the food and then a further 10 for the drinks. Lots of staff there but just doesn't seem organised. Nothing wrong with food or drinks when they finally arrived but would have been nice to enjoy them together.

It's just a great place. Excellent choice of coffee etc nice cakes, staff always pleasant.Can always get a seat, great for meeting clients and friends, and just happy with the brand. Plus the drive through is well handy!

If you're aren't a coffee drinker, this is the place to be for a cold refreshing drink. They have a selection of raspberry & blackcurrant, strawberries n cream, caramel and much more. The most you'll pay for one of these is around the £4.25 mark which is an unbelieveable price and reasonable for such a tasty & refreshing drink

Met a potential client for coffee (at his suggestion).A small latté and large caffè misto were ordered and there was no much change from £10!There was no urgency to supply these from the staff and the "happy soul" (not!) that just "slammed" them on the counter had difficulty in making any form of eye contact or smile when a cheery "thank you" from me was proferred!The coffee wasn't that nice either!Used crockery wasn't cleared from tables which made choosing a "clear/clean" table for our brief meeting difficult.You get a much better service and quality from locally owned caffés rather than the global formulaic monstrosities such as this!My next meeting with any client (even at their suggestion) will not be Starbucks Blackburn!
