Pausa Coffee Shop - Dunelm in Blackburn with Darwen

Visited the coffee shop in Dunhelm today what a lovely little cafe best coffee/cake I've had and will be back soon. What makes this coffee shop is the staff the young man didn't catch his name fair hair with glasses not often you get a batista taking time to ask about your day. 10/10.

Popped in about 2pm only to find very little available for lunch, were offered sandwiches. Only one soup left, no jacket potatoes. Sandwiches were very bland & tasteless, I had tuna, hubby had ham & egg, not impressed. Finished off with cheese scone, very dry, not lot of flavour. All in all not impressed. By 2pm there should be more available especially on a Saturday.

Often visit here. Coffee is always lovely and the cakes and toast are nice. Sometimes there is a staff member who gets things wrong but mistakes are always put right with apologies

Amazing food and if you get a meal and a drink you gat a cake for 1 pound very fast serving time good variety of foods

On Tuesday morning we had a coffee and a fantastic Toasty in the cafe much more impressed me it was the service given by the young gentlemen behind the counter who was on his own.........but he never flapped he kept his head even when the queue was getting bigger but handled it well 👍👍👍👍 needs a pat on the back a credit to your company

Needed a quick pit stop , and ended up in the cafe at Dunelm, was pleasantly surprised at the range of food available , just fancied their soup ' highland veg ' was served promptly with a steaming hot bowl of chunkey soup accompanied with a large warm fresh brown roll !! soup was very tasty and well seasoned - two soups plus two hot drinks for under a tenner :)

Called in at Pausa for a well needed coffee to keep the batteries topped-up ! I have used this coffee shop before and have always been very happy. The service is great and pleasant here. It is not a Restaurant but hot food is available along with many snacks and sweets. We had hot fruit bread to keep us going with plenty of butter, yummy !! Thank you for your good service.

We visited this cafe whilst shopping at Dunelm Blackburn. It has a good assortment of hot and cold drinks, Plenty of choice when it comes to cakes and snacks along with a Childrens lunch box with various options. They also do many more options but these are the ones we saw on this visit. The staff are friendly and polite and the cafe is very clean with plenty of seating options.The cafe is easily accessible as there is an instore lift and a large car park outside.
